This property was clean, comfortable, dog friendly with helpful, accommodating staff. Love the onsite bbq, and little nature trail. Will definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and staff was attentive. However, I must point out that the pool is very small. I stayed for 1 night in August of 2023 and while the pictures on the site make the pool look great, it is very small and kids are diving and splashing everywhere. I don’t mind it but it would’ve been better if there was more space to move away. Also since the pool is very small, there were not enough lounge chairs, I would say about 3 of them and the 2 other were regular chairs.

Staff was really friendly. Clean rooms. Good breakfast and nice outdoor pool.

Beware under full renovations/construction One elevator shut for construction services No Ice machine or ice available in the entire hotel , was told the only had ice was in the kitchen and the front desk has no keys to kitchen , this was at 7pm Construction banging started at 6 am all for $195/night plus tax and fees Will never ever stay here again

No ice machine, but staff was more then happy to help get some, free breakfast, fresh, clean, suites were roomy, i actually saw the staff DEEP cleaning rooms, it was refreshing to see, Parking, landscaped, only missing a bar in the lobby....

The front desk staff were very nice and accomodating and the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking without charge also.

Overall, it was great! They are currently near the completion of a huge renovation. So, everthing looks great! Brand new everything. Only complaint is with new carpets is the new carpet smell. That will settle tho and then, they will settle into a 5 star rating! Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I stayed here recently and enjoyed several aspects of the hotel. The location is peaceful, great for relaxing, and the grounds are well kept. The room was spacious, with two comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for families. We appreciated being able to enjoy the outdoor grill, and the staff we interacted with were generally kind and welcoming. However, given the night rate, I expected more consistency in cleanliness and service recovery. On the first night, we found several hairs in the bathtub/shower area and immediately informed the front desk. We were told housekeeping was unavailable at that hour, but the issue would be addressed the next morning. Unfortunately, when we returned to the room the next afternoon, the bathroom was still in the same condition — despite the room having been serviced. I had to call again before a very polite housekeeper came to clean the area properly. While the staff member who came to clean was wonderful, the only compensation offered by management was a complimentary popsicle for my young nephew. This felt disproportionate to the inconvenience, especially since it required multiple requests to resolve. I believe that with greater attention to detail and a more proactive approach from management, the guest experience here could easily match the Hilton standard.

The room was spotless clean and the hotel overall was great

I only needed to stay here for a night but I was so impressed. The front desk staff were so friendly but the thing that impressed me was the cleanliness. I’m a stickler for a cleanliness and this place met all my needs. Absolutely clean and had all I needed

Luckily, the AC unit has the option for a continuous fan. However, the AC compressor kicks on and off all night and the AC compressor is extremely noisy. On the surface the room appears clean, however there was a lot of food pieces on the floor by the bed. Although I feel the staff responded with concern, I feel like there was no effort to apologize or offer a resolution. On a plus, i can say, because i was not able to keep the AC on, therefore the temperature was too warm to sleep. The room was very quiet. the staff at check in was nice The breakfast was OK

Breakfast is okay.. room was dirty and hospitality was terrible.

This pertains to room #211: 1. In the bathroom, the bathtub was heavily stained around the drain. Also, the diverter was rusty/brittle with the spout detached from the shower wall. When we tried using the shower, the faulty diverter did not divert the water properly, with large amounts of water still exiting the spout, causing the shower pressure to be very weak and the bathtub to back up and pool dirty water from the drain. This made for a very unpleasant and difficult showering experience. 2. The flat-screen TV in the room was damaged. Six bright circles are permanently burned into the screen. These circles proved so distracting since they obstructed what we were trying to watch from all viewing angles, that we ended up not using the TV during our stay. 3. There was a 2-inch gap underneath part of our door (enough for someone to place their hand and reach under the door), which did not allow us to have the privacy we expected. We could clearly hear what people were saying as they walked by our door along with any other noise in the hallway. We assumed people outside could hear us just as well, so the lack of privacy had a major negative effect on our stay. 4 Our room was right over the main entrance of the hotel with the spotlights around the entrance shining directly into our room in the evening. During the day, lots of foot traffic and cars double parked at the entrance so no privacy unless curtains are fully drawn. If you are given room #211, ask for another room.

We truly enjoyed staying at the property, the only drawback was the a/c was in bedroom and was very noisy. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very clean and comfortable room. The kitchenette area was quite handy. Friendly staff made for east checkin and out. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

It is an excellent choice if you stay for a period of time. The room has a kitchen, dining table, a desk and a comfortable sofa. Everything is in good condition. It makes your stay comfortable.

We stayed in a suite with two double beds in the bedroom, a living room w/ pull out couch and kitchenette. The room was way bigger than it looked in photos. We are a family of six, two adults, two young kids, and two under two. This space would accommodate all of us comfortably. And having a separate bedroom, allows us to be able to put the babies to sleep, while the adults stay up a little bit later. The kitchenette came fully stocked with silverware, dish soap, dishes, and dishwasher detergent. It was like a mini airbnb. The hotel also had a continental breakfast, which was great being able to go downstairs and get milk for the babies and I have to spend additional money. We booked through Expedia, and the check-in process was so quick on a Friday night. My Husband was in and out and under five minutes.

Stay was good, breakfast was much better than other hotels, bed was in it comfortable at all. Room was clean but very small. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. For $400 a night I expect a bit more, definitely expected to room to be larger and the bed to be much more comfortable.

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. There was ample parking available, and I especially enjoyed the pleasant walking area at the back of the hotel

Good staff is most important: this hotel's staff was MOST helpful, as well as courteous. Specifically, the front desk printed an airline boarding pass easily and well. Also, extended our check-out time by an hour, which allowed my nephew to take a shower (after three hours of soccer) before flying home to the West Coast. No complaints at all.

The room itself was exceptional. Clean, spacious, quiet. It was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. The front desk wasn't all that friendly though. She was on the phone when I arrived, which I understand. She was busy but there was no acknowledgement as I stood there for five minutes. It then wasn't explained that there was a $100 incidental fee. I had to ask about it after the fact. Other than that, was very pleased with the stay.

The hotel was just fine. Room was fine but the sheets had a tear which made me feel it was kind of unkempt. We could not call down to the front desk at all and when we called the regular Hilton number they couldn't get through either so it was pretty annoying.

This was the worst experience till now. we booked this hotel because they promised they would provide a crib fir my 8 mo old son. As soon we reached the arrogant front desk guy wanted to charge me full amount without even checking whether i had a reservation. once that was resolved he said therd is no crib available and nothing shows on my reservation. he was so lazy that he did nog even pick up calls, even when i escalated to Hilton customer service,they couldn’t reach him either. instead when i came down to front desk, he was in on his phone not attending calls. as he did not care nor attempted to find one, we left after staying for one hour. i will never stay at this property again. hope this helps other parents with young child.

The first night we needed an extra,blanket and were told they don't have any extra in the whole hotel! The next night the air-conditioning stopped working and they didn't change our room. They told me there is nothing that can be dobe until the morning! The room was 86°! Other then that the hotel was,ok and served its purpose. Was nothing special for the amount that i paid.

This is one of my favorite hotels. It’s clean, cozy, accommodating. The staff is very hospitable and pleasant. The free breakfasts are delicious and creative. The location is great. And there’s a pretty creek next to the property.

First let me start by saying what a great time my wife and I had at Homewood suite ‘ we love the room we stayed in very clean and convenient to the areas we wanted to visit’ hope to visit soon’

Had to ask for dish soap since none was left in room. Room was very dark even with all lights turned on. Some light fixtures had blown bulbs. The breakfast was below average. One day they served pulled pork and keilbasa??? Must have been left over from the night before. Bananas were black. Only one waffle station and it was always taken.

Nice stay— comfortable room, bed and bedding. Spacious and clean. The breakfast though was meh. Eggs were burned, and offerings were just ok. The rest of the experience was lively though

Family of 4 visiting for weekend. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Terrible "hot food" was inedible. We had cold cereals and yogurt instead which was very disappointing.

Honestly it was perfect! I would choose this over the Double tree down the street any day. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious with tons of options! Deposit hold for the room is only $100 bucks. Staff is pretty friendly. They also have a little social evening where soup and salad is free and drinks are half off. Would absolutely book here again in Tinton Falls.
