No pool,but still enjoyable.

Great place to stay. No elevator to get luggage up to second floor

Great room, great breakfast, and great location. There was a group in the parking lot the second night that was a bit loud, but it didn’t bother us too long. If you don’t care about a pool or hot tub, I would definite recommend this hotel when visiting Bismarck.

No Elevator, not good for seniors

It is a nice hotel with nice breakfast with bacon. But the disappointing part was that we wish that there was an elevator in this two-level building.

Hotel being renovated. New carpet in the room. Good breakfast. Clean room. A good surprise.

No elevator for 2nd floor room. Remodeling construction, but everything else was great!

An older building (80s) so no elevator but overall quiet and comfortable.

Excellent free breakfast, clean rooms, pool was out, but we didn’t have time to use it.Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was in good shape and cheaper than a lot of them. Good value.

Bathroom and sink weren't cleaned thoroughly. We found some small items of garbage in the bathroom and by the sink when we checked into the room.

There were free standing fans in the hallways and the room had a urine smell. (Probably in the carpet.)

The staff greeted me warmly and was very friendly. The room was clean and made up nicely.

The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor, and hair in he shower…disgusting!! The bed sagged in the middle and was not very comfortable. Nice to have a fridge in he room. Room was quiet but nervous about some of the clientele and leaving our things in the pack of our truck as we were moving across the country and had things we had to bring with us.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and everything was nice and clean.

We stay here every time we’re passing through Bismarck. It is a great hotel for a reasonable price. It’s clean and staff is always very friendly.

Room was very clean and updated. Staff friendly as usual, and hot breakfast was great. All around very good and I always stay there when staying overnight in Bismarck.

The staff had set up fans in the hallway to help with the strong marijuana odors in the 2nd floor hallway. This was an unfortunate ‘welcome’ to our room.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice shower and bathroom area. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts which was a very nice area and neat and clean. I would stay here again!

I like the property but the the room I stayed in could use a little more sound proofing. It’s hard to sleep when you can hear what’s going on in the hallway and the adjoining rooms.

Heat was on all night, turned on AC and still didn’t make a difference. Hotel room is small bed was comfortable and shower good everything we needed was OK next-door. Neighbors TV was very loud but called front desk staff and they took care of her right away this place was just OK.

Bed was not comfy, I could hear TVs going in surrounding rooms till after three in the morning. Everything was clean, breakfast was good. They provided a pack n play free of charge for our three month old which was nice. Good location. I think they just need new beds and thicker walls.

Room was good except the sink drain was completely clogged. We had to remove the drain stopper which was clogged with hair. Yuck!

I rated the room and the location as average. No complaints--things were clean and safe. We chose this place because it was half the price of a lot of the other hotels in Bismarck, and there is a reason: small rooms, old decor, the breakfast was adequate but not particularly pleasant. We got what we paid for.

Everything was fine at this hotel except the noisy heater fan in the room. It turned on and off frequently and was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv and disrupted our sleep. Other than that it was clean, comfortable bed.

Rooms looked like they were recently updated. Carpets were clean, bedding seemed clean. The fridge smelled bad and the mattress needs updated. It was one of the worst beds I’ve slept on. I really liked this place but wouldn’t stay again because of the mattress situation. Makes for long sleepless nights and aches and pains.

Stay not bad but place was old...AC didn't work but didn't really need other than air in room was stale

Surprising impressed with this hotel. Definitely nicer in the inside than the outside. Rooms are small but well kept overall. Minus some stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom and some overly worn floor tile. The room was very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again in the future when traveling alone.

Great customer service

They sprung a fifty dollar refundable damage deposit on me. Will take it away if cleaning staff says we did no damage. Asked that room be inspected before and after use with some sort of checklist. Would not comply. They had no reconciliation method for contested damage claim. Very unprofessional to spring this at check-in

This hotel was perfect for my last night in Bismarck! The airport was just a short drive away and there were multiple dining and drinking options with a 10-15 minute drive. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They knew I had a very early morning flight and made sure breakfast was available right at 6:00am. The room was quiet and spacious with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I am in Bismarck.

Updates to rooms. Breakfast was good. Great staff during check in. Staff gave us a late checkout at our request. Very accommodating.

Horrible staff at the front - charged us 3 times - clearly intoxicated. Not sure why hotel owners have staff like that working for them. Never again will we stay here.

Had not hot water for bath. While taking a wash off, water that was only lukewarm turned cold. Enjoyable!! Reported with little concern from Front Desk.

Exceptional quick, one night stay. Have never had a front desk person so kind and helpful. Upgraded interior of the hotel made it feel like we were walking into an expensive, high class place. Will definitely be back again!!

After I checked in to my room I sat in my vehicle to have a cigarette before carrying my bags in as it was cold outside. I noticed a vehicle parked by the office with their headlights on. I was just finishing my cig and a cop car pulled in and approached my vehicle as I was getting out and grabbing my bags. I asked them what's up and they said they have problems with people sitting in their cars doing drugs. I told them I had a cig and was just going up to my room. I was here because husband had a medical appt and so I was alone. They continued to shine a flashlight all around the inside of my pickup which I didn't appreciate one bit. I told them if Id have known that I wld not have stayed here and was leary about the place after seeing it in the first place. The price was way to much for the room almost $74.80 I will not stay here again. I believe the vehicle with headlights on was the front desk and they called the cops. I felt unsafe the rest of the evening and didn't sleep well because of it. I was scared to go back out and have another cigarette because of what happened. The cops were rude also just a terrible experience. I've stayed in many different hotels and they have never had a problem with me sitting in my vehicle to smoke.

Very nice facility. Rooms were clean and the location was in close proximity to the highway as we were traveling. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This property was clean and quiet with super friendly staff! The breakfast was awesome, and there was plenty of space for us and our friends to sit and visit and play games later in the day. Great location!

Wasn’t the cleanest and the area was definitely off the beaten path.

Room was ok, the morning service was poor, breakfast items didn’t get restocked while staff looked on.

Great staff. Service/Communication was really good. Only negative I can say is the breakfast. The eagles and potatoes looked, tasted like pig slop. We tried, tossed into trash. Opted towards Bagels, yogurt. This breakfast has inspired us to stop going to free breakfast.

Cold sausage when it's supposed to be hot. Simple clean room , nothing fancy. No bathroom fan to exhaust fumes from stinky poo smells.
