elevator wasn't working

We were very happy with this 2 night stay with our dogs! We found our place in Omaha, about 180th and Center, near my dad. The fee for 2 dogs for the entire stay is $50. The property is in a nice part of town, quiet, all staff we encountered were polite, professional, friendly. They have a nice hot (and cold) breakfast. Behind the hotel is a rather large wooded area (that is fenced off 40 or so feet behind hotel-if you have recall, a dream place for puppers to explore) and next door. There is a LOT of room to walk them on leashes as well behind, some mowed and some fun tall grass. Our room was clean and in working order, as well as rest of inside and outside of hotel. There is a good sized pool, no hot tub, a nice exercise room. The price was appreciatively very reasonable too. Its about 30 min to Lauritzen Garden and area from hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn.

We were disappointed to show up to find out the hottub was filled in and no longer available. That was the main reason we chose the hotel. Other than that it was a fine stay.

I liked that there was plenty of parking space. Also appreciated the area for long pleasant walks.

Doing some construction but tried to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced.

It was ok. It was renovated, but you could tell some parts were still pretty old. Pool area was small and not well kept. Air conditioning was not running in the lobby on a very hot day. Staff was annoyed when asked for pool towels

Room layout was great. The elevator was sketchy and not working properly. Had to use the stairs. And the toilet was clogged and would not flush. There was mold on the walls by the windows. Will definitely avoid this location next time I stay in Omaha.

Staff was great. Stay was not. Pool was cold, unfortunately, which was the reason we selected this hotel. Also there was no hot tub though some pictures reflect there was a hot tub at some point. Tv in room only had maybe 10 stations and the remote didnt work so had to change channels manually. Fan in bathroom sounds broken. Bed was comfy but next time will not stay here.

Think it needs to be remodeled~wallpaper peeling ~ woodwork pretty beat up. Ice machines were not working. Very good breakfast-GREAT COFFEE

Swimming pool is small. No hot tub pool was present. Everything else was good.

My party and I were about to relax after a long day's drive from Colorado when we saw a bedbug on the chair and one on the bed. We requested a new room and was granted one, but the tub had a crack in it, so it was not usable. We were told we could use the shower from the first room as we still had the keys to it. Also the tv did not work correctly in the first room. No TV signal. We managed to get the cost of the room reimbursed. Unfortunately, they have lost any future business from us, at least for that location.

This property was very clean, very modern, lots of amenities. An excellent breakfast was provided. I checked in pretty late and it was quick and easy. Overall 10/10.

We had a double queen suite and it was good until we went into the bathroom and saw the bath tub was very dirty full of hair on the bottom like all over a huge about of little hairs everywhere it was so gross so they moved us to a double queen regular room and it seemed cleaner but the remote wouldn’t work so we went back down to the desk tried a new remote still didn’t work tried another one still didn’t work so we said forget it and turned the 8 channels we could get by going up to the tv. The elevator was dirty as well. Will never stay again!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very rude and impatient check-in attendant not willing to take the to answer our questions. Our room's carpet was filthy, the bath drain was slow to drain with ankle deep water, and our showerhead was barely functioning. The breakfast room was over crowded with not enough seating or food. I certainly expected a better experience from Holiday Inn.

The room is spotless and bed is so comfortable. Hot breakfast with eggs and bacon , yogurt pastries, pancakes! Great service friendly staff.

Overall not a bad experience minus the cockroaches in our bathroom.

Shower leaked was fixed and still leaked. Room had wet carpet and really humid.

Everything looks updated and nice but the housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms well. There was sticky blue stuff all over the night stand.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, except the bed. The bed was horrible there was a metal thing sticking out and my mate scratched the skin off their leg.

There was two TVs in our room which was nice. However, we were unable to use one of them as my brother said that it had not been programmed for satellite service.

There was a gross stain on the couch. The shower head looked disgusting, and needs to be replaced. A very loud rumbling motor sound goes off inside the walls or floor every 20-30 minutes or so and lasts 5-10 minutes. It’s not the ac or heat. It’s something else and it’s VERY loud.

My stay was good, except that bed and toilet. The mattress was extremely hard and the toilet didn't flush properly. Had to call maintenance. Breakfast was good.

The front desk was amazing

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Didn't like my card was charged twice, first for hotel amount and then again with the additional incidential amount. it put my card of the spending limit. Was told one would drop off but never had that happen before.

This hotel was a little worn-out looking, but the front desk staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places for food and shopping nearby.

First room that gave us, the TV did not work. They forgot about us and I had to go down to remind them we needed a new room. Got the new room and ititially though it was fine... that is until about midnight, when I found out that the door was not able to "latch". Anyone could just walk in. Expedia said that the total price we would pay was $99. I asked for a printout of charges before leaving, and it indicated $92 (nclusive of all charges). When I got my CC statement, they had charge me $117. Will not return

We had booked 4 nights in a suite for 4 persons. It did not start so well. The room door was open when we arrived and it looked like someone had been in the beds. The toilet in our room was broken, the flush leaver was not attached. The room only had 2 towels despite being booked for 4. We were moved to a standard room that did not have the additional space we paid for. The girl in the reception promised that the manager would contact us for compensation… In the afternoon on the second day we were moved back into the first room, still not equipped with towels for the four of us, and dirty one left on the sink, possibly from the Plummer that fixed the toilet? Beds were in the same state. We also complained about the jackhammer noises that came from the downstairs public A/C unit. Complained about that, nothing happened. When you book a room with breakfast included you expect to actually find basic breakfast elements like bread and yoghurt, not at this hotel! Second morning we did not get any bread. Third day two of us got bread, no yoghurt in site. Fourth morning still no yogurt and only blueberry bagels. For the fifth morning made in a different reservation the yoghurt was still not there!!! I brought our own as this was as I expected. When you at Friday night get promised that the manager will get in contact regarding compensation and that person still have not contacted us at checkout on Wednesday morning there is little hope that they will pay attention to this comment!

Check-in was super friendly and personable.

This has been the absolute worst experience at a hotel. The pool had brown particulate floating everywhere. The staff were absolutely unprofessional. The worst being the manager. The hotel was blasting music all night and when I requested a refund I had to ask the owner. For all of the inconveniences we encountered we were offered a 50% refund. The manager would later threaten my family saying she would call my home phone and inconvenience us the same way we did her. She would then try to charge my credit card 10 days after we had stayed there so we had to get the local authorities involved. Horrible horrible horrible!

The hotel is off the Main Street which is nice, as you do not have all that noise.

Clean and comfortable bed. I was able to get a room with roll in shower for my husband. He commented that while it was nice to have a seat, regular shower head or shower hand spray, it didn’t make sense that the soap, shampoo and conditioner were on the other side of the shower. No big deal unless you are handicapped. Overall I would stay here again. Close to several places to eat.

This hotel was very friendly. I had a handicapped room that was well appointed with bars where needed. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy, but they had a nightlight that made it safe to get to the bathroom at night. 2 days in a row at breakfast the eggs were ice cold. Parking is great. We will be staying here again. Staff is very friendly.

One of the main selling points to this hotel was the breakfast included. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection day to day. I also liked that it wa close to shopoing and food. The hotel staff were pleasant and usually always greeted me when I came back and acknowledged me when I was heading out for the day.

Beds weren’t up to standard of other Holiday Inn expresses. Room and property was clean. Breakfast was hot but pancake/waffle machine was out of order so not much variety.

Stayed for 3 nites and this morning they were out of milk. No milk for my cereal. Other than that, all was good.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the building as a whole. Breakfast was decent and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and well maintained. Checking in and out was a smooth process. My only complaint was the pullout sofa mattress was stained. Other than that we were happy with our stay.
