The room was clean and quiet. Parking was a breeze. My only complaint was the humidity in the room. Granted, it's late summer and the temperatures were in the 80s during our stay, our room was damp. It wasn't the best feeling after a long day of work to come back to a damp room.

Loins big dog barking and owner slamming door loudly at 6 am both mornings. It was close to office on first floor so the office had to hear it. It’s good to have pets with you but they slhiuld be closer to exit.

Good friendly staff. Clean. The rooms were nice. 24 hour coffee was a great plus. The breakfast ootions were good. Seating for the breakfast area was welcoming and comfortable. Honestly, whole stay was great. The only negative was no cookies put out Saturday afternoon. We had them Friday amd they were fantastic...a nice treat after the drive there.

This place was top notch! The amazingly polite staff All spoke whenever they were passed. Our room was extremely clean and welcoming. Great and convenient location to restaurants and surrounding activities. We will definitely stay here again if ever visiting Morganton again. Thank you for your noticeable attention to detail.

WiFi was a complete failure. The system asked me to input my room number and last name, which I did. When submitted, it said "We're having trouble finding you." I double checked my room number and tried five times. Calling the desk, I was given a number for tech help. Calling that number got: "Due to a high number of calls, we are experiencing long wait times. Your estimated wait time is thirty minutes." This, my friend, is a broken system.

My wife and I flew into Atlanta arriving around 11 p.m. then drove for a little over 4 1/2 hours to the hotel. On the way we asked if it would be possible to get an early check as we were going to arrive at the hotel around 6 a.m. VERY tired. We were immediately assured by a kind voice that she could find us room and not to worry about a thing. When we arrived the very nice lady at the front desk (sorry forgot her name) was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our need for rest. The hotel is clean well managed and very friendly. We will for sure stay there again when we come back! Service and kind understanding goes a long way...this place excelled at both.

We had an awesome stay. The service was exceptional. I needed to check in early because I was arriving early for a family event. I spoke with Neil and I was able to check in a little earlier and make my event on time. The friendliness of all the staff from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast person was indeed outstanding.

On this trip, a little bit lacking in attention to detail regarding assigning room costs appropriately between my credit card and that of a family member whose room I indicated at check-in that I was paying for.
