We’ve stayed here for about a week. It’s a great place to stay. The pool felt amazing on the hot days. My kids wanted to go everyday. The fitness center is good for what it has. Again my kids helped me stay on my fitness journey by wanting to go everyday. The breakfast was amazing especially after a morning workout. The room was nice and cozy. The only thing wrong with it was the toilet. Room 410 toilet wouldn’t flush completely, so when someone was done 2ing there would still be some leftover. Ewwy, but everything else was enjoyable.

Clean and comfortable. Our door to our room was difficult to open. Could hear TV and people in room next door but we brought a sound machine and that helped. The work out room was not very clean and lacked updated equipment. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Spent 2 nights. Just needed a place to sleep. Unit was great for that. Staff was friendly and efficient. Lot's of hot water in the shower. Owners need to work on worn-out door key system. Card worked about 1 our of 6 trys. In breakfast area, food was what I expected. Staff needs to watch, and clean tables as people rotate in and out in the morning. Hotel would be more appealing if owners would trim trees and bushes and put a coat of fresh paint on the building. Make the place look like the cared.

Not good stay. Doors from outside to get in not working with the room key - they were open to anyone who wanted to pull the door open. I reported but nothing happened. Room had many things that were very sup par in addition. I would like to commend the breakfast as well as the lady who maintained it. To bad nothing else was good at all.

The staff was friendly, the price point was good. The place is clean, and quiet. However, the room we were in had several issues. 1) The headboard of the bed and the seat of one of the chairs had its upholstery covering coming apart which sheds small pieces of fake leather. (Pillow had them all over it). 2) The bathroom had no working exhaust fan for use during the shower. During a shower the water temp plummeted like you would have if you ran out of hot water. 3)The vending on our floor was 'broken' and has no ice machine.(asked and was told only floor 2 had either, and we were floor 4). 4) Our keycards twice stopped working and required to be reprogrammed to work. I feel like this place might be in transition to something different like updated or renovation, but it was at best okay.

My room key card didn't work most of the time. Housekeeping let me in. The TV remote didn't work so I was unable to use the TV. The elevator and hallways reeked of marijuana smoke. I left a day early. Very disappointed and I would not recommend your hotel.

This hotel was moderately priced and close to the location I needed. However, it was obviously that it had recently changed owners who remodeled hastily. The Keurieg was dirty and there were hairs all over the shower curtain. In addition there was a pot smell in the hallways and the elevator for the two days we were there.

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. I'm usually not particular about hotels; a clean room with a bed, toilet, and shower is all I need. However, our room had some significant issues. While it initially appeared clean, the bedding on one of the beds smelled disgusting, almost like vomit, which clearly indicated it hadn't been cleaned properly. Additionally, our air conditioner was leaking significantly, leaving half the room's floor damp. We informed staff about both problems, and they said they would inspect the issues but never did. While we perhaps could have been more persistent, these issues shouldn't have been present to begin with. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the breakfast was good. The staff were nice, though seemingly not diligent about addressing complaints.

Overall, it was a good stay. However, the hallway smelled like cigarettes and you could hear everything that's going on in the other rooms. Kinda wish breakfast time would run a little bit later. I think it was done by 9am. We also needed to ask the front desk for room service a few times. Even when we put the sign up on our doorknob, we would go out and come back and nothing was cleaned or changed. But it was good for the price.

Hotel was easy to find. The common areas and room were all clean. Breakfast was good. The only knock was the selection of pillows. I'm not lying when I say all four pillows were actually the size of small-medium throw pillows you'd see on a couch. Not one regular sized pillow. Thankfully, I always bring my own. But the other guest was left massaging their neck all the way home because of them.

Because I have raised legitimate areas of concern with this property, one of the clerks NOT named Ashley or Mikey has unilaterally maintained a HOLD on my bank account and method of usual payment. Hotels have a right to do this, of course, but the morning manager earlier today, barked at me in protest---very unprofessional---and scoffed at me after I shared with him ongoing concerns about the dilapidated furniture in two of my recent rooms chosen for me, and about the wieful Wifi this hotel refuses to upgrade fir the convenience of guests! Therefore, even though my account has NOT had HOLDS on it during any of my previous 20 stays this year, the morning manager on duty at 7:15 am August 5, chose to be retaliatory and unprofessional...just because he could. The right choice will be for him to be reprimanded for his outlandish and childish behavior. Moreover, the property should offer me a FREE night's stay and an apology from this poor Man. Ashley and Mikey would never stoop so low!

I was disappointed in the room. There were three large pieces of furniture, so not a lot of space. The furniture could be arranged better. One of the pieces covered most of a mirror. That mirror would have been nice to use because only one person could be in the tiny bathroom at a time.There was no outlet in the room except for the one on the bedside light. No where to plug in the coffee maker or a blow dryer. The heat/cool did not work properly. The fan would not run constantly so we had to listen and be kept awake by the people out front of the hotel talking loud til 3 am. I set the air conditioner on 62 degrees and it was still too warm in the room. There’s more, but tired of typing. Breakfast was just ok. The lady working was super sweet.

The AC in the room didnt function properly. Couldn't get room under 78 degrees. Toilet not fully bolted to floor, almost tipped it over. Loose metal door co er on elevator sounded like a car accident everytime it opened or closed. My room was backed by elevator and crashing ice machine. Restfull sleep was impossible without AC and all the noise. If these areas were addressed it would be much better.

I will not return here until I receive an apology and a free night for all the trouble cause by a desk clerk NOT named Ashley or Mikey who is rude and aloof! He will not consider the possibility that a hotel guest has a legitimate complaint. He ONLY likes to hear positive comments. Barking as he did to me most recently is unacceptable!

The customer service was outstanding. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Our room had an odor from the lady in the next room and they offered to move us, had trouble with key cards and were willing to re program them several times. Breakfast was an added bonus as it was much more than most continental breakfast served at hotels. Thank you for being so wonderful.

This was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. At check in the receptionist was on a personal call while reading off my personal information. Then there was blood on a pillow, the shower didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut or lock. When talking to the staff about it they told me I just didn’t know how to work a shower even after showing them video proof it wasn’t working. They were rude and disrespectful.

From our check in with Max to the early smiles and friendliness from Angie at breakfast, and warm and incredible helpfullness from Charles, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I knew all their names because they deserve recognition! I have stayed in a lot of hotels, both for business and pleasure, and have never experienced the genuine friendliness from an entire staff like we did here. We are going back to Ohio for a wedding in 3 weeks and had planned on staying at a different hotel because some other out of town people were staying there but we changed our minds because excellent customer service is such a powerful part to an important list in making a trip successful!

When we arrived, the desk clerk was on her personal cell phone with a sign up stating she was with a customer. When she saw me, she came to the desk, never smiled or said hello. When we got to the room, it smelled. We realized we had booked an accessible room, which we did not want. We went to ask for another room. She told us there would be a $20 charge for a different room, still not smiling. While we made the switch, some of her friends came in and she became a different person! She smiled and laughed with them. When we got to our new room, she had written the wrong number on our room keys. We had to figure it out for ourselves. The room was fine. Breakfast was good and the gentleman in charge of the area was great! He made sure everything was just right!

This was a super clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast served every morning. Mikey, the checkin clerk, was so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic 2 day getaway and wont hesitate to return.

Room was clean and the pillows were so comfortable that I want to buy them for home. Breakfast was nice, had scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits and grravy, fruit and waffle iron. Very economical and when in the Dayton area I would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed convenience with making my reservation online and the reception staff. The breakfast was great. I made my own waffle, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the guests were also friendly. I will recommend this hotel.
