One of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Our room had a wheelchair accessible shower, which is great, but it looked dirty and leaked all over the bathroom whenever we tried to shower. Overall, nice place and nice to have water available in the front lobby. Pool and hot tub were great but hot tub wasn’t very hot

We had a great stay with our dog. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The fenced pet area was a pleasant surprise. The staff are amazing and friendly. Our room was a kng suite that was poolside. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel from September 13-15 and it was very nice. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was good and they changed it up a little bit both days. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The pool was a little dirty (oils and some floaties visible) but nothing to complain about. Our only complaint would be that our room was a handicap room and as such the bathroom had a stand up shower that caused water to spread over the whole bathroom. We just used towels to soak up the excess water and left the fan on. But again nothing crazy! Would stay again!

Excellent hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Went swimming with the kids and my only complaint was the pool was very cold. But everything else was great.

We stayed in the largest room- 2 bedroom suite. The carpet was ancient probably original to the property. Holes all over and threadbare. I wore socks to avoid whatever was living in the carpeting. The lamp in main room was wobbly and the shade was damaged with tears. The coffee was honestly disgusting- no flavor. Breakfast below even an ultra budget hotel. Very disappointed in our stay overall. I will say the beds were very good and bedding and sheets also good.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and will do so again in the future! I do enjoy the rooms that they offer at this hotel as opposed to others! If I had certain things to discuss, it would be that the building is basically made of wood so you do hear a lot of creek and and craken… this is in no way the fault of the people that work there . The sofa couches could use some upgrades, but is a nice amenity to have. Morning breakfast seems to be pretty popular every time I stay there!

Room was fairly loud with slamming doors. Carpet looked dirty. Overall average stay. We were told the building was under some construction in some areas, which isnt an issue, but it noticeably needed the updates.

The toilet needed repair and we finally had to turn the water off in the middle of the night. The floor above us squeak so loudly when the guests walked on it we were miserable. They repaired the toilet the next afternoon and offered to try and move us to another room because of the noise made by the squeaky floors but they said it’s an old hotel and wood floors wood do that maybe the 3rd floor might have one we just stayed where we were, went to our event and checked out early the next am.

King suites are nice rooms but if you do not have children request one away from the pool. We stayed near the pool this time and it was very loud. Otherwise this is a great property.

Nice location for where I needed to be next. Very easy to find. However… Staff did not inform us that there was no hot water in the hotel as the boiler had stopped working. Was a topic of conversation between guests and some staff in the morning. The weather was below freezing (as is typical in Grand Forks during this time of the year) and showering with ice cold water does not make for the a pleasant experience… definitely memorable not in the best way. Not to mention somebody could easily fall ill with a cold or worse. In the morning at breakfast, I overheard front desk staff being told by one of the oncoming staff members that they’d been dealing with it for “a while” and when another staff member said maybe they should be letting people know, the other staff member said to keep quiet unless someone asked about it. Quite the customer service and care.

Woke up in the middle of the night with bedbugs crawling on the bed. Staff couldn’t do anything as “there was no manager” staff kept giving me different times on when the manager was coming in. First I was told 7am, then 8am, then 10am. I had to wait 8 hours for the situation to be dealt with. When I confronted the front desk about it they just said “we don’t know why she’s not here yet”.

this property is great for travellers -- right off the highway, close to a major mall and food options, and for all of that convenience quiet -- so you actually get some sleep while on your road trip. I've stayed here before and will again, clean, quiet, breakfasts are a bit dull but otherwise this is a safe choice

My room was very clean and comfortable. The check in was friendly. The only complaint I would have is the muffins/bread items didn't seem fresh. The muffins were very sticky and the cinnamon bread was very dry.
