This was the worst experience I have ever had. I booked this hotel because it had a pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed for maintenance but would be open the next morning. It was closed our entire stay. Had the hotel told me prior to arrival I would have cancelled. This was totally unfair. Also the hotel was filthy. Dirty carpets, disgusting elevators and garbage in the hallways. We were on the third floor and used the stairs because of the elevator. The room had paint missing on the walls and the curtains were off the track.

Almost always enjoy my stays, however when I lost an entire day, night and morning of the hot tub with no notice, my enjoyment was also lost. Called the front desk and even they had no clue that it was closed. Wondering about changing my stay in September. Not wanting it tp happen again. I pay for the amenities. If I am not going to be able to enjoy them, then give me notice or give me a discount..

Average stay overall, but at the time we booked the hotel didn't inform us that their pool would be closed for maintenance during our stay. We only booked 3 days prior to our stay and we would have chosen a different hotel had we known their pool was closed as there were other options for a similar price in the vicinity.

The rooms were clean, however the pool area definitely needs work. That green slide should have a warning, the speed and way it throws you is a bit much. The rusted steps in the pool area seem unsafe as well. The sauna and hot tub both did not work either. For the price you could probably do better. The elevator is pretty terrifying as well

Overall an ok stay 2.5/5. The facility was very dated but room was clean. The pool area was packed with kids that was adjacent to our room, made it hard to get a good night sleep (pool hours 0800-1100). I was looking forward the sauna, but it was not working, door in the sauna wouldn’t stay shut and the walls had carved graffiti. On the positive note, breakfast was include, it was your typical waffles, eggs and sausages, coffee, etc I believe I got this hotel on a discounted price - likely will not stay at full price.

A really bad storm came through Fargo. My bedroom flooded as a result. And not just my room. My friends room nextdoor, and 2 or 3 others down from her. An inch of water was in our room. So at 2am i was soaking up water with towles that I had to practically beg to have. I wasnt offered help, there were no other rooms available, and the next day I was met with ZERO empathy, compassion or even a sorry that happened to you and your children. We were in town for a soccer tournament and were 4 hours from home. I had no other option but to clean ot up. Furthermore my room was one of the few that had wood loke flooring and i suspect that is because flooding happens often. DO NOT STAY HERE. PS the rooms were nasty, ceiling tiles about to fall, stains on the walls and mold in the shower.

Honestly- place is ran down. I bet 20-25 years ago it was a great place. Appearance is dirty. We found a pair of socks in our room, toilet didn’t seem to be cleaned and the carpets were gross.

Had to leave room due to MULTIPLE signs of bed bugs. Front desk refused to action in any way other than to check us out and give me an email address. That was 4/4/24. Emailed the email address 4/7 and received no response. The person I was with had their own room with same issues but didn’t discover until next day so did not check out early. They received a response and refund within a couple days.

We found 2 bugs on one of our beds. Garbage stuffed under our beds. There was a dead cockroach under one of the beds. I was so disgusted i checked out the next day and went to another hotel.

The room was clean and fine, the bed was great and the checkin/checkout process was fast and easy. But, the bathroom toilet was an issue, as it was an older & really low to the ground toilet that is great for kids, but not adults. The door handle to the bathroom was loose, but I figure it was because one needed to pull on it to get off the low toilet. Breakfast was okay, but the food was not the most flavorful. The bar/lounge was a nice amenity, but closed a little early. The hotel is an older one and the elevators were dated and sounded horrible; although they did not breakdown. All in all was an okay stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised with our comfortable stay at the hotel. We had made the arrangements not having stayed here before. The room was spacious and quiet and VERY clean! The King bed was great ~ felt well rested each morning. We didn't utilize the pool facilities, but many other people did. The stay included a Continental breakfast each morning which was fresh and well stocked!

The room was clean but very outdated. No outlets to plug anything in. The hotel is very old and maintenance hasn’t been kept up. The hallways are in terrible condition. The front staff were nice and no complaints there. If a remodel was done this would be a great hotel.

Reserved a larger queen room, for a family of 5. Ended up next to the pool with 2 sliding glass doors, directly accessing the pool. Pool hours are from 8am to 11pm. Room was extremely loud with very little ability to lessen the noise, all the way until 11pm. Then the hotel staff were mopping and cleaning the pool deck until about 1130/12am. Room was good, but old (damage to paint and wear and tear) 2 bathrooms in Room, 1 sink did not drain, so we avoided using that sink. When we got into our room discovered the doors to pool, and 1 was completely unlocked. Overall was a good Room for the price, but would not stay again. You do get what you pay for. In town for tournament, so the late hours were not ideal. Back entry (door 3) the foyer smelled heavily of pot.

We were assigned room 322 when we checked in at 530pm.we didnt go to the room until 930pm as we had shooping to do as well as eat dinner. When we got back to the hotel, and opend our door the room looked as if there was someone in it already. Bed a mess garbage eveywhere and tv on. The lady at the front desk thought we did that to the room, and tried to argue with me about getting another room that was clean. We will not be going back to this hotel!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid an outrageous amount for this awful place too. For starters my phone in my room did not work the entire stay. I told them about it and they did nothing. So, I could never call the front desk for anything the entire 1 week stay. Secondly, the keys did not work. I had to go get new keys to my room at least 3 times a day. So, of course, I had to walk to the front desk. The first few days I was very nice about it. The clerks would never apologize either, they were rude and looked at me as if it was my fault and said that I couldn’t have my cell phone anywhere near the key ???? - everyone has cell phones. Thirdly, they never came to clean my room until I finally asked about it. Even after I asked, they didn’t come clean it until my fifth day of stay. I even had to go get my own towels and dump my own trash. Plus, my TV remote didn't work so I had to get up and turn the TV on/off and also to change the channels. They also had free breakfast but for the entire week, they had almost the exact same breakfast each day. Unbelievable!!! Then to end it all, the Hot Tub was down for repainting for 4 of my six night stay.

The staff was awesome. At check in he let us know the pool was closed due to a child vomiting in it. Bummer as we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The staff gave us a late check out next day so we could hopefully use it in the morning (which we did!). We opened our first room to find they hadn't cleaned it. Questionable people hanging around the parking lot. People let their dogs crap in the parking lot and don’t pick it up. Rooms seem clean enough but could definitely use some Reno’s. All the carpeting in the hotel needs to be replaced. The smell isn’t the greatest either.

Felt very unsafe in the parking lot. Check in was fine. Got to the room, the hallway carpet was disgusting. Room smelled so awful like must and mold. Immediately went to the front desk and checked out and left.

Just wanted a quick getaway, never been to fargo so i picked ramada for the price and the pictures of the pool and breakfast. Upon arrival i understood why the cost was lower, but in fairness ive stayed at cheap hotels that were still excellent. The carpet in the halls really aged the place, but the room was a bit more updated. I stayed on 3rd floor, the elevator was so janky, the doors struggled to open and my family and i were shocked it did not shut down. But back to the other 2 reasons i booked this hotel... the pool, it was warm and the hot tub was the perfect temp. 2 slides (not meant for 200lbs) the whole slide shook going down. But it was fun and fast. We were the only ones in there so it was really nice. I will say the picture on hotels.com showed lilly pads to walk across, those were not there, just pool, 2 slides, hot tub, sauna. Sauna did not work but we were happy with the warm pool and hot tub. The breakfast, 1 waffle maker, 2 hot chaffers, bread offered for toast, i type of muffin, plain donuts, 2 types of cereals, yogurt and 2 juices. Coffee machine. Heres what bothered me, the person tending to the food wasnt doing anything, the hot food was cold, no plain pancake syrup. Only sf. No knives stocked, it just frustrates me, just zero hospitality coming from any staff i encountered. Weather it be at check in. The bartender, the breakfast attendant, staff smoking next to the door outside..... just really disappointed in this stay.

Room was average. Pull out bed was NOT comfortable. Lots of cobwebs. Toilet kept running. Breakfast was not a buffet in the restaurant, but instead regular continental breakfast. Pool was not as described in photos.

It was evident improvements have been made but it appears at a lower quality. It was clean I appreciate that. The staff in the bar had only one person one and she ran her tail off, Ramada should have been more prepared for the full hotel of quests to cover the businesses.

The hotel photographs better than reality. Never got to the pool cause of the hundred children in the tiny thing. Adult hour would have been nice. Evening staff at the front desk was very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Check in was nice and had a friendly staff member. The bar/restaurant food was good. Staff were friendly. The window in our room was broken, like literally the glass was broken. Staff definitely dont communicate, as our late check out was interupted twice by the housekeeping staff
