Location is perfect, ocean view from our balcony. Pool and hot tub on premises. Towels provided. Loved small kitchenette as a convenience especially for longer stays. Close proximity to great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping., all within short walking distance.Easy parking and access to our room. Bedrooms on the quiet side of the hotel to shut out noise from the active bar below (but enjoyed the music and beach vibe from our balcony.) The only negative was the comfort of the beds. Could not get comfortable and woke up with backaches.The matresses need to be replaced to ensure a good night's rest. Otherwise we would definitely plan a return visit!

The property was located in an excellent area of Cape May, near plenty of restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. The room was comfortable. Only hitch was the mess left poolside following a very hot day. We went into the pool area to swim near dinner time, when most people had left, and there were glasses, cans and dishes everywhere. Perhaps too early in the season? But a nice place to stay

The parking was a problem. In fact, someone hit my car in the rear leaving damage on the bumper (2021 Camery). The parking is very tight and hard to get into. We quickly learned not to move the car if you had a decent space right beside the hotel. The smaller parking lot was awful, however, whoever hit my car did it in the large parking lot beside the hotel.

Friendly staff at every interaction. Outdoor bar was a lot of fun. Shane the bartender was especially great!! Very inviting, great suggestions his upbeat personality really kickstarted our weekend. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Fabulous property, great location, right across the street from the beach, most rooms if not all have a balcony and view of ocean. Staff were extremely helpful and always pleasant. Even the staff you pass in the hall were pleasant. Outdoor pool, which was actually still open! Pool was heated! Restaurant & pool bar open for dinning. Great food and service. Live music Friday night at the pool bar. Rooms were not huge but fine for the three of us and would have been fine if we had four people. The bathroom is smaller and the tub/shower you have to step up over so may be a challenge for some people, but it was fine for us. Walkable to many shops and dinning. I am already talking about a return visit!

The bad: the Hotel is filthy and smells like mildew. My room was dirty, a giant bug was smeared on the wall when I arrived, the sheets had visible blood stays on them and the floor tiles were cracked. I stayed in room 337 and the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom which is annoying. The good: The hotel is pet friendly and the location is great. Its right on the beach and walking distance to main attractions.

Love the rockers on the deck Floors dirty. Realize when get into shower how dirty feet are from walking barefoot on the floor Socks and shoes had been on so dirt was your floor Staff FABULOUS with all my calls to assistance at desk or restaurant

It was a nice place. There were two fire alarms that went off. That was bad considering my elderly relative had to walk five flights of stairs twice. Housekeeping never replenished the coffee or soap.

Loved the free parking. Pool was great. Bar at the hotel had a fun vibe and we enjoyed listening to the band from our pool lounge chairs. Speakeasy bar was great for a night cap. Location is perfect and staff was nice. Would have loved to give this place 5 stars. We were put in a room with a connecting door on the 2nd floor. We heard EVERTHING that our neighbors said and did. It was like they were in the bedroom with us. The walls are paper thin. So, when our neighbors woke up with their 3 kids at 6am, so did we. The kids weren't being unruly, they were just being kids, but it prevented us from sleeping in which we were really looking forward to. Please insulate the walls, and then we would love to come back. When we told the front desk staff about it, they apologized and told us they were going to fix those doors/walls so they knew it was an issue. After paying $700 for the night, they could have taken some money off or given us a future credit, but unfortunately, they did not.

Everything was wonderful about the room, except for the odd location of the sink. The sink was not in the bathroom, but in the entrance way near the mini-fridge. With more than one person occupying the room, this was an inconvenience. Otherwise, service and cleanliness and amenities and location were all excellent!!

The view from our balcony was spectacular! The sunrises and sunsets made the trip. The fact that there were separate sleeping and living areas was great. The room was clean. We liked the small kitchenette. Hopefully we will stay again next fall.

Wonderful recently renovated hotel right on the beach! Cozy soft bed, plenty of storage space, mini fridge with microwave and K-cup machine in the room too! Bathroom looks like it's been updated somewhat but didn't seem to get the same amount of TLC as the bedroom did but worked just fine and still clean (small space though, if you're over 6' tall you may have to crouch a little). Lovely front desk staff, perfect little patio off the room, free parking, and close to literally EVERYTHING. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a what appeared to be a newly renovated suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The decor of the suite was lovely and comfortable. There were two small downsides: In the afternoon, when the patio restaurant was open, it was almost too noisy to sit on our balcony. Secondly, I had a device that was chargeable only on USB port and there were none available. Staff was very pleasant. We had great breakfasts right in the hotel every morning. Jackie and Darwin in the breakfast restaurant were just wonderful. Location is extremely convenient and I would absolutely stay there any time.

Your only playing for the location uf staying at this property. Room is small for 4 people. Bathroom was tiny. Worse then my first apartment 20 years ago. Place felt dated. For that price i would expect more.

Great view from the balcony of the ocean and beach on a mild December day. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Negative - walls are too thin. The old couple in the next room watched the news loudly throughout the entire night and were talking loudly. They Never turned themselves off or the TV. My husband banged on the adjoining door to clue them in. Not a good experience. NO sleep for us.

The staff were very friendly. This hotel is very old and worn. The heater/ac unit was so loud. The bathroom was old and tiny. It was fine for a night but would not stay here again.

Staff at front desk upon arrival and other times not at all friendly,do not even say hi,good morning good evening,just talking amongst each other.Should be a safe in rooms.We luckly ended up in a room that we were not next to the doors that slam or the rooms over the exhaust & loud commercial fans.If you know the layout your ok if not you could easliy end up in these areas.First time chosing this place and now our last.To many other amazing places we have stayed in.One plus the beds were comfortable.

Excellent location but the hotel itself is not worth the price. They told me that I can call the day of to request early check-in but I was given attitude when calling on my drive down to inquire. Plenty of vacant rooms but somehow there wasn’t one ready for check-in before 4pm. Our housekeeper Crystal was wonderful and so was one of the front desk attendants, but the other one was not. Anyway, broken light switch, wonky door handle, rusted mini fridge, floating shelf hanging onto wall anchors by a thread- not things you’d expect for $600/night. It’s a beach so I wasn’t upset about the sandy floors to start but the contact lens on the floor was hard to ignore. Tiny bathrooms and the AC unit sounds like a jet engine when you sit on the balcony. Ive stayed here before and don’t recall the room being so dingy. But, it’s clear that some of these “condo-tels” are not maintained the same as other units. I’ve been staying in cape may for 20 years and plan to continue my summer trips, but I’ll stay elsewhere to save money. I don’t mind spending a premium for a premium hotel, but spending a premium on a motel-like room makes me upset. Shame because this place has so much potential. Would give 10 stars if this were say $450/night.

The young lady at the front desk,Megan, was wonderful. I had called to relate that i was running late. No problem. She recognized me when i arrived, referred me to a reataurant and gave other referrals. Very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to returning

We came back for the second time and our experience was wonderful even better than last year ! Newly renovated rooms are gorgeous ! Very pleasant staff all around ! Great food and service in the restaurant ! We will definitely be back next year !

The hotel is obviously in a great location, on the beach in Cape May, and is mostly comfortable and accommodating. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff; questions for assistance were immediately answered, wait staff in the bar-restaurant were excellent, and receptionists were great. Would return.

Excellent location, right off the beach with easy access. We stayed 3 nights in the luxury suite. It is spacious and clean, with a balcony facing the pool and the beach. Sitting at balcony, particularly with a drink in hand, is very enjoyable. The panamamic ocean views are right in front of you. Hotel staffs at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our check in was quick, with our room ready ahead of time. We probably will come back to stay again next year or the following.

We did a girls’ overnight to see the Christmas lights in Cape May and do a little holiday shopping and we were all really pleased with our rooms and the staff. The location is very convenient to a number of restaurants and shops, and the ocean is right across the street. Our rooms were immaculate and the bathrooms were spotless and modern. The only letdown was the food at breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. However, we all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable. The view from our room overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The restaurant on site was quaint however the food (we had breakfast only) was not the best. The pancakes was not fully cooked. Need some improvements. A nice restaurant next door, food was good but pretty expensive. Definitely worth the cost. Try the restaurant on site maybe it was just an off day. The waitress was very attentive and super friendly. Only the food was off. Other than that our experience was excellent.

The bed/mattress and pillows were amazing. Living room area and bedroom were a nice size. The kitchenette was convenient. Two tvs. Great AC. Great Wi-Fi. Very clean. Private balcony with ocean view. Outside bar and pool area nice.Not uppity, more casual. Casual food. The only complaint would be the breakfast restaurant. They just couldn't seem to get it right, if they even bothered to open. It's a really big area...they should put it to good use. Waste of space, bad food, bad service. Having said that...I would definitely return. Everything else was great.
