Recently renovated on inside, they were doing some exterior work while we were there. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, Continental breakfast was decent, easy parking, big lobby and breakfast area. Good sized Tvs with lots of channels.

The lobby and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Our bathroom was a bit rough looking with pieces of grout missing, some pieces on the floor, and moldy around the tub. Overall, the bathroom was in need of upgrading. The fitness room equipment was also a little beat up as well. Our stay was just ok.

We found a bug in our bed. We never had enough towels for the 4 of us. We requested our room to be cleaned the next day, it wasn’t done. I was asked at the front desk to personally bring my trash to the trash cans in the lobby area and to go grab my old towels and bring them to the front desk and grab clean ones. Front desk was not very friendly or helpful.

Our room was very dirty. Gum stuck on the phone cord, hairs all over the floor and wall, threshold was made out of peeling duct tape, shampoo dispenser falling off the walls.

The staff was nice and the property wasn't bad. My room was okay. The bed had a dip in the middle and the walls and floors are thin. You hear everything in other rooms. Thank goodness the property wasn't that booked. Some areas was cleaner than others but not so bad i couldn't stay in the room. I just had to pull out the clorox wipes. Loved they had a samsung tv so i could stream from my phone, and there was a fridge and microwave.

compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the hotel. despite the breakfast and the issue of the passport copy I would recommend the hotel.

Convenient location. Had the deluxe king bed , 2 bedroom which was very spacious. Comfortable beds . Clean rooms with nice furnishings. Close to where we were working in Philadelphia. Friendly staff. We will be back!

Newly renovated hotel. However, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and dips in the middle. The noise outside the room was disturbing. The breakfast ends at 9 am which was inconvenient.

Mattress seemed very old and had large indentations, and was much too soft. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Bathroom cleaning seemed to have been left incomplete, the toilet seat was up. The window didn't have any privacy covering that let light in, only the blackout shades, and the room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, so there was no way to let any natural light into the room.

My experience at La Quinta Mt. Laurel – Philadelphia was unacceptable, especially during a trip for a family funeral. On Night 1, my Executive King room (314) had no heat. After returning at 11 PM to a freezing room, staff confirmed the heater was broken. At 1 AM, we had to move to a double queen. In the new room, we found a live bug crawling in the bed. After killing it and reporting it, we were told housekeeping changed the sheets. The next day we returned to find the same dead bug still on the sheet, proving the linens were never replaced. Management was unresponsive for two days. When we finally spoke to the manager, we were told, “Since you’re here for a funeral, why are you worried about the room?”—a disrespectful and completely inappropriate comment. I was also charged multiple times. The hotel’s explanations did not match the actual transactions. Overall: – No heat in the room – 1 AM relocation – Bugs in the bed – Dirty sheets left on the bed despite being told otherwise – Multiple unauthorized charges – Slow, dismissive, and unprofessional management I would not recommend this property to anyone.

When they realized the next day that we were unable to come back, Jennifer from the front desk issued me a complete refund. I was shocked and so appreciative of her going above and BEYOND. We will ge staying there next month for oyr anniversary.

Check in took 30 minutes due to the front desk staff making mistakes. They charged three of my cards 3 different times with the total amount. This was frustrating. The room was okay but could use some touch ups and updates. The same front desk person accused me and my guest of disconnecting the smoke detector which was over ten feet tall. Accused us of smoking even though she came in and verified that we weren’t. She was very standoffish and not really nice. Breakfast wasn’t that good and we ended up eating somewhere else. The area is not the best as some teenagers were caught stealing from the hotel. For the cost, it would be best to stay somewhere else. This hotel is also pet friendly- and there were a lot of dogs so if you are not a pet person, this hotel is not for you

The night i stayed check in was smooth and i was happy to notice an Applebees and McDonalds in the same lot which was great for my daughters and I. Around 1030pm the room above me sounded like someone was jumping off the furniture and was going to come through the ceiling. I let it go on for about an hour until they woke my daughter up who was so scared she was crying. I went to the front desk showed her my audio recordings of the jumping and she handled it right away! I wish i caught her name but she was so sweet, understanding, and even called my room to check if the noise stopped which it did immediately! Thanks to her i had the best sleep i had in days!!! I truly hope she gets proper recognition because as a single mom just trying to treat my girls to a mini get away she made sure my only issue was resolved. We will be staying here again in the future!

Convenient location. Front desk manager was rude and demanding. Poor customer relations skills. I felt like I was being treated as a bad repeat customer even though I've never stayed before. She would no accept cash. She charged my room then wanted another card to preapprove damages? I asked if they offered late check out and she said yes but I couldn't because I used Expedia. So, NO! She was very negative about everything and just placed a cloud of doom over the start to my stay. She was so worried about me damaging the room, yet there were coins in the toilet and the hook on the back of the bath door had been ripped off. I am a property manager and left the room in perfect condition and tipped the housekeeping staff even though had had a bad taste in my mouth from the manager. I also felt compelled to photograph my room when I left to protect myself from the manager trumping up some kind of back charges. I'm sorry if previous guests have damaged their rooms, but that wasn't me and do not appreciate being treated as if it was. I will never stay there again and have never been treated like this at any LaQuinta. A new manager could make a huge difference!

Stayed due to home repair issue staff is definitely not overly pleasant. Every question or request was treated like a bother. Hotel is a little less expensive but still costs a lot. Employees should be able to appreciate that. Peoples kids ran wild and pot smoke was all over the place.

This hotel is very conveniently located to major highways and lots of shopping and restaurants. It was recently renovated and nice and modern. In the room, however, there were a couple little notes. The nightstands have plugs to charge electronics and they were not working, including one of the lights. Also, the conditioner and body wash were empty in the shower. I give them kudos for using good products - Dove shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. The towels could\'ve been a little thicker, but they were adequate. The mattress was very squishy, so not as comfy as it could have been. The first night we were there, there was loud music playing until 11 p.m. And, one night, we got into the elevator with a very sketchy guy who was just lurking around the hotel. Thank goodness my husband is 6\'3". Overall, a solid 4 stars.

Hotel has recently been updated and is bright and clean. Applebees and McDonalds within walking distance. The included breakfast was a let down. All they offered was breads, muffins and cold cereal. No eggs or anything more substantial. Coffee was empty when I went to get a cup of coffee. Their advertising may consider being more accurate in regards to breakfast. They only offer a “continental” breakfast.

The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on, remodeling rooms. No real issues with noise. I was very disappointed in the breakfast offerings, as were my kids. No hot dishes, limited cereal, 1 flavor of yogurt, 2 bagel types, and small blueberry muffins. That was about it. I had to take the kids out to breakfast to eat.
