The room was quiet even though we were right next to the freeway.

When I booked there was nothing I noticed saying the hotel was being renovated. No pool, no lounge and a bare bones breakfast. Very disappointed as those were the main reasons I chose the hotel. The rooms were outdated and finding an outlet to charge my phone was more difficult than I'm used to. Hopefully they will renovate the rooms as well as the public areas. It would have been a nice stay if it would have had the amenities available. As is it was a place to sleep.

Our first room was upstairs and they do not have an elevator so be prepared to tote your luggage upstairs. Once I get to my room it appeared clean until I got to the beds that were unmade. Had to go back downstairs luggage in hand. Second room I asked if it could be downstairs and it was all the way to the end of the hallway and then my key didn’t work had to go back to the desk again. I would say check in was somewhat of an ordeal.

The first room we got was not even cleaned, and there was bugs dead on the floor. The front desk man put us in a new room but after seeing the bugs,I didn’t sleep well. It was midnight and had just drove 12 hours. So finding a new hotel wasn’t in the cards. Ugh
