The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all beaches and boardwalk. Breakfast is very good. Rooms comfortable clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. Pool does need major cleaning, power washing is recommended. Other then that, fantastic place to stay.

This hotel was fine for my one night stay. It was clean and service was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance so if that's a reason you're chossing this hotel it was a good reminder to call and check on those amenities in advance. The water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low, and I was on the first floor. So overall? fine. but all water related things, poor.

We needed a convenient place to stay that had an indoor pool for kids. The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room size ok. Kids got some cuts on their feet from the pool, when we told the front desk all they said was oh we will into it. No real concern or compassion shown. Not that we made a big deal of it. Aside from that it worked out well for us.

The property itself is very nice. Our complaint is the paper-thin walls. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a room with a couple who were both drunk and decided midnight was the best time to have an argument and break up. We had to contact security 3 times to try and get them to quiet down. Although the hotel obviously can't control the actions of other guests, it was concerning how clearly we could hear every word being spoken in the adjacent room, and that it took security 3 different attempts to get them to quiet down over 2 hours before we could finally attempt to sleep. Otherwise, the remaining parts of the hotel were what you would expect. The only other disappointment was the pool area which was pretty dreary and the pool clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while.

They keep a mini fringe in a cabinet and it had a foul moldy odor, elevators were not working had to take the stairs 5 flights multiple times. Overall way to pricey for what was worse than holiday inn express with some makeup on it and called it a fancier name.

When I arrived for check-in they did not know that I booked two rooms and had to find the other room. When we went into one of the rooms, the air-conditioner did not work and needed filter to be replaced in order to work properly. The maids don\'t "clean" your room. They pretty much do what they want and call it a service. They might make your bed up and they definately do not vacuum. I\'m going to explore other options with different chains. Im not sold on Sheraton.

Very nice hotel overall, everything was nice and went smoothly. 2 things I think they can improve is there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet when I got to my room and I was required to give a $200 deposit when I came that wasn’t returned to my account for 2 weeks

Everything went well. My one suggestion would be to just get ready rid of the room carpeting. It was just a bit musty most likely due to being close to the shore in a humid area. Everything was very clean and service was fantastic otherwise

Wedding parties able to run the hallways until 4AM kept my family up on both days of our stay. Asked for towels and it took over four hours to get them. Asked about why the air conditioning was not working in the room and was told nothing could be done. This hotel gave us a terrible experience and I will be requesting some sort of compensation which is something I’ve never done in my life.

The hotel had everything we needed. Everything was comfortable and wonderful. The staff in the restaurant/bar were so funny and friendly. The woman who checked us in was the best! My only concern was the naive if the cooling system. At the A/C would come in it was soooooooo noisy.

we booked six different rooms at this property. All were wonderful. There is one issue with the property and that is the fact that the air conditions shut off at night and you have to move your body around to turn it back on which can interrupt sleep !

Beautiful property and so clean. Couldn’t get over how beautifully decorated the room was. And the bed?! Best bed I’ve ever slept in, sunk into it like a cloud and the bedding was so soft. Only improvement I would’ve wanted was hotter shower water but I do personally like mine very hot. 9.5/10

I booked a king room and got 2 queens. Ignored it and said whatever this is fine it’s just me staying. Then noticed a 243$ charge on my card a day later. Call Sheraton of Eaton town and they tell me it was the incidental charge and it was already refunded on there side to call my bank to get it released. Waited a week because I know how slow banks are with these. Call my bank and they tell me the refund was never executed on the hotels side. Call Sheraton customer service and explain everything to them and also mention the fact I booked a king and not 2 queens they tell me it’s whatever is available that day. I booked it a over a week before so what’s the point of booking a specific room then? Anyways after being on hold for 15 minutes and him contacting the hotel he tell me the same thing that they processed they refund and the managers going to look into it. The customer service here is terrible.

We had a fire alarm and evacuation of the building at 1230am. Had no coffee for guests, and you were 50/50 able to get service at front desk when they weren’t embedded on their phone screens. They were kind when you finally spoke with them but it seemed as if they rather avoid the guests.

Overall my stay was great! It is a beautiful hotel. It was clean and updated. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities like the indoor pool and the gym. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I needed a microwave to heat up my dinner from the night before and they brought one to my room immediately. My only issue was the air, it was a bit loud. I had to choose between being hot and having quiet. I chose being hot and turned the air off. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you!

Check in with Sarah was quick and easy. Room was ready prior to check in time. Clean reception area-light refreshments offered. Had room on 6th floor with Club lounge access. Room was spotless and well appointed. Came with waters, toiletries and ample towels…2 plush robes also. Lounge was immaculate and had fresh fruit and cold and hot beverages available. We had dinner at Urbane…small boutique menu …service was excellent. Beds super comfortable and air conditioning excellent. Breakfast at 6:30 -eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yougurt, assorted juices and coffee/tea. Overall a definite stay.

Love this hotel it is so clean and so spacious, the staff at the hotel are incredible I have stayed many times and Don, always goes above and beyond. He is such an asset to the hotel and guests as well as his fellow colleagues show so much gratitude and respect for his consistency and devotion to his job. He is fabulous, I will pay extra to stay at this Sheraton verses other hotels in the area just because Don is so inviting and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location! We were staying for one night before a medical procedure which was a mere 5 minutes away. Rooms were good size, nice bedding! We asked for late check out so my daughter could have a place to work while I was at surgery center, gave us until 1 pm. Very generous. Good restaurant minutes away, Illiono’s. Overall, excellent stay for price point!
