Hotel El Rancho

No hot water in the shower…none. When I told the front desk they said “You booked through Expedia call them” Just rude. AC didn’t work either I’d recommend you stay someplace else and walk through the lobby of El Rancho it’s kind of cool but pretty threadbare. Restaurant staff was nice.

Tiny room, tiniest bathroom. Breakfast starts at 7...boo

The service was poor, the tv in the room doesn't work unless you have a specific app. The room was not clean and guests were smoking pot either next to our room or outside our room all night. Also, the train goes by several times a night. A horrible experience.

Breakfast was delicious

Really Cool place, alot of great western character and design, we will be back for sure. only complaint is the bathroom was super tiny.
