The hot tub and sauna were both broke. One of main reasons stayed there. Told desk clerk pretty much said he reported it n nothing else he could do. This was Friday night of Easter weekend. Disappointing

Was lied to by staff and charged 2 nights when I was told I was only charged 1. The bathroom door was falling apart and our room smelled terrible. Parking lot was glare ice hot tub was broken without notice. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

Needs remodeling, drain did not work, parking lot needs redoing, some drug addict ran over a large cement curb and bottomed out. The exercise room was not open when supposed to be. The room was clean and staff seemed fine. Check in time was not till 4 and should be 3 pm to allow gets time to get ready for events and dinner.

Major security issues. Doors propped open that should be key entry. Ice machine didn't work. Room was dusty and when we checked in didn't have a shower curtain. When we got one it was ripped and stained.

Staff was great, check-in was fast. Room was fine and clean. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The building itself and furniture are definitely outdated but I had a good stay overall. Also enjoyed that they had hard boiled eggs for breakfast, definitely better than most hotel breakfasts in general.

Pics on site look inviting, however parking lot gross, hallways dirty, indoor construction. Hot tub in room didn’t work- phone is room didn’t work to call and ask for maintenance. Walked across the street for dinner at the 40 and it was delicious.. but came back at 9 at night and the hotel was pitch black outside- didn’t have to use a room key to enter.. it was wide open. If traveling solo I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was paint chipping off the wall. There was dirt and grime all over the walls. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even really been cleaned when I let the front desk guy know that we were not going to stay there. We were only there for an hour, and I booked a hotel at a different hotel because of the cleanliness and the filth in there His replied to me saying we weren’t staying there was OK

The room was very dirty. Bed skirts, bathroom door, inside of room door, all looked like they hadnt been wiped in quite some time. Hot tub wasnt working. We have stayed here a handful of times but won't be back.

The room was not properly cleaned. There were urine stains on the bathroom floor, visible water damage and water stains in the room, and what appeared to be mold. The carpets were dirty with stains and patches of dried mud throughout. Even the bedding had marks on it, and the bed skirt was covered with noticeable white stains.

Absolutely nothing was as advertised. When we checked in there was glass shards on the bed, there was stains on the sheets, the floor was gross and there were mysterious stains on the wall that were gross. There was mold in the bathroom, and just overall very gross

The hallways and room were not clean at all. The room had dust dangling from the popcorn ceiling. The hallways had pieces of garbage in it thst was there the entiry of our 2 night stay. The pool had black scum at the bottom of a wall inside the pool. When we first checked in, our room was the furthest away from the front desk and both key cards didn't work. Breakfast was included, hence the reason we give it 2 stars.

Room was outdated, furnature was falling apart, was not very clean, and had the scent of cat urine. Front desk staff seemed very distracted but helpful. Apparently they don't have any maintenance staff on call during much of the weekday and we had to resolve toilet issues ourselves or be moved to another room. There apeared to be blood stains on the floor and walls in the hallway that cleaning staff did nothing about even after multiple notifications.

I read the reviews before I made my reservation, I've stayed here several times before and enjoyed it, but was disappointed when I read the bad ones because I've never encountered a bad stay. The motel was built in 1975 so you can't expect new conditions, but in it's day this was the top of the line place to stay and I feel it still is a very nice motel for the price. The hot tub is probably the hottest one I've been in which I like, the breakfast is better than most continental ones, and our room was comfortable and clean. I don't expect pristine conditions so yes, there is some mold under the caulking in the tub, but that doesn't even touch you so it's all cosmetic. I will gladly stay here again as it's a good location and has a great pet policy

Very run down. Old lumpy bed, teeny tiny pillows. I skipped having a shower because of the color of the tub. It definitely didn’t help that the biker gang staying down the hallway partied all night with no response from front desk.

The key cards hardly worked, the bathroom hardly had any towels, and no vent fan!! This place sucked for a working man!! I worked 14 hours and wasn’t allowed to use the sauna or hot tub because it was night time, like I’m some kid…. Overall this place was fairly nice but they’re lacking some major upkeep and renovation!! And let a darn adult in to use the hottub after working all day….

The swimming pool and hot tub was good, pool area was clean. The room was average, very dirty behind beds against wall (dust, garbage as in most motels), walls were dirty, no WI-FI the entire time we were there. Young front desk person was less than helpful; however, the older staff person was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Some issues were beyond their control like the Wi-Fi not working, and cleanliness. Management should see to it that these areas are cleaned. Living in these times, I do understand that it is hard to find anyone who wants to work or knows how to do a good job. Stay was average, price was affordable. Some food available to order in lounge. The breakfast that was offered was less than average.

Front desk staff are absolutely terrible Owen has no people skills and very unprofessional. When asked for pool towels, he seemed as if residents were being an inconvenience when he was doing nothing but sitting on his phone. The older lady that lives at the hotel is very unfriendly”as well. No greet or smile at all. The only people who were pleasant and awesome was housekeeping. Violet and other housekeepers are jolly in the morning and do a wonderful job by providing prompt service.

Do not recommend. First thing I notice was the dirty carpets in the hallway, The stairs had mud on them. We stayed 2 nights. We arrived Friday at 4pm and left sunday at 11am. The mud was never vacuumed. When we first got into our room there was only 2 pillows. We requested extra pillows right away, Around 10pm when they never showed up we called the front desk. We were told they had none cleaned. The kids went to the pool and there were no towels. When we went to the front desk to request more towels they said they would bring them to the room when more were cleaned. We never saw those either all weekend. Saturday morning my kids when the breakfast area. They wanted waffles but the mix was gone. The person staffing the buffet told them he wasn't making any more waffle mix. When we returned to our room saturday we saw housekeeping just a couple rooms down. We requested towels once again. They said they didn't have any cleaned, but would put some in our room. Those never showed up either, I could go on more but just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Thanks

Check in was slow and my reservation was not accommodating.. my requests for room specific floor room and rollaway wasnt honored. It was first come first serve. I’m a platinum member. Front desk was rude. There no elevator either. The pool isn’t heated it was cold. Sauna isn’t working either. For my three nights stay I had no clean towels..2 for my room. There’s 4 of us. My trash wasn’t taken and clean towels were t given upon request. Overall it wasn’t a good the front desk didn’t try to resolve any issues.

Checkin went ok. James who checked me in was not friendly. Was rude in answering my questions. I felt like i was interrupting his quiet time. When he gave me my keys i almost said to him, its time you find a new job, but i didn't! I have been in sales, marketing and customer service my whole life, if i had an employee act like he did he would be fired so fast! The room was very dirty especially the carpet. Did not want to walk around barefoot. Entrance to hotel is very trashy and dirty. Paint chipping off outside of building and big chunks in rooms! The facility needs a lot of work done to have me come back.

Breakfast food was terrible. Food area was really messy, food quality was poor. Construction workers staying at the hotel were eating Mcdonalds food because they know the food is not good. You could see everyones plates with food on them in garbage. Couldn't even open the waffle maker as it had burnt on waffles. Fridge in our room was also not working right.

Our second stay at Ramada Bismarck was good. The pool was nice, the beds were comfy. I loved the sauna. The TV/entertainment options were limited. The toilet ran all the time. It's an old property, and needs updating. Everything seems dirty. Evening desk staff guy was not rude, but very awkward. Breakfast was fantastic!
