Bison Inn & Suites on University

Smelled like marijuana in the place. Rate was good and for a quick overnight works I guess.

It was horrifying. There were needle caps in the bathroom, blood on the walls, poop on the walls, dirty sheets, dirty floor, and the guy at the front desk wouldn't even try to clean it because his housekeeper's weren't there yet, me the guest, was supposed to clean it and put new sheets on the bed, the door wouldn't lock to our room because the lock was broken off and the deadbolt wasn't cut right to fit into the slot. Druggies everywhere and hostile, also told we weren't allowed to have visitors in our hotel room due to other people staying in the rooms below us that cost more money and he wanted to make them happy. Do not stay here even if it's the only option.

I had a great time staying here. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He grabbed me an extra pillow with some sheets for the bed so I could replace the ones on the bed which were stained. There was a hole punched in the wall of my room and I let the front desk clerk know. He indicated he was aware. I did not ever find a microwave in my room or in the facility to use. I asked if there were other ice machines because the one in the lobby was broken. There were not. Though, the nice man at the front desk gave me half a bag of ice from the freezer. This place was cheap but had a working shower, toilet, comfy bed and good ac. It was totally worth $50/night for two nights. For a cheap stay, pick this place!

Amazing staff great hotel will stay again

The room was dirty. There was stuff on the walls that was dried. The sheets were yellow stained. The carpet was dirty and had white spots. The towels had yellow stains. The one bed was lumpy in the middle. The front desk guy, gave me my keys and went back into room. I only stayed one night and checked out the next day. The same front desk guy didnt give any help but thank you and went back into room?
