Very nice hotel, updated and very clean. Great location with ocean view from our room and lovely balcony, and walkable to lots of great restaurants.

Hotel appeared to be at maximum capacity which affected negatively the following: 1. On site parking and lack of handicapped parking; 1 space in front and 2-3? In back? Hardly seemed adequate considering the large volume of seniors in attendance. 2. Dining & bar limited to outside poolside area( except breakfast which was also provided inside). Inadequate staffing in the bar area was evident-- this just days before memorial day weekend. 3. Previous complaint about the difficulty in opening and closing of the entrance doors to the room still requires a Herculean effort to safely open these doors. Not much improvement since our last visit just over a year and a half ago . We do like this hotel's closeness to the prominade, Washington Mall and other attractions but sometimes it's the little things that can make or break an establishment. We will return again and we'll hope for the best- it's still a great place to stay in a great seaside resort

The door to our room was not weather tight

The room was clean, and the staff were extremely professional. The only challenge I experienced was waking up to a baby in the near proximity crying at 4 AM.

Nice view and balcony. Efficient and clean room. Pleasant staff. Barefoot bar staff excellent and welcoming
