Room was good, breakfast was great. Only major gripe we had was the pool area was really loud and so slippery it was borderline dangerous. I don't know who thought using paint as a deck coat was a good idea, but they should consider retirement. We chose the hotel solely based on the pool so that was kind of a bummer. Overall a good stay though!

The Room was clean and nice. The check in staff was pleasant. Biggest frustration was only one elevator worked, the other was shut down. Wait times to move up to any higher level floor was crazy long and the elevator was always full of people. Due to the elevator next to the pool being out of service, the floor to the elevator was always wet. The stairs next to the working elevator do not lead to the lobby but to an outside service door, which caused frustration after descending 7 flights of stairs.

The pool feature is what sold us on the lodging, since we were traveling with a 4 yr old. Unfortunately, the poor ventilation and drainage conditions for an internal pool were below average. Moss and mold were prominent on the large slide and surface conditions were hazardous. I watched at least a dozen people slip and fall in the several days we stayed there. One child sustained a cut on her leg after a fall.

Everything was good except for a couple of things. The shower rod in the bathroom was missing some screws so it wasn’t hanging right so the shower curtain couldn’t block the water and created a mess in the bathroom. The pool area is extremely dangerous—the floor is so very slippery. I’m surprised no one hasn’t seriously been hurt. Saw several kids fall and hit their heads and they were just walking. I almost fell a few times. Please fix before a serious injury occurs.

Comfy beds! Great staff! Great breakfast! We looooved the smell at the hotel. It smelled like high end perfume! We chose this hotel for the pool. I didn’t realize it’s only three feet deep when I booked. The water was sooo warm! We loved it!!! The pool and hot tub were the same temperature!!! My only complain was the pool water wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. It wasn’t disgusting or awful. Just not clean. We will def stay again!

Hotel hallways were unbearably hot, one elevator down and more than once we had to wait over 15 minutes for the one that worked (had a wheelchair user so stairs weren’t an option), hot tub literally had dirty foam in the middle, the pool is only 3’ at the deepest so definitely meant for very young children, the breakfast was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the stay.

We had stayed here a couple of times before without any issues. The staff is always kind. Breakfast is good and the bed is comfortable. However, this time we had cockroaches that we found crawling in our room, along with dead roaches that were in the corner of the bathroom. I complained about the cockroaches and asked to be put on a different floor on the other side of the hallway so that we were not sharing any wall space. This is only because we were under the assumption that they had sprayed for bugs and it was being taken care of.When we moved to the new room, the beds were dirty, but made up. There were hairs all over the mattress and dirty dishes and food left in the refrigerator and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Since I booked through a third-party, I was not able to get a refund, but we did leave that night!

For the amount I paid it was not worth it. The photos on the site look way better than what it does in person. I had hair balls in my towels, found roaches, and some of the sheets and pillows had yellow stains on them.

We mainly chose this hotel because of the pool and our kids loved it! But the rooms were very dirty, spider webs on the ceilings, dried blood on our sheets, bath tub had hair all over in it and the smell was very damp.

I liked the room minus the fact that there is black mold growing in the grout in the bathroom shower area. There is something wrong with the pool area ventilation because it was extremely humid in there. That sort of thing will absolutely destroy a hotel with mold. Management should fix it asap if they dont want further mold growth in the hotel. Overall it was a decent hotel otherwise.

There was poop on the walls, it stunk. Just all arpund nasty i do not recommend staying here. Frisge was filthy, tv had ashes all over it. The shower was all wet like some one just got out!

Overall property is dirty, from the parking lot to the rooms. Our room had two pillows which had what looked like blood on them. Staff didn’t seem too bothered and said they would give us two new ones but didn’t retrieve the dirty ones. Pool was cloudy. Dining room for breakfast was filthy and the trash was running over. Staff could be overheard openly complaining about their jobs and the customers.Will never stay there again.

Overall the hotel was fine, but was not very clean. We came into our room and found that the sheets were dirty and stained with makeup stains and crusty spots. The light switches and phone were filthy. The bathtub did not drain well. One elevator was out of order, inconvenient but nothing big. The pool was the highlight for the kids but the shallow entry was slippery and dangerous. We slipped and fell. Overall our 3 night stay was fine, but we probably will not return.

Didn’t care for the highway/freeway noise as we were on that side of the building. Couldn’t sleep. Very interrupted sleep because of it. Did have grandkids come to use the kiddie pool at ages 5, 3,1. We had a blast with them.

The location is great, staff was helpful when checking in and when my room key didn’t work, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good but some stuff ran out (there was a lot of people there so it’s to be expected and staff tried to keep up). I also felt safe in the area and in my room. I will be recommending and returning here.

The overall hotel was pretty nice… We especially enjoyed the pool area! We only had a few complaints. The bed certainly wasn’t the most comfortable, but if was sufficient. In addition, there were extremely bright street lights outside our window that the shades couldn’t fully block out, allowing the light to seep into the room at night. The shades also blocked the AC unit, so even though we had it set as low as it went, it was pretty warm in there.

The hotel was dated with faded carpet, amenities were minimal but what bothered me was the dirty carpet and chipped paint on walls. The king size mattress was uncomfortable sagging on the edges. The hotel is old and appears not to be in the greatest area. A bum shack was set up on the sidewalk outside the entrance. Also the next morning another bum set of bums were fighting over who got to sit in the corner street recliner! The staff was on personal phone calls both at check in and check out. Clearly they have no interest in working at the hotel. I really question the type of hotels hotels.com allows on their website. Our last two we had on this road trip were a bust. Both in different states. Oh, and breakfast was terrible too.

One of the front desk workers was so rude that i will never stay here again. I had a medical package deliver and when i ran down to get it, i didnt say ANYTHING about a package and she didnt say a word to me, just handed me the package. I said thank you, and she didnt smile but turned around and walked away without saying anything. Another moment i was walking out before checkout with a cart full and when i stopped in front of the door so it would open, she made me stop and wait for her to walk in. No smile. No thank you. Nothing. Another moment, i was staying on the top floor. I went down and asked her if i could get some clean towels. She said "you need to bring the old towels down and exchange them as there is no housekeeping later in the day". So i had to go up to my room, grab all the towels and carry them down to the front desk. Then she proceeded to put gloves on in front of me (which she should have done before i got down there). Also, the wifi is in and out. I worked remote from my room and i had to switch and use most of my hotspot. The pool is fun, the lobby smells nice, the breakfast was amazing. There was another girl at the front desk that was very nice to us. But the other one just ruined this hotel for us.

Front desk workers were rude. Elevator stopped working a few times during our stay. Witnessed another customer complain because they gave her the keys to a room that was already occupied which is so dangerous and the front desk agent had the nerve to tell her if she didn’t like it she could leave. How about NO do your job right. That is such a safety issue for the person already in the room not to mention the other lady.

Would not stay again. Place is old and dirty. Every single towel we had for the 3 days was stained, all of our bedding was stained, some of it even looked like it wasn’t washed. Outlets in the hallway looked like a fire hazard. Couldn’t find an ice machine on any of the floors. You could see where the space for them had been but the machines were gone. Took all the strength I had to turn on the faucet in the bathtub. There was no housekeeping while we were there so everyone had to throw their towels and garbage into the hallways and wait for staff to replace. The pool area was extremely slippery, our kids fell a few times and I saw other kids falling a lot too. Homeless people camped out by the hotel everyday. I called to the front desk at 6:30pm to get more towels one night since ours had not been replaced and they informed me that I would have to carry them down to the desk if I wanted new ones. On the second day we were there our room keys quit working and maintenance had to break into room with a screw driver and then replace the batteries in the door. Apparently the week before we were there the elevator had also quit working for a couple days.

The staff just seemed like me having a reservation was a inconvenience. It wasnt like they were mean but i got the is bear minimum of service. I checked on their website to see if I could get an early checking and the web said yes they offer it. When I went in she said that this is when everyone was checking out so she had no availability. To be fair, I don't understand this business.And that could have been the case. But when I was in the parking lot waiting for 3 hours to get my room. I counted fourteen cars in the parking lot and over a hundred rooms. There was just no Effort to explain or to make me feel at ease.It was just a straight cold nope.Sorry see what three. I have been in 11 hotels in the past 2 weeks.And this is the first time I could not get an early check. The wifi not very good either. I don't want to dog on this staff but you could tell it was just a job to them.Nothing more nothing less no pride.

We still haven’t got our deposit back & when we called they said they released it. I called our bank & they said they have not released it. It has been over a week & we still don’t have our $150 back. I have emailed the main office & they haven’t responded. They only had one elevator running for 7 floors & it was very small. Could not fit more then 5 people & you had to wait at least 10 minutes if not more. The water pressure was horrible. The room only had 2 towels for 4 people, so we called for more. They never brought them up. The next morning we tried to get towels at the front desk & the lady had an attitude that we needed more towels. We will not be staying again.

I had accidentally reserved my stay for the wrong night. When I went to check in, I realized what I had done. The lady at the front desk was more than willing to help with getting my reservation moved with no extra charge! She even put me next to my friend who was also staying! It was quiet and the room was very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

The night desk people were good. The woman handling breakfast was very sweet and kept tables clean. The day time woman was not good at customer service. Lied about my deposit being returned upon check out. It is still pending 7 hours later. I asked housekeeping for extra washcloths and she said no. The room we were in had pink stains all over. The hot tub drain stop didn’t work so after wasting time filling it up get in and it was empty in a matter of minutes. By the time we got a new one it was too late to use the tub so it was basically a waste of $ to get that room. The shower didn’t work at all. My sons room the shower worked but we had to spend more time than we should have had to to get it to work. We normally stay at best western plus because of the great service nice rooms and I love the coffee machines. The coffee machine at this one is mediocre. On a good note the jacuzzi at the kid pool was really nice. The pool itself is for kids. Can’t really swim I think 3 feet was the deepest it got.

Diana checked us in, and she is awesome! The security features are very much appreciated, especially at night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds/pillows were some of the best I've slept in. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I'm in Omaha. (All of the staff were very friendly.)

The hotel was just ok. The location was great for the zoo, old market, and the Nebraska crossing. The breakfast was good. The pool had so much chlorine we couldn’t stand to be in the room. Kids where also running around at 3 am knocking on the doors and running a at and yelling in the halls.

The mini-water park pool was fun for our kids. The late checkout relieved morning pressure. BUT, overall the property seemed uncared-for. Hinges, doorknobs, shower curtain rod all needed repairs. Deep grime was present in many places. And though staff were nice, they looked like they just climbed out of bed in baggie t-shirts and sweats.

We had a great stay. It wasn't quite 5 stars, but definitely 4.5. Check in/out was easy, breakfast was fantastic and my young kids loved the pool — it was perfect for them. Loved the 3 p.m. check-in and noon check-out. The only complaint was the beds seem a little dated/used. Did have to use a CC for $150 damage deposit, so I will have to remember to check that I got that back. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The mattresses were really comfortable. It was an enjoyable place to stay. The only negative was that for some reason the floor in the breakfast area was really sticky all over. Not sure what happened to cause that. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We came here for a mini family weekend getaway. Loved the warm welcome & festive Halloween decor in the lobby. Friendly staff. The room was cozy & comfortable. Decent beds. My kids enjoyed the water play area a lot, even though the water was too warm for my own taste and the air is thick & heavy of chlorine inside the water play area. Fabulous breakfast buffet & their busboy does an excellent job cleaning tables & everything after people are finished eating. Very clean & secure hotel. Overall, it’s a great family-friendly places that I’d recommend!

The front desk staff woman was wonderful. Beat western unfortunately is just doing the bare minimum. This was the second one I stayed at in 2 weeks and the food is just awful. I would suggest stop offering free breakfast and lower your room prices.
