Great Value! Front Desk staff is friendly and helpful. They had at least 1 (usually 2) staff at the front desk 24/7. It is definitely a budget level hotel, but with better service. The rooms are older but if you’re not nitpicking and want a budget option this is an excellent choice. Location is very convenient to most places in Raleigh/Durham. I will definitely stay here again. The pool is closed, which was the only disappointment. I’m a smoker, and they have a front and back porch area that was amazing. This is really hard to find anywhere these days.

Our flight was late and we didn’t realize the shuttle ended at midnight. So we had to pay for a taxi when we specifically booked a nearby hotel to avoid that from happening.

The place is in need of a renovation. Beds were ok, plenty of space. New carpets would be great. The breakfast was poor. The person servicing the area was not helpful. Just threw a box of muffins on top of display case when asked. Eggs salty and possible egg powder. Waffles processed and timer didn’t work. No fresh fruit minimal and low end American. It mad me start to not like hotel breakfasts. Front desk staff and shuttle were great. Pool was closed.

After checking in we discovered the pool was not functional, not even filled with water. My kids were very disappointed, as was I. There was never any mention that the pool amenity wasn’t available, if there was I would’ve booked another hotel. I’m not happy to be paying full price for an amenity I couldn’t use.

Don’t go by thr pictures. Carpets in hall ways and rooms stink. Poor lighting. Weights under 30lb were missing in fitness center. Looks like pool has been closed for long. They dont mention this at the time of booking.

The room is great-comfy and 11! The suite is quite big, dual TVs come w/ many channels. Breakfast is simple but good enough for us. Deducting one point for 1. Horrible check-in, no one at reception for several minutes, then, the key didn't work, w/ the slow elevator, we up/down three times, but couldn't open the door. Have to change another room, 2.the pool is closed by county, and the gym is tiny, max 2person. 3. Noise from airplane.

The hotel was in poor shape. The floors in the elevator were peeling apart/ separating, the carpets in the room were stained and did not look clean, the tub/ shower had spots that were peeling or cracked, the pillows on the beds were hardly bigger than throw pillows. I’m glad we were only there for a few hours due to an early flight, and we didn’t spend much on the price of the room, but I would not return to this location. I would rather drive the two hours from my house to RDU before a flight than spend the night here again.

Room smelled bad. Like someone had smoked in the room recently. Tub was chipped with sharp edge. Almost cut my foot showering. Carpet was dirty and quite old. Could be a nice place but needs some care.

Quite literally could not shower because the water was brown….called the front desk and they told us to leave the water running for 20 min and it should clear out. It did clear up eventually, but the brown water was staining the tub almost like oil. We did not use the shower, and no one told us at check-in that there was an issue. The rest of the room was fine.

The pictures online make the room look really nice. It looks a little more dingy in person. The room wasn't bad, but the carpet, it was filthy. If I didn't have white socks on I wouldn't have known. It really made me question if anything was clean in this hotel. I told the person at the desk when I checked out how dirty the carpet was and I showed him the pictures of my socks. He apologized and said he would get someone up there to look at it. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was just OK. Serves the purpose of a place to stay before take off. Rooms are very large sheets seemed clean enough but overall the cleanliness of the room was not great. Rug was disgusting had to wear shoes, hallways were gross and outdated. Staff were fine, everything was just fine.

The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were paper thin. Sheets did not smell the best. Bathroom had spiders in it. The room felt super moist. The room smelled. The hallway smelled. The elevator smelled. The carpets could use a cleaning. It was just a horrible experience.

It was absolutely filthy. The door to the bathroom didn’t have a lock. It looked like blood splatter all over the door. There was mold all over the bathroom. Splatter on the bathroom walls. We were embarrassed we took our kids there. It was so awful

The hotel is nice. I really don't have any complaints. For the extended stay rooms I wish the TV was bigger. It was like a 24 inch TV and can't really watch much off it besides basic TV since I wanted to watch something of Netflix and use the small living room space but really couldn't.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay here. Pros: plenty of parking, super soft beds, the breakfast was the bomb (waffles and hashbrowns, coffee to be exact) loved the space in the room easy to move around, love the couch + tv combo, clean bathroom, spacious, fast wifi Cons: too soft on the pillows, two lights was out in room so made it pretty dark, that’s it!

The stay was okay. Clean, comfortable room. But noise from planes taking off was pretty loud. Service was okay - despite my booking for 3 people, there was no bedding/blankets/pillows/linens for the sofa bed, and even when requested, we just got a set of king size sheets, but no blankets, towels, etc. We were just to tired to request all of it again, so we got by using things we had with us for one night. Given the choice, I'd stay somewhere else. But we had no options this time (due to college graduations and most hotels being booked), so it was okay for one night.

Convenient location and spacious room. The television didn’t work and neither did the usb outlets for our phones. The carpet was quite worn. We felt safe but the room could use updating and more attention to detail.

Our room was very dark as there was only one medium sized window in the room. Our refrigerator did not work and we reported this and were told maintenance would be up to fix it- never happened. Pillows are so soft that it took 4 of them to support my head. I never leave mediocre reviews but had to make an exception here.

Spent the night here since I had a flight the next morning. The gentleman who checked me in did not feel welcoming. Went upstairs to my room where the skirting around the bed had hair and dirt on it. I layed down to go to bed and noticed the bed seemed thin and hard.

The lady who greeted us was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awful. We had traveled 3 hours for a Dr appointment which was very early on our Check out day. Breakfast starts at 6. It wasn’t ready until almost 6:30. The syrup came out in a large sticky bottle which was to be poured into cups. Yes this process got all over me and my clothes. I attempted to speak w the young man. However he was wearing headphones listening to music and not at all helpful. I’d love a call from management

DO NOT BOOK. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check in at 9:00 PM because the front desk agent ignored the growing line of guests while staying on the phone the entire time. The staff were generally unhelpful. The lobby was also cluttered and not well-maintained, which didn’t inspire much confidence in the rest of the property.

We enjoyed the stay here minus the beds and pool not being in comission. We booked this place specifically because it was advertised with an indoor pool and our kids would have benefited from a swim and realxing evening on our last night of travels. We were disappointed with that. We also would say we give the beds and pillows a 1/5 stars they were hard, bouncy, pillows were as thin as paper, even my 6 year old said the beds were rough, and she can sleep on anything. The customer service however was top notch. Front desk and the shuttle to the airport. We also liked the complimentary breakfast as it had some decent options for us to grab quick before our flight the next morning.

I had arrived several hours before my check-in time, and when I called, I was greeted by the concierge Reggie, who assured me that shuttle service could get me to the hotel from the airport, that he could hold my luggage for me as I found somewhere to eat after a very long trip and that he cpuld get me an early check-in as I was eztremely tired. He then also offered me restaurant suggestions and even granted me a late check-out because of the timing of my flight. From beginning to end, he was one of the most personable and memorable customer relations I have ever experienced, and I travel often several times a month for work. The hotel was very conveniently located and superbly maintained. I felt very safe at all times and applaud this hotel for one of the most noteworthy experiences I have ever been delighted in the midst of incessant commutes and a chaotic work schedule. If you get the honour of meeting Reggie, tell him Dylan from NYC says hey!

Nice staff and large room with fridge, couch microwave, sink, and king bed. Though clean, place is a little rough around the edges and could use some spiffing up. The bad part was trying to find it. It was very hard to find in the dark. Street you need to turn on to finally get to it was pitch black- no streetlight or hotel sign. I didn’t know I had made it until I was 50’ from the entrance.

We stayed here overnight before a flight. The hotel is out of the way, it was a little tricky to find it. The check in was smooth, staff was friendly and informed. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was better than expected, plenty of space in the dining area. Downside was the hallway to our room was dark and smelled bad. Fortunately this did not apply to the room. Overall this was a good stay and I would stay here again. We were two turns away from the airport.
