The front desk staff was super super nice. We even got an upgrade. The rooms were extremely clean, which I was thankful for bc I\'m super picky with staying in a clean room. The beds were comfortable and did not hurt my back at all. The only reason I have the hotel a 4 star for "property condition" is because the hot tub was covered up and broken, which was disappointing. Overall we had a great, the hotel was refurbished and very modern, there was plenty of tasty restaurants near by, and to not deal w the smoke and rowdy crowds at Atlantic City was worth the stay. We will be back again.

The property is very nice. The location is perfect, the staff i encountered were amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities offered makes the price so much worth it. My only complaint was that the ice machines on my floor were out of order.

Best place to stay in the Atlantic City area. Ignore the casino, Seaview is wonderful! The only drawback, is that it can get crowded because of the golf course and parking can be tight. As a "Gold Level" Expedia member, we should have had complementary valet parking but it was not offered at check-in ... So finding a spot in the self parking lot was a bit of a challenge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are nicely kept. The room was clean and comfortable, but our air conditioning did not seem to work. Someone came up to the room promptly to look at it and had it working better, but it was then making a clanking noise all night and never reached near the temperature it was set to. The pools needed some cleaning and the elevators seem to be on their last thread. We were there to play golf, which was great, and just check out the resort after hearing positive things about it. Overall an underwhelming but comfortable stay, convenient if you’re golfing there, but in need of some updating.

We love Seaview, but it’s starting to show its age and a lot of things are in disrepair. We arrived on a Monday and stayed through Friday, but for some reason they put us in a room that was just about as far from the hotel lobby and main entrance as possible. In fact, from the free parking lot to our room was easily a 7 minute walk on the grounds and within the hotel. We discovered that we could park in the employee lot to get right up to our room through a back entrance, but then we didn’t feel like we were at the hotel. We like tennis and the courts were in horrible condition. Nets ripped or not nailed down and courts had major cracks—-not like it use to be. The outdoor pool is still nice, but it was empty most of the week so no ambience and the hot tub wasn’t working. They provide towels, but they’re pretty flimsy and fhere was no poolside food or bar service. Last thing: the window in our room was completely shattered from the moment we arrived and the manager said it must’ve been broken by a golf ball, but if you look at the course it seems virtually impossible that a golfer could’ve done it since the closest green is 75 yards away with tall pine tree between it and the window. It looked more like someone must’ve thrown a rock or golf ball at it intentionally. We had a good time, but I just don’t know why they put us so far away from the action. That was a turn off especially since the hotel was pretty empty during the first three days of our trip.

Seaview was a fantastic property. The golf course was fabulous, the pool very nice, the room spacious and very clean, but the best part was the staff. They were friendly, inviting, and fabulous!

I've always wanted to stay at Seaview. We finally decided to come for our 47th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed by a very nice gentleman. At check in the woman said she did not get our reservation. (Not the first time booking with Hotels.com) She took care of the problem and we proceeded to our room. When we turned the corner to the hallway with our room. the smell of mildew/mold was overwhelming. Needless to say, our room was the same. Beautiful room, horrible smell. The hotel was overbooked so we knew we couldn't get a different room. When we complained to the manager, her answer was, "It's a very old building", which we understood, however, it didn't smell like that anywhere else in the hotel and it seemed like it was coming from the air conditioning. Couldn't sleep, and now I have a horrible cough. In the end, not the best experience.

The property is beautiful especially if you like to golf and is a great alternative to chain hotels and the resorts of AC. The only problem we had with it was that our room smelled very musty and felt a bit damp.

The bathroom door didn’t close. The entry door was not fitted correctly and you could see light through it which also made it loud outside our room. It’s a very old place. All the molding is thick but beat up. Lastly my clothing smelt “moldy” from excessive moisture. It is located by water. It’s a pretty place. The food was good.The room itself was good. Wish things were better.

Beautiful grounds. Only complaint was conditions in the room was that it was very noisy. We had 1st floor room. You could hear people footsteps above you including voices in the hallway. Will not revisit this facility.

Have stayed at Seaview many times. This time our room wasn’t the best. Air conditioning was an issue, had a small problem with our toilet and the light wasn’t working, but maintenance came and fixed. Weather was not good so didn’t have the chance to enjoy the pool or outside activities. Would recommend staying here but not on the second floor. Staff is exceptional!!!

The valet parking and golf field staff has racial discrimination against Asians. We were requested to move our car right away even many cars parked in front of us. We just parked our car there for a few minutes to load our luggage after checkout. The bath shower liquid soap bottle was completely empty. We booked the room for 3 people, but we were only provided with 2 drinking cups.

I loved the check in people but I don’t know how else to get someone’s attention about the bar staff. Quite possibly the worst experience we’ve ever had. We have seen four bartenders come and go from the lobby bar; each one slightly less attentive than the last. What the hell is going on in this place?

Property itself deserved 4 stars, but unfortunately the service brings the rating down. This is a nice property overall, the beds were comfy, overall cleaned, but some stains around the bottom of the tub that needed some attentions. The service was subpar and brought the overall experience down. Before my family headed to the indoor pool, we asked the front desk if we needed to bring the towels. The lady said no, there should be towels in the pool. We went to the pool, no clean towels can be seen, we walked up to the front desk again, requested for the towels and was assured someone would bring them in. We enjoyed our time in the water, as 30 mins passed, no towels yet… My husband went up to the front desk asked for the towels, still got the same response that someone would bring them in. It’s an hour and a half in the pool, my 1 year old started shivering, crying to be carried out of the pool, still no sign of any caring staff at all. Eventually my husband, soaking wet walked back to the room through all those cold air conditioned hallways just to bring us the towels. There were another couples in the pool who called the front desk before they got in the pool as well. We gave them 1 of our towels before we left. I raised my concerns to the same lady in the front desk the next morning, she didn’t care to ask for our wellbeing, she just simply said, “oh sorry, it was busy, I told the maintenance team already.” Her tone didn’t have any empathy nor being apologetic about this.

Our front desk concierge at check in was possibly the best, happiest, most helpful individual I have ever met. My daughter also commented on how nice and kind to everyone she was. Top shelf service with a smile.

Nice hotel. Good area. We loved the indoor deep pool. Outdoor pool was small. It needs some improvement in welcoming guests . We were so excited for our trip when we got there our first disappointment was the front lady I believed named Tynisha She not only wasn’t welcoming at all but she also was trying to rush us to the next person. When we booked from hotel.com so we looked at the rules and extra fees there but she was like no you had to go check in our website those are wrong information. Truth is no one reserve a hotel at third party and go check at their website as well. Doesn’t make sense bc these 3rd party usually give u better deal and that’s hotel responsibility to be in communication with them In summary hotel was kind of luxury but the service was medium. It can improve a lot. Let’s mention some of other staff were very nice it will be hard to mention everyone name! That’s my honest opinion

The Seaview is a grande dame of a golf resort with modern and super comfy rooms. Great mattress and linens, super clean. Outdoor pool. Really relaxed. I'm absolutely going back - to a three day midweek mini vacation here and loved the whole atmosphere. 20 mina to AC and 20 minutes to the beach in Brigantine (they offer beach passes at the front desk which was a nice touch). Hidden green of a dock restaurant within minutes driving (Oyster Creek Boat Bar). Def not to be missed for genuine family seafood and drinks.

The only thing I disliked was the mandatory tip for take out, I wouldn’t mind if this was something told to us but it wasn’t, also just the ordering food part was a hassle and felt like everytime I tried to order food I had to wait 15-20 mins for a server

This is a beautiful old historic hotel. The inside is pretty well kept and updated. The outside of the building needs some work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The dining room experience was disappointing. It had the look of a beautiful dining room, but it was like a diner inside. Loud, not great service. We had made a reservation but we got stuck in a table inside the doorway. The waitress seemed annoyed that we ordered off the menu rather than the easier for her buffet. The quiche was terrible. It’s too bad- it could be a really special place. It just seems like they forgot to keep up the standard in the dining room.

Price was very good compared to staying at the casino. Chose to eat dinner at the restaurant and then the Sunday breakfast buffet - both times there were lengthy delays in service. Time it took for food to come out for dinner was long and food was average. Breakfast we finished eating before our coffee came out. Otherwise I felt out stay was nice.

Family trip to Brigantine. Decided to stay at SeaView as my cousin will have her reception there in June 2023. Overall we were pleased with our stay. We ordered takeout from the restaurant and found it overpriced and not very good. Fries were soggy and cold. No sauce provided as requested and the room was so far away from the lobby we didn’t want to walk all the way back. The room was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. The rollaway bed mattress was awful though.

Always a good stay, staff is courteous, place is impeccable, bedding is superior. Dining options and food quality is always perfect. We stay a few times a year for an overnight getaway. We will continue to return 👍.
