Although there were a few current upgrades( keyless entry) the overall hotel looks worn out. Staff that did check in and checkout seemed very uninterested. Just doing a job. Our room could have used a thorough vacuuming. A place to sleep was all it was.

Check in was easy. Kinda wish they had an elevator as I have trouble with stairs but I made it work. Breakfast was good but eggs could have been warmer. This was our 2nd stay at this property.

Make sure to a get a room away from the fire door in the hallway. Its banging throughout the night sounded like someone was coming in our room. Since the main reason for staying is to get a good nights rest this was disappointing!! Everything else was very good!!

I enjoyed my stay here. I wish it had an elevator though. It was not easy carrying my suitcase up and down those stairs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The chain on the door had been pulled off and it looked like someone trying to get out of the room. The door had been pried open from the inside. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were cold. I think the people eating pancakes enjoyed them. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

The AC unit isn't blowing cool air. Staff can't fix it . No more rooms to move too. Was given a box fan . The place is dirty. NEVER EVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. AND I WANT A DISCOUNT

On the morning of my second night I woke up early, turned on the lamp on the desk and a ROACH ran across the desk. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and she assured me they did not have roaches. I know what I saw. I paid almost $500 for 2 nights since there was an event and they jacked up the price. For $500, or any amount for that matter, there should not be roaches! I asked the manager to call me but never heard from them. Never again!

The rooms are extremely clean very comfortable bed great internet service. However the one thing that oversees and Trump's all these things about the hotel that I will take away and from this whole experience is the extremely excellent service I've got it from that front desk. He was the most helpful nicest wholeheartedly best person I've ever met in service I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I look forward to being able to stay there again in the future for sure

We had a king room on 1st floor and was suppose to be no smoking it smelled horrible. Had people running up and down halls all night dogs barking and air conditioning making loud noises. Shower had no pressure.Couch in room had rips in cushions. Bed was hard but had a very nice quilted bedspread on it. Didn’t stick around for breakfast. We went to Ihop

Room was clean breakfast was good had plenty of options and was stocked. We stayed on the 1st floor the person above us walked pretty hard that is the only reason for 4 stars. 2nd floor is probably quieter.

Hotel is outdated and overall dirty. First room I was assigned had a visually dirty bed and carpet. Second room was right at the top of the stairs so it was extremely noisy. Train nearby blows an extremely loud whistle very late and early. Will not be staying here again.

The front desk service was very slow. They were unable to give us extra pillows and towels when we asked for them. The smell in the building was horrible! A yucky blend of smoke, body odor and just stale air. Walls were paper thin. Bathroom less than desirable. We will not stay here again.

It is a huge oversight to name two branches of this hotel with the same name, causing a mix-up and wasting our precious travel time. The location is nothing special, but good for a travel stop. There was a strange smell coming from our AC unit. Breakfast was prompt and the location seemed pretty quiet.

The staff accommodated my request for a handicapped bathroom. The breakfast isn’t too bad. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles. It is older but the room we had was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The room was very bare bones. But the room did have a refrigerator and microwave that worked. Coffee machine did not work. Parts were replaced by front desk but we were given the wrong model parts and did not work. Decided to get coffee at breakfast the next morning . Sadly the coffee the next morning was cold and tasted awful. Told the young lady putting out breakfast but she was too busy to make coffee. As far as the room, the bed was comfortable but the heat fan was so loud the room vibrated, waking us up throughout the night. Bathroom fan was also very loud and turned on with the light- irritating. Cleanliness was average, towels scratchy and mirror in the bathroom was damaged. Truly a no frills hotel room and very disappointing.

The breakfast room was wonderful with a good selection of breakfast choices. Staff was friendly. Small issue with the shower. Chair in the room at the table probably should have been switched out.

We were traveling with dogs and the room had tile floors rather than carpet and was very clean. It also smelled fresh. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, gravy and biscuits, toast, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.We would stay there again.
