Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Picked this hotel so the kids could swim a little after riding in the car all day. Pool was quite small and down about a foot and a half of water so it was more of a wading pool than anything.

Nice basic hotel. Pool was on the small side, but fine for cooling off in the evenings. Refrigerator was set too low so things froze. On the plus side, beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was usual cereals, breads, waffle maker waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, and bananas. Coffee, juice and milk.

No ice in the ice machine. No vending machines, as advertised. Washer and dryer SUCK. Dryer did NOT dry the clothes even after 2 cycles. Had to hand the clothes in the room to dry.

Upon arriving the room we were given had dirty bathtub and sink. long black hairs in the sink and tub. They gave us a new room. Tub was cleaner. Sink had more back hairs but had been cleaned. guessing from maid since both room had same hair. I asked for a discount of some kind since we cleaned the second room ourselves and were denied. The internet was very flaky.

We had 2.5 weeks to spend in Alamogordo, NM to visit our son who is at Holloman AFB. We didn’t want to spend over hundred dollars a night so for the price, the Days Inn served its purpose. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. The location was good with plenty of choices to eat. They need more custodians to service the rooms daily more thoroughly. A couple times we had to go to the office for clean towels and toilet paper. Sheets were never changed after our first week and rug never vacuumed. Like I mentioned for the price it was adequate.

The lobby was small, so I figured the continental breakfast would also be limited. The bedrooms were very clean and well taken care of. The beds were wonderful, the bathroom was very clean and the rooms were quiet. The staff was also very pleasant. The price we paid was certainly a great value vs the much higher cost of the other hotels in the area. I would definately stay here again.

Location and people are good. Bed was clean and comfortable. Floors and cabinets doors were not very clean and the sink area was just wiped down not scrubbed. Repairs that were made were messy and hurried. Manager needs to raise the bar.

The lady who checked us in was a little stand off ish. The guy who checked us out was not friendly either. Just did his job. No thank you for staying with us, how was your stay, etc. The room was a little run down. Clean except for a dead roach in the bathroom. Didn’t see any other bugs. Glad he was dead. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. I’d stay there again.

For the price this room was good value. Positives- it was clean and comfortable. Negatives they only give you a couple of skimpy towels and the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations of the people in next room.

Very close to White Sands National Park which was the reason for my visit. A lot of food and drink options nearby. The room was very dated. The deadbolt lock kept getting stuck and definitely needed a repair. The shower needs unclogging because it took a while for water to go down the drain.

WiFi unusable (0.9 Mbps at checkin when only 2 cars were in the lot, no demand). We used our phones as hot-spots, decent signal. Toilet was ghost flushing and had a loud whistle when filling. Everything else fine and good. Clean, odor free room. A/C worked well, and wasn't overly noisy or smelly. Breakfast was fine, a couple cereal choices, some sweetened yogurts, waffle maker, assortment of carb choices. Not much protein to be had. Folks were real nice.

It was horrible, front staff was super rude took a long time with our credit card, when my husband went to check for coffee he was rudely waved out, aside from that the staff looked like they hated their jobs. Cleaning lady opened my door at 8am & said "oh i thought this room was empty" when I put my checkout at 1145am.And worse thing was there was 2 attempts on my card for $160.00 the morning of Sat at 1am and Sunday. Why? Who knows, my room was booked and paid in full at hotels.com.Thank God my card was locked like always! We wont be staying here ever again.We have stayed in 5 star hotels and always treated kindly and no weird unauthorized charges.But never again here this place is junk

The check in and check out was quick. I had issue with tv remote. Clerk came right away and resolved issue. Rooms were quiet beds were comfortable. When we go back for Apple Festival in October. I'm staying there.

very close ride to White Sands National Park. the room is very nice, contrasts with the outside appearance of the hotel. nice bed, bedsheets and pillows, air conditioning. clean. close by to a lot of places to eat-- some restaurants but also fast food places. more of an area for moving in a car than walking, although walking possible.

Honestly, it’s Alamogordo, there’s not much to see and this place is right off the main drag. That said, It’s safe, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and courteous. It’s right near some decent dining as well. When I’m in town, I stay here every time.

The price was good for the area. The hotel is dated. It was clean but needs updating to make it feel clean. The gal that checked us in was pleasant but the gentleman in the morning could barely take the time to say good morning. Just fair warning to others ... the breakfast consists of cereal, toast, limited choices of oatmeal packs and hard boiled eggs. There was a waffle maker but no hot foods like most hotel breakfasts have. It was fine for one night but I won't be a repeat customer at this location.

Just fine. Not many choices for protein at breakfast - just yogurt and milk - no eggs, bacon, or sausage both mornings. Toilet had a slow drain in the tank, so it would add water to the tank every couple of minutes which disrupted my sleep occasionally.

Nice place & friendly staff. The bathtub should be addressed.. it’s old and beat up. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, bread bagels, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs and juices. Usually hotels in this range have fried eggs and a breakfast meet. So that was a bit disappointing. Also, let’s get some biscuits & gravy and green chili going on! This is New Mexico! ;-)

Overall location is pretty alright since most people just go to White Sands and stop here. The main thing is that the breakfast is not really existent and the Wi-Fi is a bit slow
