So when we got there check in with great. The lady at the desk was awesom, very attentive and answered any that we may have had. Now when I initially booked the reservation, I had asked for a microwave to be put in the room, just to be told that it would be and then get there and it not be. So when we got there we were told something different about the microwave. When we got into the room it was extremely cold. We spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to either turn the thermostat down or off. Once we got it, off the room was still extremely cold. We still had sleep fully clothed. I also ask for extra soap upon arrival. We never got the extra soap. Now when we went to check out we were almost billed $250 for smoking. My husband and I don't smoke and our guest to great care to go outside to her car and smoke the few times that she did. The gentleman that checked us out said that there was a sensor up under the tv, (in which we knew absolutely nothing about) He said that it went off on their end and detected smoke. So there was absolutely no smoking going on in the room. So to get blindsided by this bogus allegation was totally absurd. It literally had me in tears because I could not believe this had happened. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone you definitely don't get your money's worth.

I was kept awake till 2:30 in the morning to people partying when I called the front desk and they didn’t answer but called me back 10 minutes later. They didn’t have security stop the party but it was so late I barely got any sleep. The pool was absolutely disgusting. It was not kept clean at all. There was nasty hair and stuff floating in it. The breakfast meal was $22 but it was no different than going to a Holiday Inn express and getting a free breakfast.
