We had no hot water. We had to run the shower at least 10 minutes to get the hot water. Other than that it was ok

I didn’t use the laundry service. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. I told the front desk attendant about the toilet being loose, and he didn’t even acknowledge it. Also, it took 20 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot. Very outdated and musty.

We were able to check-in a couple hours early which helped us on our was to the casino up the road. Saved us time later. Whether they are able to do that durning their busy season, I don't know.

Looks like the cleaning crew doesn’t own a toilet brush. There are no full sized towels. It took halfway through the night before the room warmed up to the point I could take my coat off no salt or sand on the walkway.
