Booked a room here for a night to attend a concert at CHI. The hotel is nice and staff friendly. The only downside to this hotel is the parking lot. Very small, and tight spots to get into. The hotel also charges $20 to park which I thought was a little ridiculous considering that we had already paid for a room. If the parking lot had been covered I could maybe understand it, but it is not. I will say, the walk from the hotel to the bars downtown is nice and short! All in all it was a good experience.

The hotel is great. It is quiet which we appreciate! The only issue we had staying there this time is we were in town for a concert, staying overnight, and the hotel parking lot was full. Not sure if it was all hotel guests or if concert-goers parked there too, but they need to figure that out for their guests.

I booked this hotel explicitly because Expedia shows 24 hour round trip airport shuttle on request. I in fact I was advised when I checked in that the service was unavailable until 07:00. My flight departed at 05:05 so I was forced to take an Uber for $51.

Very nice hotel and convenient to the downtown area. We came in for the CWS which is always a busy event. My only complaint was they did not offer any shuttle service in and around the Stadium or downtown areas. Shuttle was only available to/from the Airport. Most of the big name hotels offered shuttles throughout the entire area.

We were very happy with the rooms at this hotel. It was clean and modern, and the on-site bistro was convenient. I would have preferred a continental breakfast for the price we were paying. Most frustrating was the requirement to pay $22/night for parking in the hotel's parking lot.

My comforter had a large tear in it the first night, but staff was very responsive and brought me a new one. The next night though, that comforter had a large stain on it that they covered with another blanket. Other than linens, everything else was clean.

This is a very unique hotel. It appears to have been an old warehouse converted to a hotel. The rooms have very high ceilings. The bad didn't seem to be a typical Marriott bed. Not as comfortable as other Marriott beds where we have stayed. Biggest disappointment of all was the fact that they never changed the sheets on our bed. They were dirty.

The room was not as clean as I would have expected from a Marriott. The area under the sink was dirty it had hair and crumbs. There was food crumbs on the carpet by the desk and bed. There was hair all over the bathroom and shower area. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The location was great! So close to everything in the old market and Capital district.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year while visiting our Airman daughter. Walking distance to shows and the Old Market district with lots of shoos, restaurants and bars. The staff has been absolutely amazing on every visit! The room has always been cleaned to perfection.

Great stay, comfy bed. My only complaint would be there was long black hair stuck to wall of shower, so it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Also shower head is breaking away from shower wall.

The people who work here are amazing and helpful. The facility is where things fell short. We were on a get away and hoped to seep in. The blinds were broken, so it was very bright the first morning. I mentioned it to the front desk and they happily sent people to look at it. When we returned later, the curtains were stuck closed. So no ability to enjoy the skyline in the evening. There was mold growing on the wall of the shower at about shoulder height and above, so clearly not cleaned for a while. Also, the hotel is located where the street merges into the interstate. It causes a lot of traffic noise at all times. Especially very loud cars revving to enter the interstate were a constant night time occurrence. There was also a dog in another room that barked loudly starting in the early morning. We could hear the baby crying in the next room. They must not have put much thought into sound dampening when they built the hotel. It was very nois. We had planned to stay an extra night, but left and went to a different hotel for the additional night so we could get some sleep

I liked the easy access to the Old Market. However, the beds need to be updated. I found the king size bed to be uncomfortable plus my daughter slept on a roll away bed and the springs poked her all night and she barely got any sleep.

Very nice place to stay! My only complaint would be that you can hear all the cars and motorcycles on the highway but other than that it’s a great hotel and would stay again! Also you can sometimes hear the neighbors talking.

Noisy, heard traffic all night. In the morning, our slow draining sink started gurgling and a sulfur smell came up out of it. The shower was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Prices were outrageous in the bar. They also charged $15 to park a car overnight. I will choose somewhere else next time.

Really nice hotel and great breakfast, with very clean modern rooms, nice tvs, and really comfortable bedding and pillows and the bed was really nice, I was on a road trip and got an amazing nights rest. The area is really cool as well right downtown with some great restaurants right nearby in walking distance and an arcade bar right caddy corner with games and drinks fun for all ages. Will return if I am in Omaha and a great pricing for duh a nice hotel

Seemed a little like the hotel was greedily trying to sell everything to make money rather than serving their customers. For example: no free coffee. I can live with paying for coffee but not standing in line for a long time to to get it. I will remember this next time I need to pick a hotel in Omaha, and it may not be this one.
