The room was not clean and there were multiple leaks in the ceiling. The ceiling had also had previous leaks and they didn’t even bother to paint over the spots. The air conditioner didn’t work and there was no toilet paper provided. The towels were stained. While on the property we were followed to our car and to our room by a strange man. Reported to front desk and was told he was harmless. Check out was at 11 and housekeeping tried to enter the room to clean before 9 am. Breakfast was minimal-some toast, oatmeal or muffins. Two of the four juices were out of order as well. It states that there are quiet hours on the wall, but this was not observed by anyone and it was incredibly noisy outside with people yelling. The one positive was that the parking lot seemed secure and nothing was broken in to. We had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from where we were staying and the car was fine in the morning.

Nice staff, clean room and bathroom and very quiet! I don't require much from a hotel as I am not a resort peron and this was a tirnaround trip. This checked all the boxes. Also, very convenient to downtown and the freeway.
