Sonesta Simply Suites Albuquerque Midtown

Room was decently clean. BUT I would never stay here again. There was no drive up area to check in. Check in time was 4PM, rooms were still not ready at 3 PM. They were super rude about it. There was no lobby restroom to help us at least change for our event. They told us they do not let ppl use that restroom. When checking in at nearly 1 AM after the event, parking was only available in the back, understandable, but the door would not unlock with our key. Had to walk all the way around to the front door. There was no small store or vending machine to purchase water or any kind of drink. I travel often, and this has to be one of the worst experiences.

One of the best budget hotels I've stayed at.

No hot water on first night of stay

Great room it had everything that I needed. Hallways were run down and trash in the halls were not thrown out regularly so there was stinky smells every time I left the room. Doors were so difficult to come in and out of the facility. I had to get my card fixed everyday at least 2 times a day very inconvenient. The entrances were inconvenient as well. One side had only one exit no re entry so again very inconvenient.

It was an excellent place to stay!
