Front desk staff was rude af. The Expedia listing says shuttle runs til 1AM which is why I booked here because our flight arrived at 11:10 PM and if it was late I wanted peace of mind we'd still be able to get a late shuttle to the hotel, but front desk dude informed us it stops at midnight and when I stated Expedia says 1 he said "you're not staying at Expedia." When we returned from our trip and needed the shuttle back to the hotel to our car, the ahole on the phone was even ruder. He had an accent, spoke fast, and was hard to hear while in a noisy airport. I asked him to repeat the pickup instructions and he seemed very annoyed to have to repeat his mushmouth self, and after he did I attempted to say "thank you" but he hung up on me before I got to the "you" of thank you. Sunday, February 16 at 11PM. Dude should be fired for his aholeness. Hire someone who we can understand and is patient enough to speak clearly to callers in a noisy airport. The shuttle driver lady was super nice however.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport for a flight the next morning. They offer a shuttle to the airport and even had the option to pay a minimal fee to park our car there. We also got a shuttle back to the hotel upon our arrival. It made our trip much easier and less stressful. The room was clean, breakfast is served early to allow people to eat prior to catching flights. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the overall vibe of this motel. Everything is designed to create an atmosphere of calm. The setup of the double room is nice with beds on separate sides of the room, providing more privacy, and there are two TVs. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. The building appears to be older with some updating to create the esthetic. Although near a busy intersection it is quiet inside. No pool or gym, but they do offer inexpensive car parking that we took advantage of during our trip out of state, staying on the property the night before our flight and the night of our return.

Stayed here two nights, one night on each end of a longer trip. Hotel is convenient to airport, and the shuttle service was much appreciated. First night we had to leave for airport before breakfast hours. Second night we had breakfast in morning— offerings were limited.

Location close to the airport. Airport shuttle not offered at certain times. The reception staff was very unfriendly. I booked a king size bed bedroom because I needed the extra space. When checking in I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel doesn’t offer that, that they also didn’t have a double queen BR, and that if I had a complain that I contact Expedia, because the hotel was not responsible for anything. The receptionist was very dismissive and not helpful in any way. I find that unacceptable service.

Terrible. I flew in to Omaha at midnight, exhausted after a long day of traveling. I just wanted to rest. Unfortunately I had to leave immediately, it hadn’t been longer than 2 hours since I had checked into the room. Not long after I laid down, I saw a bug crawling on me. It was a bed bug. I jumped out of the bed IMMEDIATELY. Only to find Another bed bug crawling on the pillow I was laying on. I had squished one of the bed bugs with a tissue and blood splattered into the tissue. That’s how I knew. I captured the other bug in a plastic cup with water. I took both dead and alive bugs to the front desk for proof. I also took pictures for proof. I asked for a refund, but was unable to get one, because the employee didn’t have the Authority to do so. Only the manager is authorized. She took down my information, and said the manager will reach out to me. It’s been 3 days and I have not heard back. I’ve also tried reaching out but no one has been any help. Traumatizing situation.

We didn’t check in until 10 pm. I had a hard time falling asleep because of a large crowd next door. At 2 am I was woken by my daughter staring at her pillow with the light on. She had found 2 bed bugs! We quickly got dressed and got out quick. I asked at the desk for my money back and was told to call later in the morning. But we were flying out of town! We had to drive around Omaha for 4 hours until a decent laundromat was open so we could empty our luggage into a dryer and heat it for 1 hour. Then we had to sit and wait at the airport. Meanwhile I called periodically throughout the week with no luck reaching the manager. We got home and my husband said they refunded about a third of the amount we paid for the room and never made contact with me. I will NEVER stay there again!!!

The property was in general disrepair and dirty. They booked me in a room that had apparent damage. During my stay I saw several cockroaches, I didnt not bring up to staff due to their general unfriendly demeanor. Breakfast was subpar, I ended up ordering McDonalds breakfast. I should have booked at LaQuinta would have probably been a better experience.

The bathroom tub was disgusting. It had an old mat inside the tub to help with slipping, however the mat and tub was all black and brown. This was just for a very quick sleep over to the airport for the next morning and our family decided not to take showers after traveling to the hotel all day. Will not stay again.

The facility is old. Carpet was clean it's been painted but its old. There was a moldy spot around the shower and on the ceiling around one of the fire sprinkler heads. There was also a notification in the breakfast room from the local health department about a lack of permit. Its convenient to the airport but I'll try one of the other nearby hotels next time.

The Microwave was plugged in but dead. The sliding door to the bathroom would not even partially close. The main door lock beeped with a red light unless it was pulled tight against the jam. The sheet rock in the room had dents where the door handle had hit the wall plus there were other larges scratches and scrapes. The valuables safe had been drilled with a drill through the lock mechanism and was inoperable. The sink faucet was corroded through at the base. Several shower curtain loops were torn out and one corner of the curtain was shredded. The shower had two shower curtain bars but only one was in use. The curved bar was loose and barely hanging on the wall. The bathroom exhaust vent had been covered with a piece of plastic. Security light bulbs had been removed in the secondary entrances. The dining area had a piece of plastic sheet stapled to the ceiling to hide ceiling damage. As far as food was concerned, the breakfast offerings were measured if not skimpy. The waffle batter was sour, so everyone who made waffles threw them out. The Orange Juice and Apple Juice was very watered down compared with other hotels. Same with the waffle syrup. The mostly nonperishable food was okay. My overall impression of this motel was that it was not profitable, and the owner had no money to maintain it. Of course I’m mostly judging by the condition of my room, But other family members in other rooms noted the lack of maintenance as well.

Staff very friendly at check-in. But when I called the office to report awful connection for FOX (I wanted to watch Iowa vs UCLA game) - he said it was Cox’s fault. I remember reading review from last week that another person was upset about no TV reception. In the future, please get Cox to repair the problem or be direct with people checking in that the TV service isn’t working BEFORE they check in and get settled. Thanks!!!

Close to downtown Omaha but in a quiet area. The gentleman and the front desk was very kind and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Everything worked well in our room. Overall a very good stay for the price. Would stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience we have had with nearly 50 years of world travel. We called this hotel at 7pm to notify them we would arrive near midnight. When we arrived with 4 people for a double room the attendant quickly checked us in with no information about aspects such as wifi and breakfast. We had to ring the bell several times to get him to come back and get this information. Then at 4:00am the smoke detector began chirping every 30 seconds due to a dead battery. When we called the front desk we were told there was nothing they could due until the manager arrived between 7-8 am. We called back and asked if there was another room. The attendant said no. I pointed out that the parking lot was not full when we arrived at midnight. He said there was only a room with a single double bed. We asked if we could have a refund and move to another hotel. He said we would have to wait for the manager to get a refund. We called the corporate headquarters and they advised us not to checkout, but to wait for the manager - then call back if the manager was not helpful. When the manager he ignored the fact that only 2 people of our group were given another room or that they were poorly equipped to resolve an issue as simple as changing a smoke detector battery - offering us only a $26 discount. In every interaction the manager and attendant said "There is nothing we can do" and showed no problem solving skills. Also, large cracks in wall and open wiring from wall to a lamp.

Okay...so first, the basic stuff. The room was a reasonable price, right before the College World Series, which was a good thing. My son and I were taking a trip via Amtrak and we were able to leave our truck there for two nights in a safe area. Also good. For a basic stay, that was about all I needed. Yep, in the details it says one queen bed. Fine, that's on me. But I felt pretty ticked because I have stayed in a LOT of hotels and "double" always means two beds. And the world "single queen bed" is used in other rooms. But fine. Whatever. I just ask for some extra pillows. Host says "No." Not "I'm sorry sir, we're out" or "We don't have any available, I'm sorry", just "No." I start to get frustrated and finally I catch myself and say "You know what, I'm getting pissed off and I should just get to my room." He proceeds to lecture me about needing to be nicer. That made me want to lose my temper, but I just kept quiet because I knew there wasn't a room left in the city. We came in at midnight and the desk clerk greeted us with smiles and great conversation. We felt welcome from our first step in the door! The same experience when we left. Different clerk but same great attitude. Would definitely recommend!!!

We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport for a flight the next morning. They offer a shuttle to the airport and even had the option to pay a minimal fee to park our car there. We also got a shuttle back to the hotel upon our arrival. It made our trip much easier and less stressful. The room was clean, breakfast is served early to allow people to eat prior to catching flights. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very close to the airport, breakfast started at 4:00am which was a plus as we needed to be at the airport by 6:00am. Rooms were a bit musty smelling upon arrival, improved when the air conditioning was turned on. The sink faucet leaked when turned on.

Called the day prior to arrival and asked if rollaway beds were available, man at desk said they don’t have any. I assumed they were all in use. We arrived late at the hotel and asked again about rollaway beds. Still told they didn’t have any. Wouldn’t have concerned me so much but I was told they don’t have any at all, not they were all in use. They shouldn’t advertise that they are available then. The hallways and entrances were dirty. There was construction going on, but more effort could have been made. The rooms were ok, but my pillows smelled terrible. I was able to use one from the other bed in the room. The breakfast area had construction going on and should probably have not been operating. See pictures. Plastic all around, broken drywall exposed over the food area. No seating available. Rather disappointing. I understand repairs and construction needs to happen, but it was poorly managed. This could be a great hotel, needs help though! That being said, I didn’t contact them about any of my concerns, but there isn’t much they could have done to help so there wasn’t any point.

The facility is old. Carpet was clean it's been painted but its old. There was a moldy spot around the shower and on the ceiling around one of the fire sprinkler heads. There was also a notification in the breakfast room from the local health department about a lack of permit. Its convenient to the airport but I'll try one of the other nearby hotels next time.

Great hotel for the rate, staff was very nice, my only disappointment is that one of the requirements in my search was breakfast, but this place has a notice posted that their cooking operations are closed down for lack of permit, back in July. Wish I knew that. They did provide some premade sausage biscuits (not a healthy option) , and so I got an apple. Otherwise this is a nice hotel.
