No water in shower. And also shower was very dirty. They confirmed they had my airport ride set up but it didn’t show up. No staff available when checking out to tell about problem with the shower. Rooms dated and dirty.

The room was stained and dirty and the mini fridge had its guts ripped out. It took almost 20 minutes to get checked in (they were slow the last time I stayed there too). I mentioned that I’m disabled and they still put me on the third floor with no elevator service. The card-lock doors didn’t lock and were open for just anyone to walk in. Two times was enough, I’ll never stay here again!

Was not a bit impressed pulling in the parking lot. Weeds growing out of every crack in the broken up pavement. Very junky vehicles that told me this wasnt a very respectable place to stay. Service was OK, other than an employee that was standing on the other side of Service desk. Walking in our room was like.OMG scary. We almost walked out. Everything was outdated, toilet seat was about to fall off, plstic tub had cracks in it, sheets weren't on one of the beds that wasn't comfortable at all. Im not too hard to please, but I wasnt impressed at all with this facility. Would have felt more comfortable and slept better in my vehicle.

Very friendly staff. Facility is quite run down but clean. Room was very quiet after 11pm. There is no elevator. Accessible entrance was inaccessible due to someone parking on top of it!

This Hotel NEEDS to be updated and Deep Cleaned. The rooms are actually nice a roomy but everything from the bathroom to the dressers and chairs are FILTHY. Upon arriving to our room it smelled musty and dirty. The Bathroom was grossly dirty as well. The night staff and day staff were super kind and great to deal with. Im not a complainer so we never bothered to say anything during our stay about the cleanliness we just simply needed a bed.

Floor was filthy, beds had hair on every blanket, sheet, and comforter of the beds, room had a musty-dirty smell, I paid on line for my pets and room and got charged again for my pets at the hotel for $20.00/ night, and it was 8:30 and they served breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30am and no breakfast was out at 8:45am when we went down for breakfast we left checked out and got my $50.00 deposit back that was not mentioned about prior either till checking in. Staff was ok.

Worst stay in a low end hotel EVER! Hair in the tub, next to some what looked like paint chips, dirt in every corner of the room, open container of yogurt in the fridge, food and maybe drywall dust in the dresser, couldn’t/wouldnt use, the only chair looked like it had blood stains on it, I asked for a sheet to cover it but never received one. Bed sheets didn’t fit and were ripped, mattress was old/recycled. Online pictures show carpeted room, nope, no carpet and super cold floors, we had to keep our shoes on or freeze.

The hotel were friendly and accommodating. The bed sheets were stained and the beds had hair. Floors were sticky and the bathroom had urine on the floor. The hotel dude gave us an upgrade. Personally i would be firing the cleaning crew.

The entire property is an absolute dive. The rooms are disgusting, flooring lifting in the bathroom, windows cracked, dirty floors. The TV aspect ratio was tiny and couldn’t be changed. No hook on the bathroom door but a disgusting broken plastic piece…when did the Super 8 get so bad? They’re all terrible, yet in my childhood we stayed at them all the time. This is the third one this year and I can confidently say it will be the last.

The shower is not working and there is blood on the pillow cases, torn sheets with holes and stains of mascara on linen. Dust everywhere in both rooms and after the 2nd room checked we asked the receptionist to issue the refund and he redirected to message into Expedia app. Another room offered was of the same quality. NOT RECOMMENDED. Keep away from this place

Upon entering the room, there was an odor that I had to turn the air conditioner on to get rid of. The door to the room was warped so you had to push it to get it to close and when trying to engage the lock you had to push on the closed door to get it to line up with the hole in the wall so it would lock. The bath towels looked like they'd been used for the past 30 years. The fan in the bathroom ran but it did nothing to stop the mirror from steaming up during a shower. When you flushed the toilet, there was a continuous whine until the tank filled. The smoke detector started beeping saying the battery was low and had to be replaced. I could not get the TV to work. I always thought that Wyndham was a good brand but this experience has soured me on the brand. I would be embarrassed to include this hotel in the Wyndham family.

Heating unit went on and off constantly every few minutes, regardless of setting. bed was uncomfortable faucet handle in bathroom sink comes off and very little hot water. Toilet rocks back-and-forth needs to be secured.

Staff was rude. They made a room key for MY room for some random person so when I arrived back at my room, my key didn’t work. I complained to the front desk and asked them to make me a new key and the lady told me that she would t make me a key and told me if I wanted a key then I should ask the unknown lady that she apparently made the key for. So I ended up being locked out of my room and couldn’t even reach customer service((

It's a budget hotel which is why I chose it. It has the basics but nothing fancy. I was just staying the night after flying in - it is not far from the airport. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I had a nice chat with the friendly woman at the front desk. If you are trying to save money, this is a good choice. Note: you may have to climb stairs, so if that's a problem, talk to the hotel ahead of time.

Hello, good afternoon. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and at no time did they come to provide room service. I asked to change the coffee maker because it was damaged and they told me no. On the app they offered me breakfast and they told me that I had to pay extra to have donuts and coffee for breakfast.

I’ve stayed a couple times. It’s a decent hotel for the price. Beds are comfty and it seems pretty thoroughly clean. It’s an older building so a little outdated . Breakfast are good enough to hold you over to a brunch. Service is always awesome . Only things I didn’t like was the strong smell of weed and cigarette smoke throughout the place. It would seep through our door. Also the people they allow wondering around at night doesn’t feel safe . Our last night we had a horrible neighbor going in and out , slamming the doors till 3 AM probably about 60 times. We were by the office so I’m not sure how they allowed them to be doing all that after 10. Just the some of the people they allow there are up to no good. Otherwise it gets the job done. Not sure if I will be staying there again though.

My room was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly but the building was in terrible condition. It took forever to get hot water and even then it was Luke warm. Couldn’t take a shower because couldn’t turn on the water. They need a new shower head or something. Big scratches on the wall where the furniture scraped alongside it. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and dry bread. Coffe was awful
