The bartender, Valerie, was great and so was the live jazz band. Fewer and fewer places still have a bar, so it was nice to be able to have a drink and relax at the place we were staying.

1) This hotel is also an event center, and one night there was virtually no parking when we came back after dinner because of a large political fundraiser. 2) The first night we arrived at midnight after a long flight from Denver.. They gave us a room close to a door so we could quickly and easily unload our car and get to bed. Unfortunately it was close to where people stepped outside to smoke. The front desk immediately and without question moved us to another room. Bravo. 3) Breakfast is not included if that is important to you. Their breakfast choices, (just ask if it's not on the menu), and Starbucks coffee is great. They could use more help at the espresso machine. 4) Their lobby and lounge area is pleasant with a sophisticated feeling.

The property looked beautiful and clean. The room’s amenity was lacking in comforts like microwave and fridge. This property did not offer morning breakfast and no water in room upon checkin. The bathroom is a bit cramp. The rooms with 2 beds seem a bit small for 2 regular size adults. The gym is nice and inviting.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. It seems some thing need to updated/cleaned etc. Bathtubs need a grout re-do. Fans in bathrooms do not work. Floor tiles in elevator are broken. Carpets need to be cleaned. Service in bar is great. Food in bar and breakfast is great. Always love the firepit in the courtyard. Elevator was down and had to use the stairs. We will be back but please update and clean our favorite place in Nashua!

I’ll start with the positives there are really nice amenities here. There’s a fire pit with cornhole, indoor pool, bar, restaurant, even a Starbucks. Plenty of parking although the main entrance was far from our room, so we opted use a back door entrance. The room is spacious we had a king. The lack of cleanliness did bother me a bit, I saw cob webs on the ceiling near the window, hair and other particles on the bathroom floor. The back entrance hallway was full of cob webs, dead insects, and dirt. You can tell it’s hardly ever cleaned. All areas of a 3 star hotel should be cleaned and maintained properly. However, overall I did enjoy my stay, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Just a little improvement in cleanliness, breakfast choices, and availability.

We stayed there 9 nights Visiting my son’s family from California Sometimes we stayed in the room during day time and visited my son’s family in the evening But cleaning services is not good at all Unless I requested supplies and cleaning services they skipped cleaning services many days Sometimes trashes are piled up I was going to leave enough tips if their service is good enough But wasn’t happy at all when I leave the hotel at the end So I skipped tips With my memory I think they changed the bed sheets couple times during 9 nights stayed I wasn’t expecting change bed sheets every nights but it wasn’t good enough service at all You don’t have hanging stuff on the door to clean the room You only have do not disturb one Hope your cleaning team has better systems so wouldn’t skip the cleaning many days

The staff was very friendly and professional. The bedrooms were musty and I don’t think the comforters were clean. Our allergies were terrible. There was mold in the bathtub and the tub wouldn’t fill up for a bath soak.

Limited handicap parking Room phone never operational the entire stay even thru hotel was aware within the first hour of my stay. AC/Heat not working properly--either too cold or too hot. Unit would run for less than a minute and then turn off. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Even tho website indicated "daily housekeeping", there was NONE the entire stay. We ate breakfast at The Bistro in the hotel; later had the runs. In addition, they forgot to put the bacon on my entree; had to go back up to request it; also expensive. While in the room, you could hear people who were in the hall talking/laughing. There was a very kind, considerate front desk clerk by the name of Charlotte who was exceptional.

Hotel was convenient for the visiting we do when in the area. Did not like the monster char (or was it a couch/loveseat) in our room that was unusable.. so uncomfortable. could not sit and reach the back of it. so no place to sit in the evening fo one of us... asked if they could do something bout it. nothing happened. fthen floor got wet neat A/C call front desk to tell them, they asked if I wanted someone to come up and look at it.. i told them it wasn't my hotel so whatever they would normally do. she aid she would make a note of it... wet spot grew as week went on. and housekeeping... guess it is optional??? we made the bed..in 8 days it was ot changed.. we did get clean towels and I put the trash outside the door except for the couple of days they took it. Not impressed.

first and foremost, it should mention BEFORE booking that this very large hotel DOES NOT have a convenient to all location elevator. You have to either walk up 4 flights of stairs or through a lot of long hallways. I requested a first floor, but was given a 4th floor because I would not appreciate the noise of the soccer boys...who ran up and down all the hallways all weekend. The bottles of soap attached to the shower walls were NOT clean. One Bath towel for two days? Breakfast was supper expensive.

Overall area is quiet. When i checked in, the male associate was less than Marriott material. I reported slow drain of bathroom sink. I was told it was reported, but it was never fixed. We stayed for 3 days.

Need to have free coffee available in the lobby area for guests. The in-house Starbucks operation has limited hours and capacity. We could not get a cup of coffee in-house after 10 am on a Sunday morning. I expect better from Marriott.

The property’s landscaping was beautiful. I also loved the windows and courtyard. Very inviting and comfortable. The food was very good and a great option to walk from your room to dinner.

Excellent hotel for families! Large pool and hot tub although hot tub is tiny. It has a nice outdoor area and a huge fire pit. Bring fixings for s’mores if you book here with kids! Don’t forget the sticks to roast marshmallows. My only complaints are no free breakfast and beds are full beds so fitting 2 to a bed was a little uncomfortable for us. I prefer queen size beds in hotels. Otherwise hotel is large and clean, staff was friendly, pool is open 6:00am-11:00pm. There is a small restaurant and bar open for breakfast and dinner. Bar serves drinks until 11:00pm. 4 floors. Great location and next to 4 other hotels.

Clean property , but drinks at bar are overpriced. I’ve never paid $16 for a glass of wine even at a high end dining establishment! Bartender was very friendly. Pricing not her fault , but I’d suggest more reasonable prices if you want people to drink at bar!

I think that for the price breakfast should be included. The food prices are extremely high, yoghurt with a some granola and a regular coffee for 15 bucks Is a bit excessive
