Large room convenient area to cook and store cold milk and soda. Only wish trash cans were bigger

We were a little disappointed in the gym equipment not working or in poor condition. But everything else was working and in good condition. Our beds were so very comfortable, it made us want to stay longer. It is meant for longer stay patrons, but we enjoyed our night there and thought the decor was bright and cheerful!

Very happy with the staff, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cook ware, plates, bowls, cups, & silverware. Good sized table

The place was clean and nice, but who doesnt have any ice machines?! For the price should have breakfast too.. excuse was covid . It is 2024 .. we are moving on with life now.

Room with kitchen was great so we could fix breakfast before heading out. They charge a $50 pet cleaning fee that I didnt see in the pet fees section of hotels.com ot the $10 fee. The $50 pet fee was at the bottom of that section. I paid it but the room had quite a bit of dog hair in it from previous guest as my black socks were covered with white hair. I get why they would charge a fee but they need to clean a bit better then.

The exterior of the building looked old, the key card locks on the exterior doors did not work and there were multiple pot holes in the parking lot. There was a lot of garbage needing to be picked up. There were a lot of questionable looking people loitering in and around the building. The interior smelled of old food and cigarettes. We had to get our key card reactivated every night to get into our room. My husband had a recent knee surgery and needed use of the bike in the workout room which was broken and remained so throughout our stay. We were told the refrigerators had ice makers and they did not. It was needed for his ice pack unit that he uses on his knee. The actual room was reasonably clean. Our AC went out during our stay and the maintenance man did get that repaired the same day. I would not recommend this facility to anyone I know and will not stay there again.

Very nice stay very clean rooms the laundry room needs a little work but other than that I liked it here we wouldn't have left but the price went up a little high but we plan on coming back when it goes back down the staff was friendly

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. I tried to get ahold of Expedia to change immediately upon arrival but to no avail. The interior smelled of cigarettes, the halls, property and room were dirty and old. Bathroom floor and kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. Towels had hairballs. Walls were paper thin and dogs barking til 11 at night. Would never recommend nor stay here again.

The room itself was clean and the bed fairly comfy but the building rinks of cigarette smoke during the day and weed at night.

The staff at the front desk were great, but somehow there must have been a miscommunication between the maintenance/cleaning people and the booking people about the rooms they had available. When we walked into our room it was like walking into a cloud of cat pee smell. It was awful. It even had a little ozone machine plugged in on the counter when we got in the room so they were aware of the issue. Of course the hotel was completely out of rooms so they gave us a can of zep odor eliminator spray. It helped for a short amount of time. They told us they could switch our rooms in the morning. We tried to deal with the smell the best we could by not being in the room except when we went to bed and then sleeping with the blankets over your head was about the only way to not smell the smell. We would have changed hotels but almost everything in the area was full or cost a fortune for what we needed. The next morning we packed our stuff and went on with our day, and when we got back they put us in a different room that was better. Room 331 needs to be completely renovated to get rid of the smell that was in it. It was unhealthy to have it as available. Like I said the front staff was amazing and had it not been for them I would have nothing good to say about this place.

Overall, the bedsheets were clean, but the bathroom had hair everywhere, and it was trash under the bed.

The Check in and out were great. The room was not. We had a handicap room. There were ants in the bathroom. No phone in the room, no hangers, no hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board. The front desk was short on extra pillows. I'm not sure if the room had be cleaned as there were bread crumbs in the sink and lint in the carpet. Room # 108.

This room was disgusting. Clumps of women’s hair in bathroom sink. There was no shower curtain in shower. Cleaning rags and spray left next to common area sink. This room was half cleaned and I slept with one eye open looking for bugs. Terrible stay

The sheets were stained, we reported it and they did nothing about it. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a smell of cigarettes. the smell in the room was unpleasant

We had a reservation for 2 days. Check-in was fine. Walked into the room and the smell was absolutely horrible. We could not stand to be in the room so we cancelled our stay for the second night. We were just going to tough it out and stay the first night but after an hour we all felt sick and left, had to find a new hotel to stay at. The manager said we wouldn’t be charged for the second night. Looked at my bank account and of course we were charged for both nights…and I have yet to receive a call back from their manager.

The microwave didn’t work. The AC didn’t work. The shower curtain was missing. The iron and ironing board was missing. The room smelled of urine. Requested another room but they were full. Nice area and nice hotel. The room was a mess.

Price was good, room was clean.. but updates are needed. The first room we were given was seemingly occupied and locked from the inside. Given another room, it was clean and bathroom was nice. Many people seemingly live there or stay long term. Place is a good deal if you are ok with a few issues.

I like the convenience. This stay i was a little frustrated that the refrigerator wasnt working, i reported it to the front desk. Maintenance was to look at it the following day, they did not.

Our bed was lopsided. You could tell the springs were broke. Other than that, our stay was fantastic

Although the establishment was pleasant, the door was persistently misaligned, posing a persistent inconvenience for me. I was compelled to exert considerable effort, often resorting to forceful pushing, to gain entry into the room. Conversely, exiting the premises necessitated jiggling the door and applying considerable force to dislodge it. Despite these challenges, the staff’s exceptional courtesy made the overall experience more bearable.

The bed was not comfortable at it was very squeaky, everytime you rolld over it squeequed a lot.

Everything is great except the thermostat in the room.

Had a fine time outside of the rude women working at the front desk.

I was having a difficult time sleeping and went for a walk around midnight. When I returned, my key card did not work. Ok, not a big deal. I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top...

The front desk workers were so amazing!

Room was not only not clean when we got to our but had been absolutely trashed. Front desk said they had 2 singles that they would give us at a discount. We said we'd take them for the price of the 1 double room we had booked. They then found an available double room. We had also paid online and they charged our card again at check in.

Check In was quick and professionally handled! Front desk lady was courteous and informative. What blew me away was the spacious and very clean room! Kitchen was equipped with everything I could have used and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

WORST STAY EVER! Firstly, it is NOT smoke-free. Everything reeked of cigarettes & stale smoke; my wife & I were coughing our lungs out. Secondly, the customer service was appalling. We were treated very poorly by staff members - Jacob was rude & had zero customer service/social skills. Thirdly, we got ZERO sleep! The room above us was incredibly loud all night long - they were stomping loudly, banging on walls, & moving furniture around. I called the front desk multiple times but nothing put an end to this person’s behavior. Our night was completely disrupted & ruined. I went back to the front desk at 7am to talk with the assistant manager, Victoria, but she did not empathize/apologize about the incidents. Instead, she proceeded to argue & defend the behaviour of this individual. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by hotel staff who dismissed all of my concerns/complaints & made no effort to resolve the issues. We checked out the next day & demanded a full refund of our stay. We were told the manager would call us about this but no one did. On a follow-up call, Jacob put me on hold for 10 minutes & forgot to pickup the phone. Eventually, the ‘new general manager’ picked up & assured me they would be in touch - unsurprisingly no one has contacted me. I gave them ample time to make this right but every opportunity was wasted due to incompetence & impassivity. I still believe we deserve to be refunded, but until then this review will remain. Billing issues. Double charged. . I had to go and find the front desk clerks after 45 minutes of waiting for them in the lobby then had had to wait 4 days for the refund. It was inconvenient. Other than that, we love this hotel and will be staying there again soon.

It was a quaint and quiet location.

The staff was very kind and helped me get to a closer room. The room was clean but smelt terrible. Permanent residents in hotel are dirty, leave hallway smelling like cigarettes, and are noisy. There is also a lot of "activity" in and around property. I did not feel completely safe and would not walk outside alone at night. Get what you pay for.

Nice facility and amazing park next door. Also a running, walking or jogging trail just out the back of the units.

Hotel was fine, price waa good room was nice, staff was fine However some of the other guests made me feel very unsafe while on the property People in the parkinglot catcalled me and definitely using drugs and doing sketchy stuff outside. The neighborhood seemed otherwise fine so idk

It was a convenient location.

The thing that made the stay awkward was that I was greeted in the parking lot around midnight when I arrived by a couple that attempted to sell me what I believe to be stolen goods/items. The couple meandered in the parking lot next to my car for near an hour in the rain ultimately before spending 30 or more minutes rearranging items between their vehicles and eventually having the stranger check them into the hotel. It was uncomfortable - I did not sleep at all. I couldn't even though I tried bc the upstairs neighbors appeared to be constantly moving/running/making noise until I ultimately gave up and got back on the road at 4 am.

We stayed at the property during Berkshire annual meeting. It is clean, friendly staff. We had a comfortable stay and it was good value for money during a busy time. Not much to do around the area.

First the staff had no idea how to give directions to Mainstay, it should be required knowledge. They advertise breakfast, NO breakfast.

Hotel is clean and orderly. Staff was polite and friendly. The intersection from Hwy 6 is a bit confusing to get through to its location. Kitchen is well provisioned for making our breakfast. I would recommend for staying in the area.

Clean safe hotel, but only had coffee for breakfast. The area is not super quiet, but safe.

While this property is older it is in good condition and clean. However even though there is a kitchen there are no pots and pans to cook with and when we inquired the desk clerk looked at us like he had no clue then said he would try to find some but it never happened. Upon asking for the manager the next morning was the guy at the deak said tell me the problem and I will pass it along. When we told him he reached around and put some pans on the desk that looked like they came out of the garbage. This is as we are checking out little late now and they were disgusting. Then they told us they would take 20.00 off our bill - then no we can't do this because was booked through experian and became sarcastic and said what do you expect for 50.00. I should have known better than to stay there this is a choice hotel property and have never had a good experience with them. There is no breakfast on this property and it is extremely noisy. would never stay there again!
