We had to switch rooms because of a leaking toilet. Which was very inconvenient, giving it being on the second floor where we had no luggage carts to use. There was also no elevator which meant we had to carry everything upstairs, we have kids so we had quiet a few things. It's was quiet and restful. Pool was still closed for the season but fitness room was open. Hot breakfast every morning, although limited to the same items every day, but food is food and we didn't go hungry. Staff was distant and house keeping was a lil rude. But front desk was pollite but to the point.

Needs upgrade. Bathtub broken. Ice machine broken. Ceiling pealing in bathroom. Coat hangers broken. Bathroom door splintering at base. Staff was very nice and helpful.... TV was not working and they came down and helped

The property is undergoing renovation with the intent to improve overall. The staff was great. Our room was clean. As part of the improvements, an upgraded AC system would be beneficial .

The lady at the front desk was super nice! But the room needed to be updated, concrete around pool was busted, and ice machine not working near our room. Still better than other hotels in the area.

Great spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Convenient parking right outside your door. Many security cameras throughout property. Strict rules about having company visit your room. They issue parking pass for registered guest. Breakfast served till 10am every day. Large guest breakfast area. ie- waffle, scrambled eggs, Sauage, choice of bed. choice of cereal. choice of Danishes. All staff I encountered were very professional and friendly. -- All areas of hotel I encountered were clean and safe. Room inspection during check prior to return of $100 deposit.

This place is horrible. Lots of pot smoking it was coming thru air vents, roaches,hair on shower floor. They have been renovating for over two years. Won’t be back.

Room smelled terrible, no toilet paper, dirty, a druggie was outside and dropped a needle right behinf mybcar while we were there. The pool was closed and dirty and almost every time i went to the front desk no kne was there.

The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. When we got to the room we were dismayed at how filthy it was. I wish I had taken more pictures, but we checked out quickly to find another hotel as we were on a deadline to be at an event that we were in town for. Based on what we observed, we did not think switching rooms would resolve the issues. There was something gross-looking all over the arm chair in the room. It did not appear as if anyone had attempted to clean it (pictured). The arms of the chair also had visible dirt on them. The vent in the bathroom was dirty and covered in mildew/mold (pictured). The bathtub was badly stained and/or dirty, hard to tell. The ironing board was also badly stained and/or dirty, as were all of the luggage carts. The safety lock on our room door was busted (pictured). The walls were paper thin. There was someone in the room next to us talking on the phone and we could hear every word he said. We dropped a bag in our haste to leave and had to go back to retrieve it. We thankfully found the bag laying by the pool, but it was opened so I asked them to check security footage to ensure no one removed anything because it contained sensitive paperwork. They couldn't check while I was there, and when I called the next day as instructed the manager hung up on me, despite me being polite and explaining why I was concerned. They refused to issue a refund. I'm shocked at how good the reviews are. There is nothing "quality" about this place.

Hotel is very worn and smelt like urine and musk and had mold on walls. We ended up just swimming in the pool and went to shower and sleep at a different hotel. The pool was well kept, the room not so much. I will never return and do not recommend you stay here.

The room was a bit tatty. In non smoking room the vedspread had an cigarette holes in it. Tv was terrible. Nice shower and bed. Nothing above average.

It was pretty bad. When i got there there was alike of room trqshbags stacked against the wall. Still there when i got up the next morning. The room amenities were out dated, and furniture had rips. Refrigerator didnt work. Fixtures in tub old and had corrosion. Ceiling above tub peeling off and had black spots in it. Not sure if it was black mold. Room was not serviced, though i was only there two days. Ac unit was old and loud. Sorry but it was just run down.

The room was typical average motel room. The shower was the worst. Water sprayer all over, even to the ceiling. The shower head was so loose it could not be aimed. But the breakfast was good.

The room was not livable. Water from the sink poured directly onto the floor because the P-trap was missing. All the staff would say is “take it up with Travelocity”. The staff and management at this hotel cannot even spell customer service. If you plan on booking a room here, you have been warned.

The room and hotel were nice. The only issue was a gap in the door that let in freezing air all night. At 20° it was a cold night. Had to drape the curtain ovet the door to block the cold.

THE HEATER DID NOT WORK, THERE WAS NO INSULATION AROUND THE DOOR AND COLD AIR BILLOWED IN ALL AROUND THE DOOR, THE SECURITY LOCK DID NOT WORK, and there were not stoppers on the sink or tub. The person at the front desk did not seem to care when I complained, and the manager was not there. I paid $133.89 for this dive! Having heat and a locking door are minimum expectations when staying at a hotel!!!

Remote did not work, air conditioner did not work first night. 2nd night it was like an icebox. Didn’t make any adjustments. Security bar on the door was broken. No liner for the shower so water got all over the floor. We were locked out of our room on the 2nd day. No one knew why. Lady that worked the desk in the evening was outstanding!

I did not have a remote in my room for the tv. I called the front desk and was told would bring one. It never showed up. I stayed an extra night and asked for towels. They said they would leave them outside my door. They never showed up.

Convenient. Room had lots of visible damage: smoke detector hanging, missing drawer pulls, stained ceiling, dirty bathroom, broken towel rack, screaming girl all night, cursing and yelling. Lots of maintenance needed. Had to wait almost 30 min to check in—no one at front desk. When we checked out the host was literally in a screaming argument with a family trying to get back into their room after coming back from going out for breakfast. She would not let them back in because it was 11:05 a.m. it was unprofessional and embarrassing. There was a child there as well.

The hotel was under staffed and over booked. They gave me keys to rooms that were occupied. We were stranded as all local rooms were booked. I'm hoping Expedia will quickly refund my money.

It was not a good stay. We waited for about 20 minutes in the lobby waiting on the staff to go look for batteires . Well this is what she told the people in front of us. There were 8 people trying to check in at the same time. We saw only 2 staff while we were there. When i made the reservations it clearly stated room was on 2nd floor. When I asked about this she said they didnt have staff to clean 2nd floor. Breakfast was limited. The juice machine did not work, coffee was cold when she brought more out. There was 3 hot trays for food but only 2 were filled. We were gone all day came back later on after supper. Air conditioner did not work but it had the night before. My husband went to front desk to ask for some help. He was told there was not a manager to call or a maintenance person to call. We loaded up our belongings and left to go home at 8pm. Also the curtain at the window was all torn and shredded. It was tied up in a big ugly knot. We will never stay here again.

The area does not feel safe. We tried calling the front desk Friday morning, but no one would answer the phone. The following morning we went to the front desk and asked for towels. When we got in late Saturday night, no fresh towels. I went to the front desk and she stated she could not get in to where the linens were. Finally, she told me she had two washcloths, and I could go to the weight room to get some "pool" towels there. Keep in mind, this was after midnight that i was having to walk the hotel grounds (all outside). I was literally frightened. The grounds are full of cigarette butts and i also smelled some "odd" odors as I was walking around. Also, the breakfast provided is very limited and is not good at all! We will never stay there again! Lights in the bathroom and over the sink are either broken or about to come off tge wall in the room, furniture is damaged, and we were made to put down a $100 deposit on our credit card. This was awful!!

Fixtures are very old. Toilets are old 5 gallon tanks. Sink and tub drains were clogged and wouldn’t drain. Not worth $130/night. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check in lady was aloof and vaguely interested in checking us in, being involved in a side discussion with another lady sitting in the reception area.

Clean room. Except maybe carpet. But just don’t walk barefoot. Grateful breakfast goes to till 10. Normal egg, meat, breads, waffle and cereal. Great friendly staff. Check in is a little slow compared to some. And don’t forget to have your $100 deposit. Cash or card. (Returned after room inspection during check out)
