I wish we had a room on the main level vs drugging our language downstairs.

Only complaints were that there wasn’t any hot water to shower at 10:00 pm could get 2 minutes of hot then tepid water rest of shower. Smoke alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning from the kitchen cooking bacon and there aren’t any elevators so disabled older couple ahead of us struggled to make it up and down the stairs. There aren’t any rooms on the main floor so not convenient place to stay for the disabled you have to be able do steps.

Older place with no elevator but short number of stairs.staff was very helpful making sure I got help with my walker getting up and down them when needed. They were very kind. Room was comfortable and everything worked.

Dated facilities with tight parking, a bit expensive for what you get. Room could have been a bit cleaner (there were some long hairs in the bed that didn’t belong to me), TV kept losing power and resetting. Facility is older and shows age. Have stayed in comparable facilities for about $30 less

I called and told them my wife was in a wheel chair, I needed ground floor. Get there, there is no ramp, stairs down. I told then she couldn’t walk, this place terribly run down. I cancelled reservation. Would like my card refunded ASAP, please.

Good price. Door to room would not open. I had to get staff help every time I wanted to enter my room. Outside of building looked run down and there was graffiti around parking lot. Continental breakfast very lacking.

Incredibly bad treatment of our CEO AFTER we had spent roughly $2,000 on rooms there 12/15/2022-01/15/2023. "The boss woman" at this Super 8 REFUSED to let police our CEO called do a welfare check on another guest and guest\'s cats for more than an hour after 11 pm 01/23/2023. That guest has a stalker and medical problems so is covered by the ADA - as is our CEO - and as of now, the guest has not been heard from in more than 25 hours. Her cats have not had food or water either. "The boss woman" said she dies not care about the cats or the ADA and that ADA does not affect her. The ADA is federal. It does affect her - and everyone else. The woman at this Super 8 is a detriment to the hospitality business and to Super 8 in particular. The husband is not much better. The police were not fooled. We are filing federal felony charges against these people and this Super 8 under the ADA. Maybe 10 years in a federal prison will improve them. Locally this Super 8 is said to be 1 small step above the local Mo6. This is NO compliment. The parking lot is a sheet of ice. Access is on a slight hill. There is icemelt only where "the boss people" park. The "boss woman" shouts at people, "Do you pay my mortgage? Do you? Do you?" as she points a finger in their face. You NEED to be rid of this couple ASAP because we mean to raise stink about this to the world. Shame on this Super 8. It is ANYTHING BUT Super.

After driving for the past two days with everything I owned in my vehicle, I arrived at the hotel. The parking lot was poorly lit. The entrance was blocked off with caution tape, and when I went in to let the front desk know that all of the parking spots were filled she told me I would have to park away from the building in an unlit area. I called to cancel so that I could find a safer location and they refused to cancel and then magically found a parking spot in the front of the building. The hotel room's shower curtain was extremely dirty. The air conditioner made a squealing noise. The experience overall was horrible.

The was black mold in the bathroom. The pillows were subpar. My biggest complaint is that another guest was given keys to our room. Thankfully, we were just getting back to our room from dinner and saw the guest open our door w/o us in the room. The other guest was appalled as well. My room key then didn't work. The other guest and I both went to the front desk and the worker had no clue that we were occupying the room. We booked for 2 nights and this was the second night. She asked if we moved from a different room. No, no we didn't. This is unacceptable

The rooms here are clean

I stay at a lot of super 8's when traveling because of the price and consistency of the rooms and service. This is by far the worst one I've stayed at. I paid almost twice what I've paid at other super 8's and it was the dirtiest and most out dated one I've stayed at. The bathroom had a used soap, a hole in the shower, dirty towels and the sink was dirty. There were burn holes in the chair despite it being a non smoking room. There were stains or food or something on the ceiling. The remote control had no back on it and the batteries kept falling out. They're were other holes in the walls that were not patched up. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Clean

Room smelt like dirty feet. Chair had an awful smell... Had to put it in the hallway. Housekeeping did basically nothing in the room. Just left a garbage can bag on the sink for us and took our used towels (without replacing them with clean ones).

Room was stinky when we walked in. Big hole in the bathroom door Shoes stuck to the bathroom floor Very sleepery bathtub Noisy inside and out during the night.

Room was not clean. Had to clean the room myself before we could unload any of our items.

Good service and clean rooms.

Don't get me wrong - I'd stay here again. BUT know this in advance - if you're good with stairs, ask for the third floor. Otherwise you will hear every step the people above you take. The gentleman at the desk waa kind enough to move me from the second to the third floor in the middle of the night so I could get some sleep. Rooms are clean, but a bit tired and in need of renovation. Still, knowing what I know now, as I mentioned, I'd stay again.

This was decent enough for one night. I’d say my only issue really was the TV remote was duct tape together and there was no way to adjust the equalization of the TV. Basically the cinematic music was louder than the narrative. I’m sure this is seems petty, but it’s not a complaint. Just my experience.

First room smelled like dog pee. When we informed staff, they gave us other room where there was no sound on the tv,missing pillow case, hole in door of bathroom, window was iced up ( this is July), broken chair back and continental breakfast was gross and lacking most everything. Be careful here!!!

Great stay as always. Great service. Soft bed and great choice for the cost. Good wifi. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the wheat biscuits. Delicious. Love staying here. Thank you Super 8!

The room seemed dark, there were two lamps and one didn’t work. The toilet would keep flushing so you would have to jiggle the handle and the bathtub didn’t look too good. It was kind of noisy, you could hear people walking around in the room above and outside noise. The price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

The air conditioning didn’t work.

Only problem was the old tv we couldn't get to go on after we had manager come and turn it on the first night. Other wise no other problems we enjoyed our stay.

The room we were first given had not been cleaned. The fire alarm went off at 6 am. The internet wasn’t working. But the front desk man was apologetic and the bed was comfortable.

My husband has a problem with stairs and our assigned room was on the top floor. The guys worked hard to find us a room on the first floor even if it meant an upgrade at no additional cost.

At check in, the guy at the desk was more focused on his phone than anything else. After checking in around 7pm, I didn't get to sleep until 11:30. The mattress was on a metal box, that made the loudest noise with every movement. I had to call the front desk 3 times because the couple next to me had a drug induced fight. Checkout isn't until 11am, but I am sitting in my car at 3am, leaving this place. Not only because of everything I just wrote about the motel itself, but also because of the element that was just hanging around on the property. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at any time.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds and modern clean room. Staff even let me check in two hours early with out charge. Thank you!

Good place for the price. Not much around the place but good value if you need a place to sleep while traveling through. Staff was great and very polite, quick and responsive!

Everything was fine including the breakfast, but I stood in the lobby waiting for an employee so I could check in. I even called their listed phone number twice and couldn’t get an answer.

They were friendly and helpful. Everyone was pleasant. The room was very nice.

Went for a shopping getaway. Didn’t realize there was no elevator so they put us on the 1st floor. Hauling our shopping bags, etc was extremely hard to do without a luggage roller and the fact that there were stairs to get to the 1st floor (the basement). Upon arrival, we were checked in under another guests name and my credit card was put on their account. They did remove it when I noticed and asked them to correct the error. The room itself was “ok”. Very dated but the beds were clean and comfortable. Washroom was clean. Towels were not. Asked for replacements and didn’t get any. Deadbolt did not work. From 2am onward, occupants next door were fighting and being loud. I attempted to call the front desk to find the phone didn’t work. I used my cell and tried calling twice and there was no answer both times. Around 3:30am the Manager finally kicked them out. If you need a quick stop to rest, this is ok. I do not recommended it for families or women traveling alone.

It was a great place for the value. Little bit older hotel, but was clean and comfortable. Bonus was it is close to coffee, dining, and shopping. Super easy to find.

The shower drain didnt drain very fast so i had to stand in my shower water. There were semis outside my window running all night. Some guy pounding on a room door next to mine in the middle of the night trying to wake up whomever was inside the room. All the room doors SLAM shut so all throughout the night was slamming doors. Overall was a terrible stay. Had medical procedures the next morning early and didnt get any sleep.

A friend and I had a reservation here for a one-night stop. We pulled up to the hotel, drove around the parking lot, and decided to go somewhere else. Based on what we saw of the outside of the building, and through open window curtains on the ground floor, it looked pretty run down and like there might be some longer-term guests. My friend and I didn't feel good about the level of cleanliness, or that it would be a safe place to stay, so we drove to another hotel in the area.

Breakfast was not great, no fruit only juice, cereal, bisuits and sausage. Only 2 cups of coffee left at 8:30. No one checked the food supply. 4 mini chocolate donuts, a few slices of bread. 3 biscuits.

Close to the freeway. Slow service. Old and unkept facilities. Very minimal breakfast items and quality.

I had booked 3 rooms and the rooms were not clean. There was a bad smell in the rooms. For breakfast, there was no food left when we got there and had to request the staff twice to fill up.

They advertized breakfast and they had virtually nothing.

Staff was very friendly, place was very noisy with people talking until 2am. Dogs barking at one point. Smell of food coming into the room like someone cooking in the hall or their room. The place was clean but outdated. The bed was comfortable but the chair was so old looking I wouldn’t even sit in it. The sausage biscuits and gravy for breakfast was good but having actual liquid creamer for the coffee rather than powder would have been appreciated.

The room was fabulous, but went to breakfast at 8 am there was about 3 biscuits, burnt gravy , and 1 roll, , cereal and milk, nobody working to refill, no fruit, 1 apple juice, stayed there so we could eat on our way out but absolutely the worst breakfast ever offered
