I didn’t like paying $25 to park my car. Include it in the room. It’s not NYC. I’m sure the vast majority of their guests drove to get there. It’s just a ploy to advertise a lower price. Feels like a bait and switch.

The bed in our room was old, fairly uncomfortable. The other people in the hotel letting their kids run around making an unreasonable amount of noise at all hours is something that should be monitored and managed better by hotel staff. $25 a day for parking in an absolutely filthy parking ramp is a bit much. Also, not having a hot tub in a Hilton? That’s outrageous to me. More than likely won’t be back.

A nice hotel. And helpful staff. The parking garage gate was broken. And the garage is very small. It was difficult to navigate with my pick up. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Check-in was quick and VERY pleasant. The pool has GREAT hours; a little heavily chlorinated but enjoyable. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Parking is a little steep and I wish quick grabs were free for breakfast, but overall a great hotel.

Someone stole stuff out of my motorcycle in the attached parking garage. Cameras weren't helpful. Beer cans all over the parking garage from homeless people over night. Wouldn't park there again.

Staff in the pool area (and grab and go breakfast) was amazing- they were super sweet to our kids, gave us waters, apples, etc. Blew up inflatables for the kids & made sure we knew about the popsicle time. Pool area was fantastic. Not a ton of dining options near the hotel.

Room was immaculately clean. The staff was awesome. Garrison on the night shift is one of the coolest people I've ever met. Kids are still talking about the breakfast hours later.

Definitely disappointed. Staff were great but room-not so much. The floor clearly had not been cleaned, there was mold in the grout ( I allergic, thank God I had Zyrtec. The pillows were terrible. The went flat when you put your head on them. And the sheets had stains and were dingy. We will not be back.

25 dollars for parking every night is aweful. Nothing on Expedia takes about it. For the extra 25 dollars I could have stayed at a nicer hotel. Room was dirty. Both chairs were gross. Crumbs on tables, chairs , beds. Dried jelly on table near microwave. Stains in carpet. We tried to canned get a refund so we could stay elsewhere but they wouldn't let us.

The Hilton Garden Inn isy go-to hotel when I stay in Omaha. The staff are always friendly, every room I've stayed in has been CLEAN, and it's been quiet. It's not overly priced either. The products they have in the bathroom are high quality hypoallergenic, eco-friendly, clean, and they smell good; or at least I think so. It's nice to have a hotel where the quality is consistent. Idk how many hotels I've stayed in where the room and/or bathroom isn't the most clean. Thank you to the dedicated and caring staff at this location! You are very much so appreciated.

Great location. The lobby is awesome. But when we got to our room, we called down to the front desk or put on hold. They never came back. Called again no one answered. The bed was so hard. Neither of us could sleep. It kind of caved into the middle so you rolled in and it was very hard. The bathtub was something from my Grandma‘s house. The inside definitely needs an upgrade, but it was clean!

After traveling for 12+ hours we arrived to the hotel ready to relax and rest. The hotel was not able to find my reservation from Hotels.com. I was quickly filled with anxiety wondering what would happen and if I’d need to book somewhere else and eat the cost. Despite this issue, the hotel staff Daniel and John went above and beyond to ensure we got a room and did not turn us away! Our bed was very comfortable and the room was well-kemp. Only complaint (which the hotel cannot help), is the street is very busy especially on a Friday night.

Hilton Garden Inn/old Town market place over charged me and over charged the other room my family stayed in between us both the overcharged us $400+ and we are both pissed. I asked for a receipt when I left on the 6th of July they refused to give me one said Hotels.com would send receipts Hotels.com said the Hotel charged the cards so they would be the ones to give us a receipt and so we were lied to them found out couple days later they overcharged both of us and by not giving receipts purposely overcharged our cards they are fraudulent charges I told my card company and disputed the fraudulent overcharges placed on our cards by Hilton Garden Inn/old market place in Omaha, Nebraska July 3rd departing July 6th room 601 was mine and room 801 my other family. Is this common practice to overcharge your customers we may file a police report on the Hilton hotel if this isn't taken care of.

We went for the Berkshire Hathaway convention which was very conveniently located a block or so away. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious & the front desk was friendly & accommodating. We will definitely return!

The hotel was conveniently located in walking distance to many things. They did tho over book and we were knocked down a from a king room to a double queen room without any explanation. We had to call and ask about our concern and was told there was nothing they could do due to over booking. Not our fault and all they did was not charge us for the $25 parking fee. Bar closed at 9 pm which was u usual being a weekend. Not sure i would stay again.

You could buy a breakfast package when booking your room. It was a good deal and the breakfasts were made to order and excellent in taste. Staff was overly wonderful. Had trouble with a toilet at 6:30 a.m. and a gentleman from the desk came up with a Plunger within minutes and solved the problem.

This stay was a delight. The desk staff was terrific, especially Hector who helped us as we waited for a ride. He was cleaning light fixtures, rolling silverware in napkins and doing it with joy. The whole staff was great but he was exceptional.

Check in staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick. The room was worn and there were stains on the bed sheets. The main reason for the negative review is housekeeping repeatedly banging on the door at 9:30am even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. We asked when check out was and she seemed annoyed and said 11am. Check out was actually at noon.

This property was located around many dining options and great for going to the farmers market. There are many places to go within walking distance, but Werner Park and the zoo were close by. All staff were a pleasure to work with.

Location was easily walkable to the CWS even though we drove and parked in a garage closer since it was so hot this year during the CWS. Easily walked to many restaurants and bars nearby.
