The bed was too firm for me and many people screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night, made it difficult to sleep well. The parking garage is cramped and is not worth the $34 fee. Bump up to valet would be worth not dealing with that situation. The staff is very nice and the pool/hot tub/gym is great.

The rooms were nice/fine. We ate at the hotel and the food was very good- the restaurant dining area and bar were quite understaffed and took longer than normal to get food, drinks and service, but the people that were working were doing their absolute best. The lobby and bar there were very nice as well. The location is very convenient since it is right across the street from the CHI Center. Getting our room was a little frustraging. We arrived after the stated check in time and were told that our room was being cleaned and needed to be inspected and it wasn't ready, but would be 'soon', which was pretty frustraing because we had dinner reseervations and needed to get ready. Took nearly an hour for them to call us and say it was ready. The check in staff was very friendly and professional, however. We attended a concert and after the concert, the lines to the elevators were VERY long. I would have gladly used the stairs, but was told that wasn't an option for some reason. It took over 20 minutes just to get into the elevator to get to our room, which I find ridiculous since there are obviously stairs.

Great atmosphere. The location was very convenient as we had an event at CHI Health. The service was great. The food was great. We used the Skywalk to get to our event, it was below zero so this was very convenient. The parking was easily accessible and the stay was very satisfactory. Would definitely recommend to others!

Very nice hotel, although the location is a bit removed from the downtown Omaha vibe. The pool/hot tub/sauna is very nice and the overall hotel experience is great. I absolutely love my room - it's big, but cozy and the bed is incredible.

We had an event at CHI center. Loved the convenience of the skywalk to and from the hotel. Lobby bar did a great job of service since the restaurant was under renovation. Valet service was great and easy to work with since parking was very busy!

Took us over 1/2 hour to check in due to long line and lack of staff. Room was clean but had a bad odor. Bar didn’t have draft beer available due to non-functioning draft lines. All hot breakfast items at coffee shop unavailable. Area around hotel not clean/kept up. This is such a great location and in general a good hotel. We’ve stayed before or attended events here and had better experiences. It wasn’t busy (no meetings at hotel, no big event at convention center) so don’t understand the lack of staff, lack of maintenance/repair, food, upkeep to the property.

We were in town just over night for a visit to the zoo. The hotel is in a great location. The lobby is set up well for guests in town for business or events. I don't see the option for 2 doubles on the website, but I am pretty positive our beds were not queens. We would stay again.

The wait to get checked in would have been an hour and a half. We were going to a concert and didn't have time to wait. We checked our bags and were told we could check in after the concert. However when we went to check in our room was already taken by someone named Brittney. They double booked my room. So at 11:30 I drove 2 1/2 hours home.

The shuttle service was prompt and the driver very helpful with local things to do. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and when I spoke to the manager at checkout, she was super helpful and went out of her way to take care of my issue.

My God what a horrible experience. They allowed late check out for the groups already there, so when the mass of people coming in for a concert got there, no rooms were ready. We waited for 3 hours to get our room, but by then we had had to do make up on the lobby floor and change clothes in the public bathroom. It was absolutely miserable.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I booked a room with 2 queen bed about two weeks ago but when I checked in, I was told there was no more two queen beds available. So the person at front desk said that they can upgrade me to a king sized bed with a roll away bed. Mind you I have two adults and and one child. So the roll away bed was not going to work. The person at the front desk said that there is no other room available that has two beds. But when my boyfriend went down to talk to the person at the front desk, different person from the person who checked us in, they told him, there was plenty of rooms with two beds. I was very disappointed with my stay and my experience with the check in. I stayed at other places that wasn’t even comparable to the Hilton name brand hotel, and they were better. The only thing that I liked, it was connected to Chi Health Center.

They use an app to have you opt in for cleaning the room. I opted in everyday and no one ever came to clean the room. I also went to the desk 3 of the 4 mornings to ask for room to be cleaned and they went on app from front desk and said it would be done. They said it may take until 5pm that evening but would be done. IT WAS NEVER CLEANED

Loved the restaurant and Bar options in the lobby as well as the coffee shop with snacks. I also loved the quick checkout via text and key drop box on our way out. The only thing I would change is that the hotel guests had to pay for parking & that I wish there would’ve been an all night store in the lobby for snacks and drinks since lots of quick options close and there’s nothing quick within walking distance

The restaurant was moved to the bar area (not sure why) and you had to order the food at a separate concierge type table. The food choices were sophisticated and my son and i just wanted basic American fare so we went to the Mattress Bar and Grîll a short wall away. I had a drink at the bar later and it was about $21US for a 9 oz glass of Sauvignon Blanc. I àmost fell off my chair!

The beds are super firm same with the pillows. Kept getting random charges that I had to go discuss with the front desk. The restaurant in the hotel ws a waste. Git a reservation. Ordered our food when sat. Then waited 45 min for them to tell us they are out of prime rib. Was a terrible experience. We will be staying elsewhere during our next visit.

The hotel was very nice. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed on Sunday. We didn’t get our Omaha steak, But they did offer a limited menu at the bar. The hamburgers were very good with excellent beef and great salad. The bar tenders very friendly and helpful and there was a lively time watching the football game. The shuttle service was very good. They were friendly and accommodating and started at 4 AM making it easy to get to early morning flights. The coffee shop menu looked good and opens at 5.30 am. Unfortunately we did not have time to eat there. But the kind shuttle driver waited while I got a coffee since we were only passengers. We are elderly and everyone was very helpful.
