It's been a mixed bag.. hot tub and pool shut down at 7pm!?? Not only do they not provide tea in the rooms, they CHARGE you for it if you want it delivered to your room! The room was clean and spacious and a decent price for what/where it is I guess.

It was secure and very clean. I felt comfortable staying here for the two nights i reserved. I wish the pool was open a bit longer instead of closing at 7:00 pm. Overall I enjoyed my visit.

Two of 4 elevators did not work and had to wait 20-30 minutes until I get into a completely packed elevator. There was a woman in a wheel chair that couldn’t even get into the elevator.

Read the fine print. Hotel was lovely, but children were not welcome at two out of the three pools, and the two adult pools were actually located at the hotel next-door. There is a $41+/day resort fee that we didn’t know about when booking the hotel, and the hotel is not on the beach. You will have to pay $10 every time you leave the parking garage to go to the beach or shopping or whatever.

Outdoor pool bar restaurant was way too under staffed. Took 45 min sitting at bar to get service now fault of the 1 person working. I felt horrible for them. They were getting yelled at by everyone. Management came over and observed and then walked away.

Love the sizable rooms. Their indoor pool is probably the best of all the pools that l have gone to in AC especilally if you have kids. Very open with a Carribean vibe. A very modern gym as well. One downside is limited dinning options.

We upgraded to a suite for a decent discount but was surprised at some of the issues. One, there was blood stains on the ceiling above our soaking tub. Maybe it wasn't blood but sure looked like it was and pretty disturbing. Only 1 of the USB ports worked for our charger and only half the time. Multiple USB ports in the room but not working which makes phone charging a struggle. The one outlet in the bathroom didn't work and was for the makeup/getting ready area so frustrating that I couldn't use it when I actually needed it. Some towels had stains on them. Not the worst experience but considering this was a suite and a better room, I would have expected working outlets, options for phone charging and less stains. It would also be nice if the TV could stream or have options besides $15 movies.

I booked this trip to see Fluffy the comedian which was amazing! The room I paid over $600 for one night was uncleaned, unkept and dated. There was a back up in the shower- the shower stall hadn’t been cleaned-soap scum- pubes on the floor, one towel, something that looked like dried dripped blood on the nightstand, stains on the walls, headboard, dust and finger prints all over the surfaces, the carpet was dirty-the sheets I believe weren’t changed and the bed was just made. I complained and nothing was done immediately actually we left the room for over an hour and someone decided to knock on my door after 12am! I was very unsatisfied with my stay especially being that I heard this hotel casino was really nice!

I have been staying at Borgata for many years, however the past couple of years i have noticed a decline in cleanliness. Our room was very dusty the headboard i had to wipe down with a towel, as well as the drawers and front door. The floor in bathroom was not clean. The pool at the beer garden was so cloudy, I was with 8 people and none of us would go in the water. Breakfast brunch at the buffet was terrible this morning. Everything we ate was cold. The only way to get hot eggs was to wait on the longest line to get a fresh hot omelette. So disappointed with the hotel this labor day weekend. My party will now be trying another hotel. Hopefully, hotel management will read some of the comments and start making adjustments, we travel frequently and i do not believe the Borgata is holding up to 5star status anymore. Very sad.

Room was not ready for check in and we had to wait over an hour. Room was dated And carpet dirty. No USB charging ports in the room. The switches on the lamps worked when they wanted to. Restraints were pricey. Buffett was $50 each, selection was nice but everything was cold. We had dinner in the downstairs cafe and the food was good. I ordered a bottle of Moscato for $40 and it was good, but when I bought a bottle at home it was $13.99. the premium they charged was a bit ridiculous. Casino smelled like cigarette smoke and not just in the smoking section. Table limits were a bit high, the one $15 tmblack jack table did not stay that way for long. Mov d to $25 and shortly after that $50.

Rooms need to be maintained better. In our room the shower door apparently was replaced with an oversized door which did not close letting water to flow onto the marble floor. My wife walked into the bathroom and didn’t notice the water on the floor and slipped which I caught her in time! I spoke to the manager on duty and she couldn’t have cared and immediately interrupted and said I’ll give you another room!

The casino floor and lobby and beautifully decorated and clean, you need a room key to access the hotel tower so we always felt safe, and the view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was large and accommodating and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Pulling up to the hotel as well as entering you will be made to believe you’re at a 4 star hotel. Everything at that point looked clean and modern. The rooms themselves are horrible. Filthy carpet. Smelly room. My bathroom reeked of pee. Room itself smelled very stale. I asked them to clean it and it still smelled like pee. Hard uncomfortable beds. Dusty table tops. The staff is mediocre at best. They all seem to do the bare minimum. Valerie from security was extremely rude. I forgot to give valet my key. 2 hrs later she called my room phone (which was 3:30 am) and said “you need to bring your key to valet” VERBATIM and with an attitude, I asked for her manager destiny del rio to meet me at valet. She took too long so I went back to my room and never got a chance to speak with her. I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend anyone else does

I have mobility problems and this property was not very accommodating. The staff at the front desk was very unhelpful. For example, instead of checking me in at the lowered desk that is meant for helping people in wheelchairs, they just made me reach up to the regular, high desk. Also, the front desk staff was very unhelpful in answering questions. Simple questions, like where do I pick up my car from valet parking? The elevator doors close incredibly fast, making it very hard to get on or off in a wheelchair. If no one else was there to hold the door for me, it took several tries to get on the elevator. If you have questions while in your room, you're supposed to text a concierge app. I tried that to ask where a meeting room was located. The app told me to call the front desk. I called the front desk from the room phone but the person couldn't answer my question because she wasn't located on the property. She told me to go down to the front desk to ask in person. Definitely not helpful. On a brighter note, the bellmen and the housekeeping staff were lovely and very helpful. If I ever visit Atlantic City again, I will not be staying at the Borgata.

If you have kids below 18 not ideal as the gym and pool have age limitation. Nothing to do on walking distance.. The hotel itself and rooms are great ... also the dinner options are great.

Great place. Clean and classy. I prefer to not be on the AC boardwalk for obvious reasons. I used Borgata as home base and made the commute to Ocean City for the day. If I had one complaint, it would be the valet woman . Found her to be rude. I was tempted to hold back her tip but I didn’t . I regret not getting her name .

The best part of the stay at the Borgata is the friendliness of the staff . The hotel was very clean and that made it feel safe. It had a Jitney stop behind the back doors so you could hop a ride and go around town.

I like the Borgata, many restaurants to choose from, decor is exceptional. What I didn't like was on site parking, as a guest it should be free, it was $10, then to make it worst when we left the property we were charged again. We stay one night and that included resort fee which amounted to $42.00, which is fine, but it should include parking.

Everything is classy , clean and nice , free drinks and they actually come pretty fast when you play , i didnt like the location( to far from the boardwalk ) , no events like a stand up , a concert and shocking no complementary parking even if you pay good money to be their guest . Overall was good . I recommand

The food in the Homestead was not good- the shrimp Alfredo was very liquidey. It tasted like chicken noodle soup and the borgata buffet did not have the best selections for brunch for the price.

Great room in hotel attached to casino. Convenient to shops and bakery etc. The smoking section of the casino made it a tad smelly as the smoke does carry throughout the casino area.
