Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. They charged $3/night for parking which wasn’t noted in the reservation. Seriously?? Not that it was a lot of money, but it seemed a bit cheap.

Beware the hidden parking fee! The staff could not have been nicer about it, or more accommodating in general, but the parent company's decision to impose a parking fee for all their hotel brands--without actually providing anything for it (this was basic shopping-center parking)--is a bad one. I had to re-read the listing 3 times before I even found it. The bed was good and the room comfortable. It's just too bad about the parent corporation's policies.

Our stay was good. It was a little noisey from the people above us. The pool had some gross things floating in it and there wasn't any water in the hot tub. But the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I slept well for the most part. The room was a little too warm for me, however the front desk quickly explained that the air conditioning system may have frozen due to low temperatures outside. Once the system was reset the air came back on and I slept like a dream. I didn’t want to leave. Definitely will be staying again soon. Pool was amazing as always.

Everything was fine except the hot tub. I chose this hotel because it has a hot tub. After traveling for 12 hours I was looking forward to it. The chemicals were so strong I couldn't stand to sit in it. My eyes were burning and it was male cough. Other guests were having the same issue. It was a great stay aside from that. Excellent water pressure in the shower and comfy beds.

While our room wasn’t too bad, the pool area wasn’t the greatest. Upon checking in nothing was mentioned about the hot tub not working. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel so when it was only filled to the benches we were pretty disappointed. I asked the front desk and she said she didn’t know what was wrong with it and her manager was coming at 11 PM to look at it.. there were also no towels left in the pool area so I asked for some and she said “oh I put some in there” and I responded that the shelf was empty so she gave me theee for my family of 5.

Breakfast was very hearty. Lots of choices. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and great location close to highways and lots of restaurants! Hotel has a small workout room with treadmills, an elliptical and weights. Would stay here again!

It’s located in a great area though you have to drive since crosswalks are non-existent. It’s an older hotel that is short on staff so the room we were supposed to get wasn’t clean at arrival time. The room we were given was supposedly clean but it was a spot clean at best…the shower had rust and dirt in it. The pool was getting cleaned so we were not able to utilize it. The breakfast was limited and overcooked. The staff was extremely friendly.

When I pulled back the sheets, there was a bedbug. I went to the front desk to complain and the staff did not seem surprised. I was given a different room on a floor that the entire hallway smelled of marijuana. I will never stay at this property again.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. The cleanliness left some to be desired because the couches left in the suites were heavily stained and haven’t been cleaned in a while other than that the property was good and the hot tub was down, which was a negative for us

Liked Expedia's price but was surprised to be charged for the parking per day. Round roller chair was missing one roller which made my husband fall off. Old sox were found under the bed. Breakfast room and station was kept very clean!

We stayed two nights and had to switch rooms because we added a night last minute. That was fine with us. Our first room was okay. Typical hotel room. The second room had a terrible smell. If we wouldn’t have been able to open the window and knowing we only had to sleep and shower, we would have requested a different room. Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was fun for my son and his teammates. Minor updates could easily improve guest experiences.

The fan in the roof was not adjustable, so on and loud the whole stay. I was disappointed to be beside the elevator since I specifically requested not to be beside it. Overall the room was nice. A lot of surface area to store your gear.

I would have given 5 stars, but when I came to check-in, no one was at the desk and there was no way to call for someone. It took about 4 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Once she arrived, the check-in was great. The breakfast area was kept clean and items were full.

Zelma and Rochelle were very helpful I needed to stay another night and Zelma checked with Rochelle ,Rochelle helped me out with the extra night which I really appreciate. It is always good to know that staff will go the extra mile to help out , Rochelle also is not above cleaning when I ask for her one day , while I was there she ( Rochelle) possibly had a staff shortage ,she was cleaning the rooms WONDERFUL!!! . I also enjoyed being near restaurants and shopping area's, Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Zelda at the front desk was totally amazing! So pleasant, helpful and kind. She made us feel important and very welcomed. Gave a recommendation for the best pizza (Marion’s). This girl made our stay! Fantastic customer service!!! The room is nice. Thankyou Zelda. We will be back!!

Thank you for your thoughtful and caring staff, especially Zelma, who was the afternoon/evening front desk manager during our stay. We had to travel to Dayton, OH this week to be with a loved one whose health had taken a sudden turn for the worse and was put in hospice care. We drove 500 miles to get there on time to see our loved one, so we went straight to the hospital that evening without checking in first. Since it was already after 8PM, I called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving late, mentioning that we had come straight to the hospital fearing we would be too late. Zelma assured me that the room was still available and she would be there when we arrived. When we did check in a couple of hours later she asked about our loved one and expressed her concern and offered to help make our stay easier with a later check out if needed, a reservation later in the week if we needed to extend our stay at best rate she was able to give us. As we came and went throughout the next day she would ask how we were doing and how my sister was, offering to keep us in her thoughts and prayers. It was like having a friend looking out for you during a very stressful and difficult time. Thank you again Zelma!

I had a very nice King room. It was one of the cleanest motel rooms I’ve been in. Staff was great. The area was perfect for me. Close to everything I needed. My only con, if there was one, would be that the breakfast wasn’t that great. Next time, I would probably go out to eat.
