This is one of the newer hotels in the area. It’s pet friendly and was a very well kept property. Our room (#400) was large and very clean, had lots of big windows, and a big TV with streaming features. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were friendly, helpful, and made our stay great. Apart from the people, the property itself is nice, clean, and in a walkable part of Morganton. Our children used the hotel pool and gym and we ate breakfast there most of the mornings of our stay (it was very good). Highly recommend.

Stayed at this property because it is located in downtown Morganton. The property is nice with an outdoor pool, which seems a poor choice for its location and it is directly on a busy street so noise is an issue if your room is streetside. But it is within walking distance to all of the downtown area. Just make sure you're there when things are open. We were disappointed to discovered that the trend of closing restaurants and stores for two or three days of the week even extended to the lovely bar of this hotel!

We had an excellent stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. I do think the pillows could be upgraded as thry were a bit lacking. The breakfast area was clean and well kept and even though we didnt use the gym it looked to be top notch. We will definitely stay at the property in the future!

I was in room 220.. It started off very nice..as i prepared my self to lay down i pulled the covers back there was hair and crumbs all in the bed...The nice lady at the front moved me to room 222..

We have stayed here often. The location is nice. The first room we were given smelled very musty. We went back to the front desk and they happily switched our room for us. Very quick stay overnight so nothing else to review.

I liked the handheld showerhead. Everything was super clean. Heater was a bit loud, I cut it off in order to sleep. Bed was a little firm for my taste. Room was spacious, carpet was soft. Breakfast was good with hot optionss.

I had a room that had a view of the city. However, I was two stories above the bar and lounge area and right outside the elevator and the ice machine. The crowd downstairs were having a great time around midnight. The traffic right outside was loud and the ice machine was too. If you’re wanting a quiet getaway, be sure to ask for a room away from these amenities. My stay was still pleasant and I would rather stay at the Fairfield than anywhere else.

Bed was hard as a rock & I've had better showers at a Days Inn. Place looks great & the newest hotel in Morganton but I'll make a different choice on my next trip

The stay and property were nice. Only negative was the breakfast, for 200.00 a night I've had a lot better in other hotels.
