We were advised at check in against the first floor as they only allow pets on the first floor and it gets rather loud. So my 80+ year old parents had to truck up stairs as there is no elevator. They needed a good nights sleep so what could we do. Won’t stay here again.

Have stayed here several times. Great place for an overnight trip. Great parking for oversized vehicles and well lit. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds very comfortable.

When I checked in room was dirty with hair on both bedding and pillows . Had to ask for clean blankets and bath towels were stained badly. Water in shower was not hot and only had warm water. Sink in bathroom was clogged.

Cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom was disgusting. Pubic hair on the floor and the floor looked like it hadnt ever been really cleaned. Had to wear out shoes around so we wouldn't get our feet dirty. Guy at the front desk was very nice which is why I did not complain.

I asked for a quiet room. I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist. You hear the I-40 outside and heard the person in the room next to me snoring. I tried to drown out the noise by running the fan but it did not work. Front desk employees were accommodating. Shower had paint peeling off the tub everywhere. Pillows were flat and hard.

this must ave been the first time I stayed in a Microtel, and they're not kidding. The room was tiny. The maintenance is a bit short of excellent, with dinged walls and the like. The interior hallway looks like they got started painting, but then gave up. I say that because there was a penciled number on the wall next to the sign on my room. The bathtub feels like it's about to cave in. The free breakfast was pretty skimpy. Toast and instant oatmeal, plus one of those waffle makers. In other words, just a lot of starch and sugar. It's big enough for two for one night, I guess, but it feels cramped, and the maintenance looks like the place is going downhill.

I received an email the day before our checkin that said “Complete your pre-arrival check-in using the link below to save time at the front desk when you pick up your room keys:”. So I filled it out - credit card info and even a picture of my drivers license was requested. Okay I thought this is great all I’ll have to do is grab the keys and go to our room. No such luck. We arrived around 8pm and when I went to the front desk hoping to get the key to ny room I had to provide my credit card and drivers license again plus the info on my car which I had already given them in the email. I was NOT happy. The room was okay. Fridge and microwave a plus. Bed was comfortable. AC made a noise so we deferred to keep it off which was an issue in the morning when the guests next door were leaving (6am) and decided to have a conversation outside our room. Usually the AC covers most of the noise at the hotels. I did mention this to the front desk (all of it). Also an electronic door opener would be great to enter and exit the hotel. It’s hard to drag your suitcases in and out when trying to manipulate the double doors. Breakfast was average.

Clean room. The front desk clerk was very helpful with local restaurants so I could find dinner quickly and return to the hotel for rest. I had driven for 12 hrs and was extremely tired so he made it very easy for me to get food.

One cannot expect better deal for under $100 in that area . There is a rail road close by and the other hotels even closer to it . My view was on city road and i didnt hear trains . Room was clean ,staff is friendly .

Receptionist was amazing. Clean older motel. When advised to park your vehicle out front was a clue ..... stay around the security cameras. I had no issues.

Clean and convenient. Safe property with ample parking. House keeping starts cleaning around 6am and the walls are incredibly thin, so don't expect to sleep in. Good for a quick nap.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were just passing through but the hotel felt very safe for a solo mom with two kids traveling. Even though the facility was showing signs of it's age, everything was clean and tidy. I would stay here again.

Staff is great, friendly and informative. Room very basic, shampoo in shower was watered down a lot, breakfast room is more of a utility closet. No fruit. Just some bread and a waffle maker.

The person that checked me in was not very bright. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room, (The Hotels.com website shows that they have them in the rooms) and she said they were removed due to them being a fire code violation (that’s one of the dumbest statements I’ve ever heard) The room itself was rather dingy. The carpet on the landing at the top of the stairs was filthy. The breakfast was terrible very little choices, and some of it was even Walmart food. In hindsight, I wish I had not stayed here, and I definitely will not be back.

Older motel with some updates. There is no elevator so we had to carry all items up a flight of stairs (assuming handicap rooms are all on the first floor). Chose a queen bed because they had no king beds and the mattress needs a serious upgrade. Breakfast room was no ready at 6am, we had to wait for food to be set out and floor to be mopped.

The service was excellent with very accommodating staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice decor. That said, the lobby and the halls were dated and in bad need of an update. The shampoo bottle was nearly all water, and the breakfast was too skimpy. (No eggs, meat, or fruit options.) Coffee was weak (but, I know some probably love it that way). For the price, I’d stay again. For the clean, comfy room, friendly staff, and reasonable rate, I’d stay again.
