The hotel is walking distance to Perkins and just across the road from the Marketplace grocery store. However, there is no elevator - hauling a heavy suitcase upstairs is difficult. The bedding is very old - sheets are see-through, blanket and comforter must be 25 years old - or more - pillows are lumpy.

It said Airport Shuttle included. When they told it is an additional $20 I told them I would not have booked there had I known that. The desk clerk told me she had me scheduled for the 3:30am Shuttle with Juan but that I could pay him directly. When I went to the lobby at 3:20am the new woman at the desk said the previous didnt schedule the shuttle at all and we couldnt get ahold of the driver. I was fortunate to get a taxi at that hour.

The bathroom is very outdated with the sink being right beside the door with almost no counterspace. old outdated tv. We didn't even have breakfast because the food looked very distasteful. The pool water was ice cold and almost no lighting beside the natural light in the pool area. The shower by the pool had no pressure and just dripped. Overall we didnt see any people at the pool, in the morning besides staff and it all looked uninviting and lackluster. As if we where the only people in the whole hotel besides the staff who some reeked of cigarettes and took hours to clean the rooms in the second floor. From 3 pm to 8pm we where moving in and out of the room to go eat and take a walk and we where still climbing over the dirty laundry the staff had piled up in the hallway. Overall we had MUCH better hotel experiences with other hotels for the same price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Room was filthy, dirty, bathroom door had a hole punched through it, toilet seat was peeling, pillows were all stained and when I got new ones they were blood stained. Didn’t sleep here and booked a room at another hotel after I had already checked in. Save yourself the headache and done book here.

Multiple towels had stains on them, it was very dirty, rooms where very run down, paint missing off walls multiple areas, shower curtain barely hanging on, blanket/sheets stained or dirty. Very bad smell in rooms. I paid 150$ Canadian when realistically this is a 80$ a night room. Have no plan coming back

Just stayed overnight while travelling. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was a bit dated with a very squeaky bed. Cleanliness was spotty. Rooms were not soundproof as it sounded like our neighbours were in the room with us when they talked. Otherwise was good for an overnight stay with a restaurant just next door. Conveniant location.

I actually like the room quite a bit. It was of a good size and well appointed. It had everything you would need for a stay for a couple of days. It had plenty of plug-ins which was nice for a change! I wouldn't have a problem with staying there again.

I did not like that the microwave in the room was rattling all night long. I tried to unplug it but I wasn’t able to unplug it so I had to deal with it. Not sure why the microwave would have been rattling but it was annoying and hard to sleep.

Days Inn by name only. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. The "furniture" looked like a staff member made it, but many years ago. Very beat up. The fridge was also old and worn. It would have been nice if it had been plugged in before we got there so we could have transferred our food and drinks from a cold cooler into a cold fridge! Based on their occupancy level, guess they try to save every penny they can by not wasting power. The breakfast room was the exception. It was clean, bright and the food was up to free breakfast standards.

The staff were incredibly rude especially the early morning front desk staff and there so called maintenance Man. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, if I was offered a free night there I would decline it and throw it in the trash! Horrible experience. What a waste of money!

During my recent stay, I was surprised to learn of a $40 per night pet fee that was never explained at check-in and does not match what is shown online. This is the highest pet fee I’ve encountered in Minot, and the property is not a five-star hotel to justify such a charge. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would have cancelled and chosen a more affordable option. Transparency on fees is essential. The breakfast offerings were limited—no fruit, no sugar-free options, and overall very average. On the positive side, the pool was open, the beds were comfortable, and housekeeping actually cleaned our room, which is rare these days. However, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available, which is a basic amenity. The ongoing remodeling left a noticeable carpet glue smell, which detracted from the experience. Overall, while the stay was acceptable, the pet fee was excessive and misleading, especially since my dog was never left alone in the room. Clearer communication of charges would prevent frustration for returning guests like myself, who visit Minot multiple times a year and have never faced such costs elsewhere.

Waited a long time to check in as both front desk staff sat outside smoking and talking. When we checked in they gave us our keys and that was it. No elevator. Room was nice and clean. Toilet however did not flush properly. Pool on the property was ice cold. Unbearable to swim in. Breakfast was poor. Scheduled 6-9 but food ran out at 7 am. Another guest was checking in when we were in the lobby. He went up to his room and immediately came back down as the room was already occupied. The manager had marked the room vacant so when the staff checked him in, the room had a guest in there. Unprofessional and uncomfortable. When checking out, manager asked how our stay was, we hesitated and said “okay” and she didn’t ask any follow-up questions or seemed to care we didn’t enjoy the stay. Also our keys only worked for 1 day of the stay, we had to get them to fix BOTH keys.

There were 3 vehicles parked in the front of the building clearly had been parked there for months. Junk collected around them, the smell of drugs were constant around the front of the building. Made a person feel uneasy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our fridge wasn’t working so they put our items in the hotel fridge. The room was clean but dated. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. My only concern is we paid in Cdn dollars through Expedia but it would have been cheaper to pay the American price plus the exchange.

We will never stay here again. Lots of what appear to be homeless and people on drugs. We felt unsafe and checked out after only being there a few hours. Then they charged us $100 for “damage” to a towel and bed spread. We didn’t even stay our 2 nights! Front desk man was very helpful and kind.

Just stayed overnight while travelling. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was a bit dated with a very squeaky bed. Cleanliness was spotty. Rooms were not soundproof as it sounded like our neighbours were in the room with us when they talked. Otherwise was good for an overnight stay with a restaurant just next door. Conveniant location.

Would definitely stay here again..very quiet, good breakfast and also has a pool which i was not aware of but was happy to find. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Easy check in and out. Close to shopping and also has a restaurant right next door.

Hotel and town of Minot is super sketch, building and area around was dirty and gross, but that's kinda what you sign up for with a Days Inn, I guess. Staff was kind, building smelled of cigarette smoke.

The bed was hard as a rock!!! They had the times wrong about the breakfast food. Muffins were hard and some breakfast food wasn’t warm. They didn’t have any extra blankets. Most of the workers seemed to be working hard though so that was nice.

Waited a long time to check in as both front desk staff sat outside smoking and talking. When we checked in they gave us our keys and that was it. No elevator. Room was nice and clean. Toilet however did not flush properly. Pool on the property was ice cold. Unbearable to swim in. Breakfast was poor. Scheduled 6-9 but food ran out at 7 am. Another guest was checking in when we were in the lobby. He went up to his room and immediately came back down as the room was already occupied. The manager had marked the room vacant so when the staff checked him in, the room had a guest in there. Unprofessional and uncomfortable. When checking out, manager asked how our stay was, we hesitated and said “okay” and she didn’t ask any follow-up questions or seemed to care we didn’t enjoy the stay. Also our keys only worked for 1 day of the stay, we had to get them to fix BOTH keys.

Rude manager. Blood stains on sheets, no hot water in shower after 2 minutes. Broken lamp by the bed the cord was destroyed. Ac had no auto fan function so it's either on or off. For $200 a night it was a completely awful place. Avoid.
