Wonderful stay. Excellent service. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Close to beach but tucked away in a very clean and quiet area. Enjoyed the warm indoor pool.

Everything was good. Parking is a little tight at night though.

I was a disappointment due to we didn’t get to go swimming the pool was dirty and we had to report to the front desk of this situation..

Very clean property and ample parking. The staff was polite and the facilities were good. I do have a suggestion: please include a handicapped accessible entrance at the main lobby. There were only stairs.

Clean and good parking

Come to this hotel often. Convenient location, a little up in cost now. But suits our needs. Staff is professional and accommodating. Like the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel. They have hot options and a waffle maker which is always a hit for the kids. Like the fresh fruit selection. Parking is enough for the hotel and pool is nice to have on bad weather days. Just have to grab towels at the front desk before using the pool. We come every year.

Great place.. everything from the common area, the pool, gym and the room was clean and Everything WORKED.

First of all, there were no empty parking spaces in the front of the hotel including handicapped which I needed, so my daughter dropped me off and went to the back parking lot. That parking lot was almost completely full, including a large truck and trailer parked so it took up 7 spaces and 2 cars that each took up 2 spaces which left only 2 spaces at the bottom of the hill for her to park. Then the luggage cart she had to use was defective so she had a terrible time getting it up the hill. When we entered the lobby I had to climb 4 stairs which was very hard since i'm handicapped. When I entered the bathroom you couldn't help but notice that the bathtub had an ugly greenish brown ring around it so it obviously had not been cleaned. To top things off, the air conditioner would not work and the windows did not open so we were quite warm. The clerk was very nice but he said he had no other rooms available. We were definitely not happy with this hotel. First time I have ever been disappointed in a Best Western hotel!!!!

We arrived at 2:30am to a very friendly and happy check in. She made sure we knew we could call her with any questions. The breakfast had all the muffins individually wrapped so you could easily take the to go. That was a small detail but appreciated. The room was very clean

While my room was clean, one end of the hallway smelled constantly of marijuana, while the other end closer to the front desk smelled of damp cigarettes. The room had a damp feel, despite the AC. I rested my backpack on the floor against the wall and in the morning it was soaked, including its contents. several square feet around the base of the AC (carpeted at that) were drenched as well. I am assuming this was from either condensation or drainage from the AC wall unit/window itself. I recognize I booked quite last minute and it was peak beach season, but for the price I expected better.

The people were friendly but there were stains on sticky carpets which had seen better days.

Only problem…the floor is sticky presume from too much cleaning product

Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Had to switch rooms.

I was very unhappy to find a moldy coffee package in the coffee machine in my room.

It was a good stay. Breakfast was good but there was never anywhere to sit because it was so packed. The rooms and showers could have been cleaner.

Comfortable beds and room was a nice size and clean. Enjoy staying at the Best Western in New Hampshire. We would stay there again when going to see family.

It. Was all ok , need to have a slip mat in bathtub and there were no soft squishy pillows on the bed , they were all very firm

Very nice Best Western. I didn’t love being on the ground floor as it seemed a bit dreary. It sort of felt like sleeping in the basement of the hotel.

We stayed here going through Boston on our way to Acadia. We checked in very late and got a basement room which I didn’t know even existed in hotels. When we entered the room the tile floor was wet from condensation and the room was stale and HOT! The AC was not on so every turn was damp from humidity. We got the AC going the best it could, which wasn’t great. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Keep driving!!

Our room was great, living area and separate bedroom. You could hear other guests in the hallway but nothing major. Very quiet, comfortable bed and easy access off the 95

Room was ok, bed was uncomfortable. We had people overhead and the were very loud. We kept hearing people in the hallway.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Nice staff. Definitely would stay there again.

The room was spacious and well laid out. Convenient location with many places to explore nearby. Easy to bring in your luggage and other bags. Breakfast was a bit cold, but good. Only concern was the shower did not work properly.

We have stayed here several times. It’s a great location and the staff are friendly. Downside to this stay, very loud guests above our room. Sounded like a child running around which shook our ceiling.

Staff was incredibly rude. Donna at the front desk Saturday night ignored me at first when I said hello, then after I asked her for pool towels, gave me 3 for my family of 5 and said “that’s all we got”. I said we had 5 ppl and she scoffed “Jesus Christ” and came back muttering obscenities (in front of my 3 kids), handed me 2 more towels, then touched my shoulder saying “not your fault”. Later while showering the kids we realized our room only had 3 towels. We called the front desk. Cathy said “maybe you can send one of the 5 of you down here to get them” we explained we had 3 kids. She came up w 2 towels and a barking dog. The hotel had no pet signs all over. The next morning, a guest had a dog in the breakfast room that was pulling on its leash and sniffing and licking at my kids as they waited in line for breakfast. The pool bathroom was out of toilet paper Saturday and Sunday, and the toilet was backed up Sunday morning. The phone in our room didn’t work. Our suite was SO loud at 7am we could hear every word of convo at the front desk and the waffle alarm was going off all morning as soon as breakfast began. The doorway on the lower level to parking reeked of urine and dog poop. Honestly worst hotel experience. Some financial compensation is in order. I CANNOT express the egregious rudeness and terrible customer service enough. Donna and Cathy both behaved as if we were bothersome burdens for asking for basic creature comforts for our $300/night stay.

I had prepaid a reservation for two nights. My arrival was delayed by one day and the hotel had cancelled my reservation for both nights. When I arrived for my second night, I did not have a room reservation. In addition, neither the hotel or Expedia would assist me and I had to make and pay for another reservation. Neither the hotel or Expedia would refund the second night which I had paid for and was entitled to. Essentially, I paid for three nights to stay one night. Very upset and unhappy with this service.

Waited 20 minutes to check in around 5pm with another customer. No staff to be found! For the rest of our stay the staff member sat on the couch, ignoring all guests trying to check in/purchase items while sitting on his phone on a couch. Room and location was great but unfortunately staff was absolutely terrible and won’t be back

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now and until this stay everything was great. Unfortunately they used a cleaning/air freshener product that has a very strong cheap cologne odor. It was overwhelming when we entered our room and opening the window did little to help (it was also very cold out). We asked the person at the front desk if we could switch rooms and he said it would cost extra to do so. Thankfully Expedia helped with this issue and we were able to change to a room that did not have the strong smell. Other than this inconvenience, the hotel is conveniently located and seems to be well maintained.

The gentleman working the front desk on my arrival around 9:30 pm on 5/9 was very nice and helpful. Excellent service by him. Kudos!!

Horrible customer service! They refused to give the rooms reserved and put us in rooms that weren’t ours. When asking to get the rooms we booked we were told they were sold out! Several guests were given the wrong rooms, lots of complaints and yelling at the front desk! Hotel still has not responded to requests

The staff member at checkout was both unfriendly and unhelpful. Our bill was charged to the incorrect card, and she was more interested in tending to her dog in the lobby than assisting with something as basic as giving us spoons for our room. Overall, good stay. But the customer service was subpar.

Nice hotel nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the highway. Great breakfast menu and friendly and helpful staff.

The Best Western Seabrook NH was very conveniently located off Rt95. Our room was very clean and ready 1 before checkout. Bonus breakfast was also very good. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location. Close to blue ocean music venue.

Didn't like the steep stairs getting into the main floor. A little hard for a person with a cane. Enjoyed the size of the rooms and the breakfast choices.

Stayed in a king suite. Bed was fairly comfortable but really needed more than 4 tiny square pillows. We only had breakfast at the hotel once while we stayed as there are so many great places for breakfast nearby like ihop or flamingos. The breakfast was awful. Milk carafes were warm, eggs tasted like powder. I would recommend exploring town for breakfasts. Parking was so easy there and it was so close to everything we might need

Overall experience was great. Pool could use a water treatment but was clean enough to go back a few days during our stay. Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
