The hotel needs updating. The rooms are out of date and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. The bed was comfortable. The workout room was so hot and the weights are old and rusty. Will not stay again.

Parking is tough if you drive anything other than a small to mid size car. Trucks struggle since the spots are narrow and short. Other than that, great facility!

The lobby is beautiful, rooms are somewhat updated. 2nd floor was very smelly, including the room. Like old, wet carpet. Almost bad enough to try and change floors but it was manageable. The pool was warm and ok however the walls in the pool room were crumbling with multiple pieces of broken tile just on the ground. The breakfast spread is the standard however somehow it was all not good. I think they water down the waffle batter or something. They seem to use satellite tv still and most channels didn't work. It was cheap so i still give it a pass, just know what you're getting. I would not recommend walking outside at night.

There was no hot tub like pictured in the photos. There also was no towels in the pool area even though I was told the front desk person was going to go get some. Waited for 30 minutes and he never came back. Also there were a few times I'd go to the front desk to ask for something and there'd be no one there to help.

The manager was one of the most polite and considerate individuals I've been blessed to encounter. He was very understanding and nice to me and my co worker who were working out of state and encounter allot of hotel personnel, some who are not very concerned about ones comfort after a hard day of work. Not the case here, the gentleman offered to have breakfast made early to accommodate our early schedule. The rooms were clean, the pool was alright and the fitness room could use a little TLC. The manager said the breakfast was made by a cook who was sure to put love in the main ingredients for breakfast, and he wasn't lying, Good biscuits and gravy fresh fruit. It was amazing. Thank you Omaha!

Our room was filthy. When we checked in we found an open Coors light can that was half full behind the curtains. I took it down to the front desk and they assured me the room had been cleaned. The next morning my grandson whom is 17 months old rolled his ball under one of the beds and when I went to get it there were water bottles under both beds that where half full and a container lid from some carry out food. I bagged it all up and took it down to the front desk. They apologized and said they would clean our room again. There was also hair behind the sink faucet in the bathroom. My daughter in law went to open the bathroom door and the door handle fell off. I reported all this to the front desk also. It was awful! The breakfast had very little to eat and they were using paper plates the size of dessert plates to eat off of. The waffle mix was so runny you could not pour it in the waffle maker. The gravy for the biscuits was in a crockpot that was not even keeping it warm. They ran out of juice and the pastries that were there were very old tasted freezer burned. I can go on, but it won’t change the experience we had. Sadly we have stayed in this hotel several times when we go to visit my family. It was always a wonderful place to stay. I am guessing they have had a change in ownership. We were devastated and it was not safe my toddler grandson to even be there. Unfortunately we had already paid for our room for three night's and felt stuck.

The carpet was old, torn, dingy and slack. They put powder on the floor and didn't vacuum it all up. Cat claw damage on covers. Bathroom tile was dirty and the bottom of the bathtub was dirty as well.

The outside was messy with cigarette butts all over. Not a well kept appearance. Our bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it. The sink did not drain well and the stool kept running.

Unfortunately the saying “you get what you pay for” was entirely proved during our stay here. The doors into the hotel rooms were loose with poor fitting locks. Did not feel safe or secure. The room provided USED shampoo/conditioner/and lotion. There was also toothpaste spray all over the back of the sink vanity. Debatable if the sheets were even clean. The rate was cheap, but I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was quiet and convenient to the interstate and main arteries. We were disappointed in the details like the cigarette burns in the window shade and on the toilet seat! The room did not smell of smoke but had obviously been a smoking room at one time.

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean but a little cramped. The refrigerator was a great size and worked awesome! We loved the jacuzzi tub and shower in the bathroom. We only had one was cloth which we didn’t notice until we needed it. It took a decent amount of time for the water to get warm in all areas. We also had problems with the cable on the TV. If I held the cable in it worked, but who wanted to do that! We weren’t interested in watching TV so it is what it is!

Room was ok and generally clean. A good deal for the money. Bathroom was a bit dated. Around midnight the last night the smoke alarm went off once and then began chirping. Went to the front desk but there was nothing they could do. Had to move rooms in the middle of the night

I told the over night desk guy I was checking out early and I asked if there was a fee and he told me know. When I go to check out in the morning, the morning desk guy charged me a leaving early fee and still charged me for the extra day because they said I didn’t give enough notice. Then I call to ask if I can stay since I’m going to be charged anyway then they front desk guy said that I was supposed to check out that Saturday instead of the Sunday. Then why was I charged a leaving early fee plus the extra night. Terrible front desk people that will lie to you. So I’m out $150 because the front desk staff lied to me.

The property under some renovation. The property was seriously understaffed as one individual had to do it all. The poor soul even had to leave the counter to stock and run the breakfast station. The breakfast was adequate.

Front desk guy help fix and issue. Over all housekeeper were not in uniform nor was the front desk. Housekeeper were in street clothes. Also front desk were also in street clothes not professional dress.

We checked in and were given a room, only to go up to the room and find someone else was already in that room. We were given another room, the room was not clean and it seemed like they were in the process of renovating it. Tiles were missing in the bathroom floor, the fridge didn’t work, the room smelled exactly like my dog, there was hair on the towels and in the sink along with boogers. All that aside, the bed was a bed and it seemed clean - whatever - we settled in and tried to get some sleep. BUT, an hour after we got into the room and as my wife and I had just fallen asleep, we we were awoken by someone trying to open our door. Thankfully I put the bolt over the door otherwise a random stranger would have walked in while we were sleeping! We called the front desk and were told we weren’t in the system, the same thing we had heard told the person who was in the room we were first given. In the morning when we brought it up they said we were in the system as being in an entirely different room still. After all of that, it is safe to say I won’t be staying here again if I am going through Omaha.

The hotel is okay. I would not feel comfortable staying here by myself. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like. There was a lot of hair on the floor. There are several food options within walking distance.

First thing you see as you’re walking in is a sign that says the property is not responsible for cars or property broken into or stolen. Just to tell you what kind of area of Omaha you’re in. If you don’t see the sign first, you’ll be hit in the face with a strong odor of Marijuana. Then after checking in you’re off to your mold ridden room with gapping holes around the window, stained ceilings, completely uncleaned room. Then when you’re questioning your safely and health hazards that you may be putting your child into and want to check out and book a different room hotels.com insurance you also paid extra to have thinking incase this would happen, would have your back, you’re wrong. Only reason a hotel is uninhabitable is IF a HURRICANE comes through. And there are many other reasons not to purchase the extra protection. Because if you have to cancel last minute like we did, you’re paying for 2 hotels. So basically if you purchase the extra protection it’s a waste of money.

Would not stay again. Could hear te highway traffic all night and we were on the 5th floor. Air condition was extremely load when it fan or compressor came on. Breatfast went down 1 hr after it opne. Food was gone. What food was there was stale

I really did like staying at this hotel only for the simple fact that its budget friendly and close to the location i had to practice at. One of two things that i didnt like was the breakfast selections. It was the same thing every single day until Saturday morning theg switched bacon to sausage patties. The other thing i didnt like is, the house keeping. On the agreement it says they would go in every 3 days. That did not happen! I called front desk and the lady i spoke to said i had to request house keeping. Thats interesting but nontheless i enjoyed it here.
