Spa is good just has limited hours. Enjoyed our visit very much!

i think it’s quite sickening that we pay a resort fee and can’t even use the pool without paying extra for a chair! even if you don’t wanna sit and just want to use the pool you still have to pay extra, makes no sense! i wouldn’t stay here again ever.

Worst hotel and bad area and on ya website didn’t state guest had to pay for a lounge chair and pay 75 each person and make reservation to use the pool. Real bad not to let customers know ..

The property was clean as was my room. However, pool only for 21 and you need a Reservation is not cool at all. I paid the resort fee and that is NOT necessary if there is no pool. This hotel also does not have a food court Like most of the others so no late night eats at Cesar’s. Not great for the price. The pool rule is ridiculous

We chose this hotel over other newer hotels in the area simply because it had the pool still open in September. On our second day of our stay we wanted to relax by the pool and found out that it was something that had to be reserved in advance for an additional pricey fee of $70 per lounge chair! Was really disappointed since I only chose the hotel for the pool. The casino levels also smelled heavily of smoke and people smoking all around us. We do love Nobu for dinner , that was excellent and brunch at Ramsey pub and grill was also great.

Not enough food options and you can only use the pool if you rent a cabana or chairs. You must make a reservation. It is not open to all of the guests

Great experience, everything was awesome, clean. Parking was confusing but otherwise everything worked out.

Having to pay a minimum of $30 for a high top chair and pool admission for each person for each day if you wanted to use the pool. This in addition to paying a resort fee at check-in.

Pool was closed, no longer offering reciprocity at other Caesar’s properties. Very disappointing especially when most other entertainment is closed for the season

The hotel is beautiful, but the room was filthy, with dust everywhere. There was no conditioner; the dispenser was empty and broken, and I asked for some, but they never brought it to the room. The nightstand and dining table were very dirty. I arrived early, and they told me that at that moment, there was nothing available because the room was not ready, yet they were still cleaning, but I don't understand how it is possible; supposedly, they had cleaned the room. I made a complaint to the supervisor and she came to check the room so that she was agreed with the complaint and she sent a housekeeper to clean the room

Room was spotless

I mistakenly rented a smoking room and when I tried to switch was offered another room in the un-renovated building. Additionally, the bathroom shower was very dirty. There were stains and a glob of something unknown… maybe it was a dried up body wash.

Room was very clean and comfy

Refrigerator didnt not work in room, destroyed the breatmilk my wife had pumped for our child. Room was not clean and all soaps in shower were empty. Front desk was notified and did not care.

Horrible experience. Bathroom was filthy, room was dirty and most of the staff from front desk to cleaning ladies had so much attitude. The cleaning lady used the same towel in the toilet and proceeded to use it to clean the sink… right in front of my eyes. Imagine what they would be doing when nobody is watching. Stay away.

Hotel was just ok. Wish it had more food options. Staff was friendly. Our complaint is our bedroom. We stayed at the Centurion tower. It was DUSTY everywhere you looked. I was surprised. My allergies were going crazy. There was dust all over the lights, bed frame, phone and on the floor in the closet all over. Upon arrival, the toilet was dirty. My second complaint was that you can’t lock the main bathroom door so if you want privacy while you’re showering, you won’t get that! And last but not least, if you’re like me and need total darkness to sleep, it’ll be hard. All the light from the hallway steeps in from under the door. The door definitely needs something under to block all that light.

I recently stayed at Caesars Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment I checked in. When I arrived, the receptionist handed me the key card without any communication—no greeting, no directions, and no explanation about how to get to our room. This lack of basic courtesy was surprising for a hotel of this reputation. Once we got to the room, it was extremely dusty. My daughter and I both have asthma, and the poor air quality made it difficult for us to breathe comfortably throughout our stay. This was not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the water drained very slowly. When I tried to take a shower, water pooled so badly that my legs were soaking in it. I called the reception desk to report these issues, but no one ever followed up or offered any help. At checkout, I informed the staff again about all these problems. Unfortunately, they didn’t acknowledge anything I said—no apology, no concern, not even a word. They simply handed me the bill. I found this incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I chose Caesars expecting a high standard of hospitality and cleanliness, but sadly, this experience fell far below those expectations. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I wanted a luggage trolley but one was not provided.The bed was way too hard. a microwave would be nice. another sitting area is needed.

It was a great stay. The Centurion Tower has been newly renovated. While I don’t know the former aesthetic, these upgrades/renovations were tastefully executed.

Room was mostly clean: spots of 'something' on the bathroom floor. The door to the room had a huge gap at the bottom letting any noise in the hall right in. Nice place overall, gaming floor was pretty clean; not too many empties and ashtrays left around.

Our room had a very terrible smell from cigarettes and smoke although we had a no smoking room

We booked the NoBU room on the 43rd floor everything was gorgeous but there was a random fishy smell in our room that took away from the experience temporarily. Staff responded immediately and sprayed our room down. The only reason why we are giving a 4 out of 5 stars

Beautiful casino, we were at the forum tower, slightly older but still was nice !! In the casino area security all over I thought that was good also

Excellent renovated room, great ocean view. House keeping without request as many properties are now cleaning only every three nights or by request.

This is a very nice hotel and convenient to beach/shops; however the beds are full size and there was no window in my room. Too dark unless you turn on lights. Otherwise a great stay.

I LIKE THE KIOS CHECK IN AND OUT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ROOMY BUT THE PROBLEMS WERE 1 BED MATTRESSES NOT COMFORTABLE 2 THERE IS A DOOR BETWEEN ROOMS WHICH MADE NOISE COMING VERY ANNOYING, YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE TAKING, LAUGHING ETC. EVEN LATE AT NIGHT WHICH MADE SLEEP HARD

Our room was beautiful in the Centaurian. You couldn’t sleep on the pillows. As soon as you put your head down they flattened to the mattress. It says free WiFi. We didn’t use the WIFI. We turned it off on our phones yet we were charged for WIFI when we checked out. They took that charge off. So be aware. At checkout we were charged an additional fee for each night we were there for a resort fee, taxes…, it’s an additional about $40 per night. We didn’t realize this. Room service never came to clean our room one day. I had to track her down the next day to make sure our rooms got serviced and she left a dirty towel on the floor. Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill was delicious. We had pizza one night after the show Hook and it was fine. Not fine dining but good. We weren’t thrilled about breakfast so went to Ballys and Tropicana for breakfast. Overall, despite bad weather for the time we were there we’d go back to Caesar’s as long it was the Centaurian room.

Dirty rooms tv cable sucked was out front desk end was rude attitude like they spoke to you like you were on a bus stop or some busty from the street no comps played games with my check out bill over charged and double charged my credit card in dispute as we speak never stay at this hotel it was horrible …

Check in was terrible took over a hour to get checked in. Was very very slow only 2 people checking to people in at 5 oclock busy time they need to fix this. Everything else was great awesome room. Casino is very tight dint win anything and didnt see anyone else win anything

I’ve been staying at Caesar’s Atlantic City for years and usually enjoy my stay. We received excellent service from our cocktail waitress, Shameena. She’s very cordial and accommodating. Although I appreciate the renovations and added restaurants for guests to enjoy, the front desk staff need to work on their demeanor. We stated that our floor wreaked of marijuana smoke, even though our area was non-smoking. The front desk manager said they can’t control the vents from other floors and was very dismissive. I don’t think this a response conducive to providing a great customer experience at Caesars Atlantic City.

This was my very first time staying at the Cesar hotel. Check in was horrific. There was only 2 people and we stand in line for 50 minutes. My room was beautiful. But my refrigerator didn’t work and my bathroom smell like straight up weed. I ask to be in non smoking room. Somehow I still smelled it. When I check out the line was super long but I waited 30 minutes in line. Ask to speak with a manager and the woman ignored my request. She simple rush thru my check out. I wanted to go back there. But I don’t think I will be. First impression was horrible. I really expected better.

I am a world traveler and this is the absolutely most dismal cattle call 40 min long check-in experience I have seen. Disaster.

Checkin was hard...long line...room delayed for one of two people.

Every employee I interacted with was friendly and respectful couldn’t ask for a better experience

Atlantic City is just not what it was. Vacant store fronts, numerous “homeless” bodies on the boardwalk, ungroomed beaches and no shower opportunities at the beach. Not family friendly. The hotel was fine, however.

Great location, safe area and nice restaurants close by.

Right in the boardwalk. Got to have some beach time and gamble.

The parking is very inconvenient; we had difficulty finding the front desk.

Love the central location on the boardwalk, facility was clean, staff very courteous and responsive. Only disappointment was the lack of a view in South Tower; windows were frosted and no way of determining the weather -- sunny, cloudy, or overcast -- without literally going outside. Otherwise, property was excellent and would have no hesitancy in rebooking in the future.

The casino is nice enough, plenty of Ramsey restaurants to dine in. But it still smells like a casino that allows smoking and there’s nothing you can change about that. We stayed in the Centurion tower and that was quite nice and clean. We enjoyed our room and the shower is really nice. They are extremely understaffed, so it’s impossible to reach house keeping if you need anything. We loved that the hotel is right on the boardwalk and and then beach access is just right across the boards.

Loved all the food options and check in was so smooth on the kiosk. Most kiosks were out of order but the line wasn't to long.Perfect location for events at boardwalk hall.

I enjoyed the beach which was not crowded and was clean. I also enjoyed Caesar’s which is where I stayed. It was clean and very pretty. It did not look outdated. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Caesars properties are always up to par. Caesars is in the perfect location on the boardwalk.

The renovated Centurion tower was very nice. We could easily walk to the beach, the outlets, the pier, and the water park. We had a great time. Looking forward to returning!!!

There was a good amount of food options. And the quality of food was good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall Caesars has done a great job. Rooms are upgraded and clean. I took points away for the pool situation. Not a guest friendly system. Overall, a good stay and value. Would definitely recommend as well as return.

Great room, ocean view, very comfortable. Only stayed overnight but was my second time staying there. Room casino and restaurants were great. See you next time.

Better room service, over $100 for breakfast and it comes in a paper bag, is very disappointing. You need to deliver room service the proper way and champagne flutes for Mimosas, not a plastic cup with a lid.

Restaurants were outstanding

Generally good but terrible room service ie non but we complained and got a $50 credit to compensate.

honestly the shower was great until i spotted the starting of mold on the wall in the grout area and a decent size spot on the caulk by the bottom of the shower door. dining options inside are very limited and have strange open and closing times. recommend ordering out and having it delivered or bring stuff yourself as alot of it is over priced and the quality not great. hell's kitchen is honestly the only great quality and memorable experience. Find out alot of hidden fees they don't mention.

Check in was quick and easy. The young man at the hostess stand at Superfrico on Thursday night August 1st needs a raise. He was professional, totally sold the food as we looked at the menu, escorted us to the bar where he instructed the bartender we needed a menu as well as drinks and gave us a warm departure once we were finished! He needs to teach a class! The hotel was a bit worn. Torn seats at Gordon Ramey bar and grill. But the room was comfortable and I loved the shower controls. All in all a good time!

Room needs upgrades, service needs improvement, restaurants are good, location is good.
