Overall it was a good stay. My only two gripes: 1. The mattress was super soft and lumpy. My wife and adult son both commented on how uncomfortable the mattress was. Not a great nights sleep. 2. The parking option is a public parking garage across the street for $30/night. It was way full on a regular Thursday night and we ended up finding a spot up on the 6th level. It was either that or paying up for a valet.

I travel for work. This is the best production hotel in America. It's perfect for any production team, the rooms are nice, the lobby is perfectly laid out, the bar and outside areas are perfect to work on laptops with plugs everywhere. The rooms have thought of everything with the exception of one thing - no plug near the bed so I can sit on the bed and work on my laptop or charge my phone while in bed. Also, however, the fire alarm went off two nights in a row after 10p and the hotel had to be evacuated both times. It was due to the restaurant below (not affiliated) but that just means there's a ventilation problem that hasn't been fixed. The fire dept came with several trucks and moved slowly, indicating this happens all the time. I was told it does happen all the time and nothing has been done about it. The staff offer ZERO assistance or reassurance as it was happening. And worse, zero thank you was given for the inconvenience and fear. No discount, nothing. Then weather happened and my flights were being canceled left and right. I went t the front desk at 11p to ask for an additional night, and was told to come back in the morning because there are "sooo many king rooms left, you'll be fine." Next morning, a different person told me there was one room left. She told her manager, and the manager spewed some hotel jargon and said I can't have it because of some negative room balance evening out something or another, which is a bs answer. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Everything was great. It was a very comfortable stay. The only issue was the young man at the front desk when I checked in was not very helpful. He didn't explain any amenities or anything.
