We had a good stay. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Beds were comfy for queens just prefer king size lol. Pool was closed but that was ok. Shower pressure was good, one of the best we have had. Check in service was great! We will stay here again when in the area!

I loved that D. was able to fix an issue with the Laundry area. My only caveat is they weren’t able to refund me for a “Tide detergent” I purchased there with cash since I couldn’t use it any longer because of the laundry issue.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The shower was especially nice with a shower head that actually worked!. The room and property were clean. My grandsons enjoyed the workout room and the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like the price was very reasonable.

Everything was fine, front entrance was closed due to renovation but we could access easily from the side door. One night stay halfway from our destination, restaurants and gas station were across the street.

Overall not a bad stay for a quick stop between Ohio and Florida. Room was clean and made up. Did a bed check and all clear from any sort of bugs that I could see. The room that I had was a conjoined room with another, I wish that would've been specified upon purchase as the others people next to use were not quiet at all and every bit of sound was coming through those conjoined doors. Bed was made up very nice but fairly uncomfortable.

At best, just average. Good price but nothing worthy beyond that. Absolutely horrible water pressure - showering with a drizzle coming out of shower head. A/C unit loud and inefficient. There are better opitons in the area.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet, room was a bit smaller than I’ve seen before with bare minimums, fridge but no microwave, one little waste basket, does has iron, dryer, and all that. Overall worth the price and would stay there again.

Room was small. Coffee maker was broken and refrigerator didn't work very well. There was no microwave oven and the operating handle in the shower was ready to fall off the wall. Won't stay there again.

Excellent staff, breakfast. My only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the room as well as a bigger tv. The tv was the smallest I've seen in a hotel room in years.

Good selections for breakfast. Comfortable bed. I asked for extra pillows for back issues didnt receive. Had 3 towels/washcloths though we are staying 2 nights I was not greeted at check-in, nor was a given a run down of amenities just id, cc, here is your key. Paid $3 for a travel deodorant but yes I know paid for the convenience.

It was average, could hear the tv next door through the walls, front desk staff was not very attentive and seemed a little bothered to help. Breakfast was pretty good, lady who oversaw the dinning area was very nice and worked hard to keep it filled and clean . Not sure I would stay there again.

I had a very brief stay, as my trip was a quick one. I appreciated a quick check in and a simple process to getting to my room. The room was clean and accommodating. While a small thing, the iron and ironing board were easily accessed and easily stowed. This makes a big difference when time is short. Breakfast ready right on time and extremely convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel was generally clean and well maintained. The front counter staff was always very friendly. The free breakfast was decent. The only complaint was the cleaning staff. We were there for 8 days. We requested the maid every 2nd day. We didn't see the maid till day 4 or 5, and then they only dropped off clean towels and emptied the garbage. We had to go back down to the front desk almost daily to restock our own supplies (toilet paper, coffee, cups, etc). One time we even waited in line between two other guests who were complaining about the same thing. The front desk said that the cleaning staff was gone and she was alone, but offered come clean rooms between serving guests. The offer was appreciated, but clearly not her job. The room finally had a full clean and beds made on day 7. I am not sure if it was the maid not doing her job, or the hotel being too short staffed to fulfill the commitment, but it was a little disappointing.

Room had a mildew smell , linens were not clean. Had a staff banging on neibours door at 2am starled me from my sleep gave me a panic as a solo female traveller. Yelled at him to turn TV off. The only disturbance was the staff yelling. This is a kids sports travel hotel they should have better noise proofing and not run around yelling at people. The breakfast was not really edicble and serving expired yogurt. I travel bi weekly so its just this hotel not the chain.

Very clean. One of the best breakfasts at this type of hotel. Beds comfortable and great water pressure in shower. Only Negative was no awning outside entrance and it was raining so it would have been nice.
