While clean enough, this was not a well cared for property. The toilet was not properly anchored to the floor, the safety latch wasn’t secured to the door frame, the sprinklers stuck out of the wall, there was rust around the bathroom door frame. One of the fitted sheets had a hole in it. We booked because they had a pool but when we arrived it was locked with plastic over the door and all signs regarding it had tape over them, so that was a big turn off. Continental breakfast was quite good. Location was easy to get in and out of.

Place smelled weird. Breakfast was not very good. Not much for choices and was not kept up throughout the morning. Fan in the bathroom was noisy and the cover was off of it and the fan in the other bathroom I got didn’t even work. Pool was not able to be used. Staff was friendly though!

Check in --person was very nice. (Brian) The room was comfortable , but, there was a stained bed comforter, but over all the room was clean, air conditioner was great. The dead bolt on the door did not connect with the door jam. And the security lock was feeble and did not hold the door. I informed the lady at check out of the door but she was busy with a phone call. The pool was not operable, but we had a nice refrigerator and the 2 nights stay the bed was very comfortable.

There is no elevator, they moved us to a different room on the first floor and the keycard wouldn't open the door. They guy at the desk said it was just me not doing it right and he would show me how to open it and when it wouldnt work for him he finally gave us a different room. Our fridge seemed to work so we put our food in there but when we woke up in the morning it was off and we could never get it to come on. We were told its the plug, sometimes it does that. Also the a/c in the middle of the night just stopped running amd it was blazing hot inside. Thry fixed this issue by turning it to 58 degrees and said it should work fine now, see it turned on.

The older lady behind the desk was so polite and helpful in helping me with the issues I had with my booking and making it accommodating to me and my family. Upon entering the room it was very clean and tidy. I love hard floors in a hotel room- gives it a less dirty feel. My sheet on my bed did have a yellow stain on the side of it, not sure if it was a stain or if it wasn’t washed but we just used the other bed since we had two. That was my only complaint. It was one of the only affordable options in the area other than the motel 8.

Absolutely abhorrent property. My room was visibly dirty, and when I dropped my charging block behind the nightstand I almost vomited. There was crumbs, trash, and A HALF EATEN CANDY BAR on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket was very thin, but that wouldn't have been an issue if the heat actually worked. I felt dingy after my night in this room and just wanted to take a shower when I woke up, but there was no hot water at all which is pretty unpleasant. To top it all off, the smoke detector beeped the entire time. I requested a refund but they ignored me. There are 3 hotels in the vicinity that are a couple bucks more a night, there is absolutely no reason to stay here.

We all got bed bugs. The hotel reeked. The floor in the bathroom felt like it was going to cave in. Worst experience at a hotel ever...and I've stayed at some pretty sketchy places.

Our room was not even cleaned when we got there. So gave us a ”upgrade”. Bathroom shower was terrible. Shower head was discussing and dirty. The bottom of the tub had a white film on it. Some kind of stains on back of the door. Not gonna recommend this place to anyone we like that’s for sure.

Absolutely filthy. The site says they focus on cleanliness but that’s a complete lie. The tub was disgusting. My daughter was wearing white socks in the room and within 5 minutes they were brown. Dust everywhere and the sheets were stained with God knows what. I refused to stay there for my and my family’s health.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing the cover and disgustingly dirty. Bathroom tub drain not working so we had to stand in water as we showered. Both items were reported to staff at checkout so they can be addressed. Staff VERY courteous and respectful. Appreciate the customer service at this hotel.

The unit needs some TLC and more money spent on breakfast. The bathroom fan sounds like an F16 plane staging to go and both sinks take 10 minutes to drain after waiting for 10 minutes for hot water. That is why we didnt use the shower. Needs work. And yogurt and cereal for breakfast, really?

My husband and I stayed for one night. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was a good size. We got a room with the hot tub in it. There was no hot water. I am not sure why there was no hot water. The sinks, the tub, the shower, nothing had hot water.

Check in was not great. Couldn't get on the hotel Web. Had to scan my DL 7 times, kept asking my first name. Couldn't say my card went thru when payment was approved on the pin pad. Tried to call someone with hotel and no one answered to help. Just not a comfortable feeling.

Staff at the desk was phenomenal! Property is well maintained and you can tell they are making updates inside and out. The beds are really comfortable. Again the man at the front desk was polite, helpful and very genuine. It was refreshing to see someone that knows what hospitality looks like.

The check in manager, Helen, was very slow and surly to check us in. Our room was not completely made up. The pillows were piled on the couch not on the bed. The towels were not hung next to the sink, instead piled in the bathroom. The bed spread was soiled and had cigarette burn holes. There was no carpet, the window was opaque from outside dirt. The A/C had not been turned on so the room was warm and musty when we entered. The outlet plug was so worn that my phone charger would not stay plugged in. The chrome legs of the luggage were covered with rust. lt was an overall unpleasant experience especially because no effort was made by the manger to resolve any of our complaints instead they were met with rude responses. I asked to be moved to another room but was told by the manager, in a churlish manner, that we weren’t getting one even though rooms were available. We do not plan to ever stay in another Wyndham hotel again.

Check in was done but shortly after checking in another guess used their key to open my room door. I was shocked and scared and the woman at the front blames the mishap on the “system” and only after me voicing my concerns brought me a new set of keys. Breakfast had slim to no options very disappointing. And the toilet in my room backed up and I was told I needed to unclog it myself due to there being no staff available. Over all I wouldn’t stay again.

They wouldn’t just give me a refund after just checking in because first 3 rooms they moved me to shower didn’t work and they all seemed really outdated and dusty. It was almost 5am by the time I got into my fourth room super slow service wouldn’t recommend.

The front desk person was overly rude. I was told 2 days prior that our card wouldn’t be charge until we checked in than upon arrival at the hotel, the lady claimed that they charged it at 4pm but once I checked my phone, I found that I received a voicemail just after 3pm saying that they tried to charge my card and it declined and if they didn’t hear from me by 6pm they would cancel my reservation. I showed up at 5:30pm, after being in stand still traffic for about an hour. The front desk lady said that they went ahead and cancelled it and rented the room out that I reserved. She was very snappy about the pool being down since before Covid and when we asked why they went against their corporate policy and the voicemail they left, she said “because we didn’t think you were coming because you didn’t call us back!” Thankfully they didn’t charge me the $106 for the reservation being cancelled on their end but instead of arguing with her, we left and found a different motel to stay in. I WILL NOT be booking with this hotel again. Thankfully we found another hotel because we didn’t drive 4 hours for our mini vacation to be cancelled due to not having a place to stay because the hotel staff was shady and rude.
