I prepaid for this room on hotels.com. The hotel also charged me. The staff has acknowledged that it shouldn't have happened, but the manager is the only person who can reverse the charge. Over two weeks have passed since I first pointed out the error and the manager will not return my numerous calls.

Terrible stay. No phone in the room so to contact front desk you had to ring an outside line. No hairdryer...requested 2 times did not receive TV did not work properly...requested 3 time no one came to assist Servicing room...when asked why room not serviced told that it was done on request. Breakfast No bread or toaster for toast.
