Pool not working. Elevator not working and we were on 3rd floor. Barely anything on the breakfast kitchen. Room was dirty. Lots of left over things from previous people.

The site is hard to find. It is not on a road, but in areas accessible from parking lots where it is not readily visible. The keys failed on a daily basis. We had to get them reset every day. The indoor pool and the gym were not available. The cleaning service did not respond to the clean room request, then came on a day when we did not request room cleaning. Breakfast was adequate: waffle machine, 3 cereals, a fruit each day. The coffee machine was out of order 2 days.

Good place to stay for the value. We were not able to check in until it was actually 3pm or after. Pool was out of order due to maintenance or remodeling. Hotel has no hot tub. So, we got a whirlpool suite. It was great.

Pros: Good location, friendly service, clean rooms, cheap. Cons: Stopped complimentary breakfast early, had to ask for proper amount of towels, pool in op, fixtures missing in room (towels racks,) parking lot in bad shape.

Very run down on the outside, trash everywhere. None of the exercise equipment worked. My room was comfortable however.

All good as usual. Nice staff, decent breakfast. Only complaint is the elevator being out of service and getting a 3rd floor room.

Elevator didn’t work

The pool was closed due to maintenance and the gym was closed due to some issues

We needed more towels and didn’t get any. Pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons I booked. Breakfast was not good. I would not ever stay here again!!!

Room was dirty and used. Someone had showered and shaved in the shower. Found an insect in the bed. There were some stains on the sheets.

Quite frankly the hotel was so filthy I would NEVER eat there! The elevator carpet was so filthy it looked like someone had been murdered in there. The carpets in the rooms were just as filthy; you didn't dare walk around barefoot! The furniture was in obvious need of repair, the towels were sloppily folded, thin and dingy. You should be ashamed of this hotel and it's condition!

Our room door didn’t lock (it wouldn’t let me upload the video of that) The dirty towels in the pictures were the towels they left for us in the bathroom. When I asked for a clean towel they said they didn’t have any, so we were unable to shower.

Room and the building were very dirty. Linens were not clean. Cockroaches in the bathroom! I would never recommend this place ever! I would lie a refund or discount if possible.

The sheets were dirty with blood stains . The manager refused to change them and denied my refund. Attached are pictures

There was mold in the bathroom and on the wall by bed next to the bathroom. How do we get a refund? Mold is not safe to be around or breath in!

Check in was fine. The room had an odor, stains on the sheets and floors, the peep hole had toilet paper shoved in it to cover the hole. There were holes in the towels

Had bed bugs in the first room they gave me. Captured the bug in a coffee cup, took it down to the mgr who apologized and gave me a larger room. Pulled back the covers on my bed in the new room, and there's more bed bugs there to greet me. I went back to see the mgr, asked for a refund and got out of there asap! My advice, check the sheets before you pay for the room

The hotel itself was inviting, the lobby smelled great when we walked in, the staff was nice and quick to check us in, and they offered breakfast in the morning. However, there was signifant mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our room. The mold was definitely off-putting. The rest of the room was fine.

Horrible filthy hotel, can’t understand the staff, filthy elevator, filthy breakfast area. Dirty sheets, no way to turn on or control the tv, pool wasn’t open. I have been to cleaner crackhouses

Overall not a terrible hotel. Part of the floor in my room was broken. Hadn't been repaired. Some stains on the carpet. For just a one night stay wasnt bad. Not sure i would spend an entire week there.

This room was so gross. Upon arriving to check in after driving for 8 hours, there were several people arguing with the front desk over a surprise fee that was not included in the online booking. The front desk employees took a long time to resolve this. Upon entering our room about 20 minutes later, I pulled back the covers to see dried, crusty semen in the bed. Obviously the sheets were unwashed. There was also blood in the shower. When I went to the front desk, they said there was nobody to change the sheets. When I asked for a different room, they said there were no rooms available. They tried to pressure me to check out of the hotel and go somewhere else in order to get a refund. This was at 10:30 pm. When I asked for the clean sheets so I could change the bed myself, the employee sighed and walked away from me without saying anything. When I returned to the room, he was changing the sheets, obviously upset at having to change the sheets himself. I am not sure why the employee was so upset he had to change sheets himself, and would have rather I got a refund and checked in at another hotel than to just change some sheets for five minutes.The room was on the first floor and very noisy. Needless to say I slept in my clothes and will be reading reviews more carefully in the future to avoid staying at such a terrible place.

The Wi-Fi would not work. We had no tv the entire time. Told the front desk and they tried to keep connecting but said the router was too far away. Had to sit In silence while in the room. Also had no hot water for the jacuzzi tub. Terrible hotel will not stay again.

Avery no-frills hotel that sufficed for a one night solo stay on short notice. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, though I felt like I didn't want to set anything on the surfaces because the cleanliness seemed questionable. The shower had nice water pressure. The TV didn't work, and seemed like it was maybe just there for looks. I was woken up early in the morning by the fire alarm in the hallway, and I heard another guest say that happens here fairly often.

Loved the hospitality. Front desk assistance was excellent.

This place is a half step above being a dump. Shower leaked, AC was a joke, lock to my room Went dead and they had to let me into my room every time I came back. Finally offered me another room on the first floor, no reduction in the room rate. Guy who ran it named Rami, he was nice but clearly having problems. Do not stay here!

Had to wait for the front desk person to finish a cigarette right outside the front door before being checked in. He saw me walk in but didn’t care. Surprise— there’s a hundred dollar hold on your credit card for several days for a deposit you didn’t know about. No smiles. No welcome… just someone who hates their job and apparently doesn’t like people much. Not sure if there was a disturbance right before in got there, but police car circling the premises several times when I arrived.

I attempted to contact the property several times before our check-in time to confirm our room would be available twice. I was hung up on once. The person just answered and said hello. Didn't identify that it was a hotel or business of any sorts. Very unprofessional. Upon arrival at the scheduled check-in time of 3:00 p.m. I saw notes posted at the front desk stating they would not be checking guests in until 4:00 p.m. I was abruptly told without any type of apology or anything like that that I would not be able to be checked in until 30 to 40 minutes after the time I arrived. When I went back at the time that I was expecting to be able to check in, the staff still told me the room probably wasn't ready but if I wanted I could go and check and see if it was ready myself. Not that they would go and check. I did this and I was then in the room and after about 5 minutes of being in the room somebody from the staff barged in the room unannounced without knocking or identifying themselves to tell me that I had to come back to the desk to finish the check-in process. So I was not able to check in until an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled check-in time and the staff was very unfriendly and very unprofessional about the entire process.

Overnight stay, lobby was clean & attractive, smelled really good. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, ample pillows. We had two queen beds. The A/C unit was unplugged upon arrival and the room was cold (January) plugged unit in and turned on. Room warmed right up, but the fan never turned off. Be aware, there is a $100 hold on your card upon check-in. This info was buried on the Hotel's.com web page fir the hotel information. No reminder of the deposit upon booking. The advertised full breakfast was not provided. Breakfast served from 6-9 am. We arrived at 8:15 am and the only items available were cereal, toast, waffles, sausage and pre-packaged mini-muffins. Very dissapppinted that the 15 or so guests that were in the dining room had slim pickings. It is a challenge to get to the hotel as the exit is very confusing.

Friendly staff and price.

This location will NOT accept cash and as a server that’s all I deal with but the night guy was really understanding about this and made an exception. The morning guy was furious and let it be known by slamming drawers and yelling at the other guy that was working with him. Needless to say I will never be back to this location.

This property requires a $100 cash deposit despite not mentioning that in the description. They were rude when asked if we could get an early check in as well, and the pictures are very misleading as the hotel is in much worse shape. Would not recommend, and shame on you Expedia for the poor customer support to make this terrible experience right.

The hotel was affordable, clean, and close to restaurants and major roads and highways.

I stayed 2 nights with my dog. The room was fine. It was clean. The side of the hotel, where I took my dog out was littered with garbage. I saw some teenagers wandering around outside getting a bit loud. It felt a little unsafe.

Definitely not the hotels fault but there was a major leak somewhere on the third floor that affected the levels below. This was when I was checking out so it didn’t really affect me. The hotel was well kept in the service was friendly just limited dining opportunities in the area kind of remote, but felt safe. Very satisfactory and the price was fantastic

The room and facilities was average. It was clean but worn. The pool was under repair. There was broken tile on the bathroom floor and peeling paint around the bathtub. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was cordial but busy and check in took longer than expected. The area was confusing to get to and next to some empty commercial buildings. Overall if you just need a bed the property was good but nothing special.

The frontage road into the property was very confusing. The motel was good just in a an odd area.

I was quiet and somewhat tucked away, was at a place that made it to where you're not too far away from the things around you.

The beds are a little small, but clean and comfortable. There were some areas in the bathroom that were visibly dirty. The rooms were nice and it’s in a quiet area, not far from anywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were very nice and helpful.

It was hard to find and I couldn't reach anyone to ask how to get there.

Positives: Except for spoiled milk in the mini fridge and the trash not emptied, the room was clean. The 2 nights I was there, I saw cleaning people thoroughly vacuuming and changing the bedding. The a/c worked well and wasn’t too loud. The front desk people were very calm and respectful as they dealt with an ongoing stream of unhappy guests. Negatives: The main floor smelled of mold. Luckily I was on 3rd floor and didn’t smell it in my room. The bed had 4 half sized pillows on it. Bring your own. The mattress was awful. At first I thought it was just overly soft, but I tried sleeping on it the 2nd night and realized it was broken down. I tried sleeping on the left and fell into a crater on the right. I put the sofa cushions on the floor and slept on top of them for 2 nights. I checked out a day early. My house without power was looking more desirable. They ran out of breakfast food by 8 am Friday. The only thing left was fruit loops, no milk and some baked eggs that looked green. Given that our area had serious storms and power outages, I thought maybe they were caught ill prepared. Saturday, I was down to dine at 6:30 am. The biscuits and gravy were lukewarm. I think the same eggs were there from the day before. They were cold and rubbery. The highlight was the waffles. I am giving this a 2 stars because the cleaning people deserved a shout out and the a/c worked. This is not listed as a Best Western. It is and it isn’t worth the money.

Disappointing Stay - You Get What You Pay For This hotel reflects the bare minimum of budget lodging. While the rate was low, nearly every aspect showed signs of neglect and cost-cutting. Towels were thin and worn, maintenance issues were visible throughout, and the overall feel was tired and uninviting. Breakfast was especially dismal: no fresh fruit, broken machines, and the only "hot" item , sausage, sat in a broken warmer. "Juice" was mostly water, and the rest was just carbs: waffles, bread, cereal. Not worth waking up for. If you're just looking for a cheap bed and have zero expectations, it’ll do. Otherwise, spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

Liked looks of out side needs new paving tho inside everything in room felt sticky. Carpet was dirty ,windows were dirty ,breakfast no eggs had to go else where. 118.oo thursday was 282.00 dollars but because of all problems they gave us118.00 off kind of cheated themselve because of laziness.

First off, we did not get the room that was pictured on Expedia. It was literally the ONLY reason I booked this hotel. Secondly, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The peephole in the room door was out, leaving a hole you can see right into the room. Like, you can stick your finger right through it. The breakfast was only cereal with room temperature milk and very stale bread. It was hard as a rock. So, I opted out of getting breakfast and figured I’d get orange juice from the juice machine. Again, no. There was mold growing on the juice machine. All in all, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Everything was average but the breakfast was terrible it was only sandwich bread and some sausages

Got checked in but room wasn’t ready. Waited an hour and room still not ready. Asked for another room and they were able to do. There were only 2 towels for 3 people so we asked for more and never got them. Had the worlds small at of soap to shower with. TV remote did not work. Could only watch one channel as it would not switch channels. At breakfast they ran out of waffle mix at 815 am. Breakfast went to 9 am. A lot of people left with just toast and dry cereal with little milk.
