The parking was a real problem. There was several vehicles that took up more than one spot. The hotel had 5 spaces blocked off the first night we were there. On the second night we moved the barriers in order to park. I got two rooms as we have a large family. Room 116 the phone didn’t work. Room 208 the tv didn’t work. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel so it didn’t really matter. The breakfast was good but very limited seating. Pool was also very good. The property was clean and staff were all very nice.

Walkable distance to restaurants. Parking lot was being repaired so difficult finding a parking place one evening but no big deal as there was street parking. Quiet and clean and my daughter loved the pool. Hot tub wasn't working.

This is my go to in Bismarck, easy and quick check in. Clean rooms, usually quiet and many dining options near by. Also they have a very good breakfast and the pool and hot tub are well maintained.

Clean, affordable, and comfortable. The rooms were more updated than the pictures showed. comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well maintained. Common areas and pool were also very clean and maintained. Great Location, close to lots of dining options and shopping!

Just ok. Price was pretty high for the quality. Found ants in the bathroom. TV was glitchy and pretty much not watchable. Every time another guest left their room, we could hear the doors slam closed. Not the best breakfast selection either

The carpet is so dirty and filthy needs to update it. The neighbourhoods is was good lots of restaurants walking distance and close to freeway and gas stations. The bed was ok, the bathtub is so slippery there is no bath matt. I suggest to replace the old carpet into wood floors so its looks good and clean. The room 114 where we stayed at ,that’s carpet so really dirty.

I chose to stay because ofnthe good reviews. The hotel is dated for sure, but my issues were cleanliness. The fridge was not clean, there were splatter marks on the wall and I saw 2 sunflower seeds on the flood next to the chair. I tried to stop looking there so that I could actually stay. I will not re-book for future business trips to the Bismarck area.

We got stuck in a pet room. Of course the carpet was stained and the room smelled like dog. The bed and everything else was clean. Beds are old and hard. Pillows are small. Hotel is old and everything needs updating. Point being $170-$180 per night is a ridiculous price for this place.

Our room had automated window blinds and the desk chair was a nice high back rocker- swivel height adjustable chair. The duvet cover and pillows are nice and fluffy and cool. Good location by Applebees. Nice breakfast and good coffee.

The room was spacious for us. We had a whirlpool tub but it was so loud when the room next door ran theirs. The soundproofing was awful. It made us feel like we needed to whisper the rest of the night.

Maybe because I made a reservation on the day of stay, price of room and facilities were not matched. Facilities may need some upgrades including bathroom, TV, and furnitures. There was no bath tub but very tiny shower. TV was small and outdated. Bed was more like queen size than king.

The room was fine, but seemed very humid. No access to fresh air. I feel the carpet may have been recently cleaned, but not allowed to thoroughly dry. Even the hotel paper tablet seemed limp with humidity.

Every time I ask about something it was sorry i can’t help you. I won’t be stay on this hotel again not worth my money and how they couldn’t even put my award number on after check out . This should not be anyone first choice but the last choice unless all hotels are booked up

We had a trailer and they had a convenient gravel lot beside the parking lot that allowed us easy parking. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful getting us checked in quickly. The hotel’s online preregistration helped move things along so we could grab the room keys and get to our room.

Have stayed at this location a number of times through the years. Nothing pretentious and adequate for an overnight stay. We usually walk to the restaurant (Applebees) next door, so convenience is appreciated.

Location is the best thing. This is typically an overnight stay for us when we arrive from Minot. Amenities nearby are good (wine store, restaurant, gas station). It is always just a quick couple of blocks and we are back on Interstate 94 the next morning. Breakfast is reasonable as well. Thanks very much.

The property is very tired. Breakfast was lacking. The only fresh fruit was apples that were long past being fresh. No housekeeping, for a three day stay, unless you called the night before.
