Resorts was the perfect location for a trip to the beach. It was convenient to get to your favorite restaurants and bars. The hotel also had a great indoor pool and gym. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anybody to stay at resorts casino!!

Very nice large casino hotel. One complaint is there was a hassle every time we left the parking garage and the gate not opening. Not sure why this was an issue. Also, it's a typical smoke filled casino like other hotels in this city. If you want less smoke in the casino, go to Vegas.

The beds were comfortable, room was clean except for dust but out of everything not a deterrent. It was always stocked with towels, coffees, soaps. The ocean view was amazing in Ocean Tower. Outside of the room, the facilities were clean and functional. Staff was nice and helpful. Casinos didn’t smell horribly of cigarettes compared to others in the area. Overall this hotel is a nice center point of the boardwalk. Nice to stay here and venture through to the Hard Rock Cafe and even walk down either side of the boardwalk to browse shops and places to eat. Hard Rock Cafe was a good place to eat.

The room wasn't ready for far after check in, the room itself was definitely not the upgrade I paid for, the window opened to a brick wall but most of all the room was definitely dirty, sheets weren't changed, hairs on them and Crumbs, used condom in the bathroom. I called down many times and they kept saying they would send someone but never did.

The room was an upgrade that we paid for, they charged us misc. charges. When we checked out room out we found toys/clothes/food from the last guests. The room was also “cleaned” and confirmed clean by the supervisor Amparo. I would save my money and time. The casino was nice.

The room did overlook the ocean. It was pretty spacious and clean. The only thing we didn’t like is when we tried to sleep the air conditioning system would make a super loud noise. No one slept. Room position was confusing. Our room we had to take a chance to walk down both halls to find the room.

The first room was right on top of the elevators so noisy yes. One light didn't work. We went down to get our room switched and the did accommodate with that. The only thing was they locked us out of the first room where our luggage was in. Yes another trip to the front desk. The stay was just mediocre. Not sure if i'll be staying there again

Hotel staff was all very rushed.... my checking process led to being instructed to go to the wrong tower. I also Was not given a clear explanation on the process of self Parking and how to handle my luggage. I spent way too much time waiting around for my luggage and was given grief.By the luggage staff about how and when I was able to use a cart. Customer service training is badly needed , especially for the bellhop manager.

Great location and right on the beach. Room was very spacious and bed was super comfortable. Air con worked well. If your an early riser and wanting to eat, your limited to where to go. The bar opening times were not that great. Good casino. The area around the hotel, is abit run down which is a shame. I would stay here again as walkable to the pier and other casino hotels like hard rock and ocean. Good shops nearby at Tangers Outlet.

I have to be honest, staying at resorts was a last-minute necessity. It was $52 a night and my room was fantastic. If it were a smoke-free environment, it would be somewhere I stay all the time, but you sort of have to go through the smoking part of the casino to get anywhere. The only other thing I dislike was being charged for parking. But I am completely impressed by the cleanliness room, the comfortable bed, king-size. Amenities were good. I was surprised. I would absolutely stay there again.
