They falsely advertise that they have parking available when they don't. We asked for a parking spot on both days of our two-day stay, but none were available. Their reasoning was that their parking availability is at the mercy of their neighbors, whom they borrow from. If that’s the case, they should clearly state in their listing that parking is subject to availability with no guarantees. We booked this hotel solely for its parking. On top of that, the hotel is in really bad shape—the hallway has a foul smell, and the bathroom is a nightmare straight out of an M. Night Shyamalan movie. Fresh and supposedly to be clean towels had stains on them. The front desk staff were rude and uninformed. When we asked about their own shuttle service, they said they didn't know and told us to ask the morning shift. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast and the breakfast staff, who were decent.
