Knights Inn Mount Laurel

Room smelled like ass and cigarette’s. Was not clean at all. Cigarettes were all over the floor and everything was dusty Room key stopped working after the first day. Nobody was in the lobby to help us and we waited for like 30 minutes. Decided to just leave and came back at night and the worker took his sweet time to help us get a new key. Didn’t speak to us at all and seemed annoyed that we needed help

The lights in my room didn't work, the people nextdoor were arguing at 3am. There's no heating.

Very quiet and great for a quick night of sleep but no ice had to wait 2 hours for tv just to work

There was few roaches in the room, tv was horrible, air conditioning or heat really didn’t work and the bed was horrible you could feel the spring

The rooms are always clean. The staff here is friendly and professional. They allow me to have my Emotional Support dog. Very close to places to eat ie Applebee's, Chili's McDonald's and close to Wawa too. The only negative is the ice machine is broken. Washing machine and dryer are available as well.

Only good thing was a cheap price, the pucture on you website showed a very nice place. The door to the room would stick, the faucet on the sink was galling apart, the toilet seat was roke, the 2 pillows provided were thin and uncomfortable, had to run the hot water 15 minutes to get wart water, the remotes did not work, cigarette buts everywhere outside, the color of the walls were dark purple. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed in. Expedia had it rayed at 4.2, it was barely a 1 star, what was shown by the expedia app was nlt e e close to what this place was, if i could have aforded it i would have left there and gone somewhere else and forgot about the money i paid to stay there, if they hadnt soaked me for the money of this place i could have gone somewhere else.

Clean sheets. Lights not all working. TV did not work. Small black bugs in bedroom and bath.Ratty, old worn towels and bath mat. Needs major remodel.

Only bad thing is the microwave didn’t work!!

Very dirty place. The most awful experience I had all my Life. Don’t book there you will regret this.

It is a very outdated hotel in need of total renovation. Broken door in the bathroom did not close. Bathtub had mildew. Non-smoking room had a heavy smoke smell. The hooks and the shelves were broken. The floor was dirty. The linens had stains. One of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Disgusting, moisture, humidity, I bet they stick a non-smoking sign on my door a before I arrive. Wouldn’t have walk barefoot on this floor for all money in the world. The bathroom was awful. Really disappointed

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! And they still have the NERVE to try and charge so much money to stay in this cesspool. Im all for cheap hotels and understand you get what you pay for. But even when I brought it up to the office clerk, no apology, no refund, just blank stares with a crooked smile. Hotels.com should not be booking rooms for this location! If they were smart, they would drop this hotel from their site!!!!!!!!!

The area was ok as we were worried about some of the reviews but the room was filthy. Some how our booking got switched to a smoking room which we arent smokers and didnt book and you could tell it was a smokers as the walls have not been cleaned, you could see the nicotine dripping from the walls. The furniture was sticky, the bathroom has stains all over the tub and the ceiling tiles. The sink was dirty, and the sheets were not changed. I had to call the front office to get new sheets as i found different types of hairs in our sheets, which were also covered in stains and cigarette burns. And when i called to get new sheets they only gave us two sheets that looked like flat sheets. So we went out to get lysol and febreeze, and we had to spray everyday as the smell almost seemed to come back while we were gone. We were just uncomfortable in the filth, and we had to change the sheets ourselves and the matress was covered in what looked like dried blood. We also got bleach to clean the things we had to touch. I slept on blankets and a pillow that i had in the car. There was also a big chunk of carpet missing and the floor was sticky.

Big gap in door to room allowing people to look through. Duct tape transition strips between the carpeting and tile. Lousy patch jobs on doors and walls where holes have been punched in. Sheets had holes in them where blood stains were cut out. There was still a little stain left around the holes. Hair on the pillows. Really run down and disgusting rooms. Had a non smoking room that smelled like a casino. Everything was stained and filthy.I was too tired to leave and find something else so I slept in my clothes.

Planning for a late check-in after an entire day outside in the Phila heat at New Balance Track & Field Nationals, our family couldn’t wait to arrive for a shower and good nights sleep. Instead, we were met with a wall of stale smoking stench as we opened the door to our NON-Smoking room! We refused to stay as it was so bad we knew we couldn’t stand in the room let alone sleep there. Exhausted, all 4 of us spent the next 2 hours until 1:30 AM calling every place in the greater Phila area until we found 1 overpriced place to stay over a 1/2 hour away.

The pictures on Orbitz look great. However, the property looks nothing like it in real life. By looking at the pictures, you'd think that the rooms were accessed via an indoor hallway; you'd be wrong. Room not cleaned well, bathroom was grungy (e.g., tub, poor towels), sheets had holes, room had a few bugs. There is really nothing redeemable about this property, which should really just be thought of as a tear-down.

First room intensely smoky, second room smoky slightly better than the first, third not smoky but ragged from the beat up microwave to the tilted tv. But the 1980's sedan parked outside with a little tree growing behind the rear tire was a nice feature.

Cake back from dinner and it did was open to our room. Nothing had been taken thankfully, but after looking my husband found the door was broken. The front office did get with express and get us a full refund and we booked another place right down the road.

The staff is polite and professional. My room is very spacious and clean. They welcomed my Emotional Support dog with no issues. The bed is super comfy. Dining options are close and I can have groceries delivered from Walmart also. Very Retro but a great place to stay!!! ⭐️

The gentleman at checkin was not very friendly, he made me feel uncomfortable, like oops I picked the wrong place to stay! You had to speak with him through a window, lobby door was locked! Later found out from the woman at the desk that renovations were being done that is why doors were locked! She made me feel better about staying!! She also gave me newer cleaner looking towels ( the towels in the room were in poor condition). The shower floor had black spots … had to wear sandals to shower!!! Bed was comfortable! The saving grace was the woman, she eased my discomfort! I understand that motel is under renovations, however they should have the rooms looking much better and towels that look useable!

Quiet place to sleep and relax after work. Office guys are super nice.

I reserved room for one night but was only in it for a few minutes before going back to front desk and telling clerk I could not stay due to bugs in the room on the walls & bathroom floor. I was shown a second room, which had bugs flying all over bathroom. The clerk told me my money would be refunded in two business days but I haven’t received it. Other issues: cigarette burns in desk chair, one of bedside sconces was duct taped together and didn’t work, burnt out bulbs in other fixtures, dead bugs on desk top.

Staff is not friendly or helpful, stay away from this place, the bathroom door is broken

TERRIBLE!! The room smelt like strong smoke. The curtains wouldn’t close. You can’t even go inside the hotel office area. It’s closed up and locked at all hours. You have to talk through a small window. Everything just looked dirty in the rooms. The walls paint was chipping everywhere, the bathroom was scary….no way I was taking a shower there….there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. The beds were hard! Obscene things written on the door in sharpie. It looked NOTHING like the photos!! Very scratchy area when you see the cops drive around the building several times through the night. It advertises breakfast…yeah right! You can’t even get in the building. I wouldn’t have ate it anyways.

Terrible. Disgusting. Rude ppl up front — econolodge was WAY better !! Look at the pics. This room was “cleaned”— we demanded refund and left!!

Came to Philly for a concert. This motel was reasonably priced and only like 15 minutes away from venue. I’m happy with my choice.

I like that the property is right off the highway making it easy to access other areas.

The property is very outdated.. It didn't look clean at all.. There is a Applebee's and a McDonald's next door, that's convenient.. Overall. Its kinda scary
