Stayed 4 nights

Went to breakfast Wednesday May 13th about 7:30. Nobody around, gravy was very watery, biscuits were hard, hash browns were mushy & stuck together. No milk, no creamer. Thought I couldn't go wrong with toast & peanut butter. I was wrong! Peanut butter was hard, only edges were creamy. Tried another packet it was the same. Went to front desk to have her send someone to at least bring creamer for coffee. She informed me they were out of creamer! Did not return for breakfast the rest of my stay, because I didn't have time to be disappointed again. Carpet in room 309, is very dirty & stained. The front desk staff were friendly & courteous. Room was satisfactory with towels replaced. Needless to say I was very disappointed in my stay.

When I got up to the room I had to have the sliding glass door repair because it was partially open and there were stains on the carpet and the carpet did not look like it had been well maintained. I also had to have maintenance come and put a handle on the sink in the room for the main faucet because it was missing. The front reception area was very inviting but the rest of the hotel was dated and partially under construction and the room that I was assigned was supposed to have a king bed but instead had two full size beds. The staff was very very helpful though and was very accommodating with all of my requests. Also the elevator was not in very good condition and it also seemed that it was not going to be operative at times. In the picture it shows one of the plugs that was not working and the refrigerator TV and lamp were plugged into a power strip. Also the furniture appear to have been well used and or obtained from another property or clearance outlet.

Our door did not lock when we left. Our next door neighbor told us to check our doors because he found out that his door was accessible without the key. That same night, we tried it out without using our key, and of course it opened. We let front desk know, they had maintenance "fix it" while we were gone. We came back and we were able to open the door without key. Checked out the next day; i told front desk, she basically said I was lying because she sent "3" maintenance guys to check, and I told her to check her cameras. She said she would. And I hope she looked stupid while watching it. And to top it off, while my husband was going back and forth to take our things to the car, he did NOT ONCE use the key to get back inside our room.. Bad experience and never again.

The rooms that was assigned to us were closed and not used prior to our reservation. The rooms definitely looked like they were in rough condition, the lamps had no lightbulbs, mattresses were worn out, carpet had stains. shower wall was cracked, tub had yellow stains, shower head had calcium build up, the tub spout was calcified shut so it couldn’t switch to shower (maintenance replaced the spout).
