The toilet seat was torn stained and dirty There was a GIANT bug on the wall as well To the management’s credit they came immediately and our room was changed but the cleanliness level was suspicious—hair in bathtub Stains on sheets Can’t stay here again!

Once we did check in, we discovered there was no elevator access to the second floor, and no accommodations were offered to assist us. Our room key repeatedly failed to work, and we were simply told to keep trying it. Additionally, there were no lights or handicap-accessible paths from the garage to the entrance. The garage itself was poorly lit, with no security presence or assistance available to reach the front lobby. THERE WAS AN SPIDER IN MY BED IN THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE ME. BECUSE IT DISAPPEARED WHILE WAITING ON SOMEONE TO COME THEY DID NOT OFFER TO CHANGE LINENS OR CLEAN THE BED. I HAD TO COMPLAIN RO EXPEDIA TO GET MOVED. ONCE MOVED I HAD LUGGAGE THEY HAVE NO ELEVATOR, OR ESCALATOR.

We had five night stay. Toilet did not work properly. We had someone come up to work on it first day of our stay. Sink faucet was loose and leacky . No coffee service until last day of our stay and no breakfast at all . Only thing I’d consider positive was the bed and covered parking lot .

The only reason we booked this hotel is because it was the closest one available to where we went for New Year's Eve. We wanted to stay safe and not drive anywhere. The whole hotel looks old and dirty. Even the tv remote was covered in filth. But worst part is the ROACHES! There were cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom. By the time we got there it was too late to ask for another room. But by the looks of other reviews, it wouldn't have mattered. The bugs are everywhere! I told the manager at check out and he said that's the first time he's ever heard of a roach problem. Big lie! Look at the most recent Google reviews. He offered a 10% discount. But I'm sorry I spent even a penny on this filth pit. I can only hope none of the vermin that we saw or didn't came home with us. Do no stay here even if it's the only option!

Stayed in 4 different rooms over 5 consecutive days. First day the toilet kept pushing our piss around the room because it kept flooding. Also the staff strategically bangs on your door at 9:30am to offer house keeping, to egg you to be awake for an on time check out. Essentially they wake you up two hours prior to 11am. Then once 11am hits, they will call your room at 11:01, and every 3 minutes afterwards. The inclusive breakfast comes with a granola bar, cup of water and a stale muffin. You’re better off sucking on rocks from outside. Like I mentioned earlier, I was in 4 different rooms. Every single sheet was plastered with food stains and hair. They don’t actually change sheets, just make the beds for the next family to come in. In between days if you’re there early enough or up early enough, you can also just spectate them at 9:30am. They enter every single room with garbage bags, but there’s no carts full of clean linens. They walk in throw trash out, and leave the rooms for the next family while never changing the sheets. I’m not one for rumors but if you have the misfortune of having to sleep here with no choice, I urge you to just watch for this. It will make you laugh on how true it is. All in all, this is not a get what you pay for hotel. A shelter would have better conditions, and that’s being generous. Every shower was a biohazard. Just not worth it.

It qas siaguatingly sirty. We had no where else to stay so had no chooce. The front desk people could not speak or understand English, so trying to communicate with them was nearly impossible. The bathroom had urine all over the toilet and seat, there were ling dark hairs all over the shower and in tub. Floors were dirty and lights in bathroom were broken. Matress was stained. There was mouse dropping behing the bed. The next morning as we were packing up to leave, there was a roach crawling on the wall. i tried to make them awaare but they did not understand me. i would rate this a negative 100 stars if i could. This hotel should be shut down.

Horrible place, do not go. Lobby smells of marijuana and cigarettes. Unclean and unkept. We canceled when we walked in but still got charged $400, what a waste! Do not stay here

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty, smelled like smoke, garbage in the hallways, the ceilings were moldy and had water damage, there were holes in the walls, and everything was broken including the dead bolt on our door. I can’t believe this place hasn’t been shut down yet.

The room had the floors dirty, the bathtub had mold and some parts of the bathroom did as well. The toilet leaked and the bathroom sink faucet was broken. Also the steaming iron was defective and the ironing table was broken. I also wanted to add that the bedding was stained and the shower towels had an odor and the hallways smelled like cigarettes because there was an ash tray in the hallway that was never cleaned while I stayed in the hotel. At some point we ask for more towels and the front desk person was not happy to give us more towels. Overall a disgusting experience if I’m honest.

Absolutely Horrible , bed bugs , roaches and mice running around dirty stained rooms , cigarette burns on all bedding , says breakfast included and there was nothing at all ! Mold in bathroom and paint peeling off walls , demanding a refund of my stay ! Can not believe Sunday would put their name in this dumpster fire ! Do not stay for any reason !

Noisy, not clean.. saw a cockroach and a mouse while I was there for just 1 night. They were renovating so it was quite noisy - add that to the traffic noise right outside the window and you have a recipe for a bad night rest.. won’t return again anytime soon!

Black hair is found on all the towels, likely from the cleaner but still not acceptable. Hotel staff during late check in were blunt but accommodating to move rooms due to the noise.

I booked two rooms for the night at hefty charges, but the staff was not friendly when we arrived. I guess the keys they gave were reused key covers and old keys. The room is horrible with foul Odors, ripped bed sheets, hair on the bed sheets, a floor with wet sticks to the shoes, the bed with frame making a noise, and, most importantly, the power switches not working, and safety issues. We asked for a change of room but were denied and left the room within 30 minutes since the kids, and we were unable to stay in this horrible place. There is no parking and properly available to pull the luggage

If I can rate this place under a 0 i would, the staff is rudely unprofessional and I my room I was poked with a dirty syringe that was left behind and when I told management about it they told me to leave the hotel and that they didn't want me to stay or extend my stay. I recommend this hotel to be CLOSED

Giving 1 star is already too much! Smell horrible, dirty everywhere(toilet, shower and hairs in bed), very very very rude people handling your welcoming. Additionally I tried to cancel my trip 2 months prior to get a partial refund and even accepted to lose 1 or 2 nights as a penalty, they refused and was not accomodable with customer. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, please avoid it for your own peace

I am sorry but I walked in and the smell knocked me back!! This place should not be on Hotels.com. It smells like stale cigarette smoke and unclean. There were shady men coming in and out. I turned around and did not bother to go to the desk.

The room was nice but the rest of the hotel was horrible. The breakfast which was included consisted of a frozen muffin, cheap fruit cup and a cheap granola bar. All in a paper bag. For one night it was more than $150 a night, and definitely not worth it.

Our booking was "breakfast included"; however there was no hot/cold breakfast served. A coffee machine and few tea bags were available though. The hotel provided 1 muffin and 1 protein bar in a brown bag per person as breakfast. Also, the toilets needed multiple flushes and it took ages for the toilets to be ready for the next flush. No, I will not recommend nor stay here again.
